FIRST AND FORMOST I WAS TOLD A DIFFERANT PRICE ON PHONE AND WAS TOLD PAY MORE MONEY I DID NOT HAVE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, MAKE YOU FEEL UNCOMFORABLE, WATCH YOUR EVERY MOVE, AND I WAS SCARED TO ASK FOR TOWELS OR SUGAR, REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND NO BRAEKFAST IN INCLUDED.

The hotel was sqeaky clean and polished as was our room The staff was well attired and obviously well trained. The room was attractive and spacious. The food was the best I have ever had at any other chain. Hope there is a Sheraton at my next trip location

hotel was fine. Could have used more insulations in walls. We could hear people in rooms around us. And beware that the Complimentary bottle of water costs $4.00. Apparently only the 23 small bottles are complimentary and the larger bottle is not. When I got the final bill there is a charge of $4.00 for bottled water.

We were at the hotel for a wedding and had confirmed our room on the 6th floor with the other wedding guests earlier in the week (as had the groom's father and another guest with whom we were planning to stay in nearby rooms to share child care). Yet, upon arrival we were placed in a 2nd floor room, directly above the ballroom and no where near the other wedding guests. When we spoke to the staff about the fact that we needed to be elsewhere because we'd made childcare arrangements and had confirmed our room just days before, we were told "sorry, the hotel is full." The front desk didn't care at all that they'd given our room to someone else, that we were now without childcare options, or that they'd placed us directly over the ballroom with its music blasting into our room all night while we and our 8-month-old daughter attempted to sleep. The room itself was fine/clean except that the bathroom door didn't shut.
Clearly the hotel gave us a random, sub-par room and location with no regard for our SPG Gold membership, association with the wedding or pre-arranged discussion. We are loyal SPG members and this was our first (and hopefully last) negative experience staying at a Starwood hotel.

My husband and I needed a night to get away and relax. The lobby and rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The entire staff was wonderul. David checked us in and was friendly, professional, knowledgable and helped us get the best rate and room. We didn't want to leave. We will be back !

Rated 4 out of 5 by David804 $32.00 for a basic Continental breakfast????
Prior to my travel, I try to do my homework and shop around... looking for ways to save money, but yet find a place that is acceptable to me (and my wife). I achieved my goal(s) for this stay. So yes, I did enjoy our Sheraton visit; however, I never thought that we would have to pay for a standard (at EVERY OTHER LOCATION) continental breakfast. A breakfast that was of poor quality and.... unknowingly, excessively priced. No warning... no menus...not signs...just a breakfast laid out like any other hotel/motel. However, when you're sitting down... the "waitress" politely hands you a $32.00 ($16.00 for each breakfast!). When I talked to the manager about my concern... his focus was on my "good deal" room rate", and wasn't interested in addressing the unannounced $32.00 charge / breakfast plate (x2) concern. So, for other travelers... BEWARE! P.S. The manager decided that a 10% off my room rate was acceptable and fair ($9.72). So, my somewhat warm eggs, stale toast breakfast., and hot coffee... the basic Continental breakfast we served ourselves was now $22.28 instead of $32.00. Ouch! (At least I wasn't the guy next to me who had only cereal, milk and coffee. Surprise!)

I stayed there twice this week. First stay was terrific. 2nd one not as good at check wasn't recognized as platinum and was stuffed into a small room when the hotel was completely empty. Only after complained was I moved to a larger room. Asked about breakfast and was told it was in the club. - which was actually closed on Monday morning. Also housekeeping the was very loud as they prepared the rooms for the next day. Nothing was end of the world.
