Bad internet connection again! Cannot connect to my work email! Totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
It took 20 min for Check-out this is unacceptable. Just one attendant at the Check-out counter during the busy time in the morning is unacceptable. 8 people were waiting behind me. Also, the attendant did not focus on me but took in all questions from other people. This is bad customer attention. Also, the attendant was rude and just said :"have a rest", while I had to go to the airport. Totally unacceptable. Also, I was not offered to choose which currency I want to pay even this is stated in the paper which I have to sign. When asking to change from EUR to RMB, the attendant did not understand what I want. Totallz unacceptable.

Very rewarding experience with wonderful staff. They bent over backwards to meet all of our needs and we will definately recommend this hotel to all our business associates. Wonderful stay!!!

Right now you have one Korean TV channel(KBS). I think you should add more Korean TV channels as more korean tourists are staying at your hotel. Major Korean channels are KBS1, KBS2, MBC, SBS, and YTN.

I have stayed at the Jiaozhou Sheraton many times over the past two years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always well kept and the food is top quality. I use the gym and spa frequently and these are good for the traveller wanting to keep in shape ofr relax.
One of the managers, Cherry, is an exceptional staff member whose smiling face and pleasent, helpful approach is always refreshing.

On a long business trip from United States, and the gorgeous facilities and management were amazing. Impeccable room cleanliness and staff responsiveness. The General Manager Robin and his colleague Harry are the best I have seen in my travels to over 35 countries. The evening band is worth the stay itself. While we were enjoying the band, they introduced themselves to us and other business travelers. They knew everyone's name, created a home atmosphere and we all ended up meeting each other and had a blast! The band was equally talented and wonderful people from Fiji! Great job!!!

We stayed at this property for two nights. We absolutely loved everything about the hotel but the location. Best suited for business travelers, it is one hour from Qingdao and not conveniently located for tourists. Upgraded to one of the nicest rooms we have ever had, the staff was particular helpful during our stay. There were few visitors during our stay - in fact we were the only people in the Club Lounge one night - too bad, since it was lovely and well stocked with food and beverages.

Although the location is a bit off, this happens to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The service is excellent. I would like to thank Timothy at the concierge who was really helpful, and all the staff at the executive lounge namely Crystal and two others which I did not manage to get their name. The room is wonderful and really confortable. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Lastly I would like to recommend the Spa in this hotel which you will never regret. Look for Mita, she can make you so relaxed and fall asleep.

The hotel is higher than my expectation.
The only thing is the service in check in need to improve some, not enough staff in the lobby.
