Rated 5 out of 5 by We had a great experience at the Sheraton We have stayed multiple times in K.C. and I can honestly say this hotel was the best. It was within walking distance of amazing resturants and things to do. The pool area was relaxing and we had a great time making new friends around the pool. We will definitely be a repeat customer. I always enjoy seeing and being welcomed back by Kenneth and the front desk and served by Leisa for breakfast in the restaurant. Large, open and airy....extremely comfortable beds and great linens, good sized rooms with all amenities (love the fridge). Beautiful pool, superb staff and pretty good food. Rated 5 out of 5 by Business Trip This is a wonderful facility - from the time you arrive to the hotel through to registrion, the staff is extremely curtious. My entire experience was having the comforts of home. The room was fantastic, food was excellent and I would recommend it as a great spot to stay in. October 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great all around hotel I go to KC on business fairly often and this is my favorite place to stay. The hotel is well equipped, good location and offers hotel shuttle during certain times of the day. Staff are great! If this location is unavailable when I want to travel - I consider changing dates. Rated 2 out of 5 by Internet I can't believe the hotel nickel and dime guests for Internet use. The hotel must really be hard up for money or pay for it's renovations. I would be embarass to have a meeting at your hotel knowing you nickel and dime hotel guests. I would never have a meeting at your hotel. February 11, 2013

We had a problem the first night we checked in, but Kenny (if I remember the name correctly) was very respectful and helpful. He made sure we were well taken care of, and I believe he deserves special recognition. July 30, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Clean hotel but staff needs training I was told when i checked in the parking was included in the room price, it wasn't. Room way too hot and couldn't get it cooled down. $10 for wifi, really, this is the 21st century. Should be free. Service and bar and restaurant way too slow. Even when it wasn't busy. Rated 2 out of 5 by expected better Poor parking . we had a block for wedding but we were not all on same floor. very inconvenient and poor planning. sink drained poorly and backed up disgusting things. i was double charged for everything and they don't seem to be remedying the problem in a timely manor. Rated 5 out of 5 by Elegance, comfort and convenience This was our first trip to the Crown Center area in Kansas City and we were ecstatic about the hotel. Elegant surroundings, very comfortable common area chairs (including some rockers), a staff that genuinely cared about you as a guest and overall, just an outstanding stay. Roberto in the restaurant was an exceptional representative of the hotel telling us about the history of the hotel, the area, activities and more. We upgraded to the Club Lounge where the food and service were excellent, not to mention the incredible view from the Skies (Club Lounge name). The Sheraton is connected to the Crown Center through an elevated tunnel that also takes you to the Westin and Union Station so you never had to be out in the elements if the weather was inclement. The room and bed were very comfortable and about the only thing we had an any issue with was the thermostat which gave temperatures in half degrees. Once we figured that out, it was an outstanding Thanksgiving weekend! We will definitely put it on our list to come back soon!!!!! December 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Staff was rude The staff acted like they did not care if I was there. Some of the staff acted more professional then others. Had problems with the reservation and it seemed I put them out trying to fix the problem. That set the tone for the rest of my first time in Kansas City. May 23, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place to stay in downtown KC Went to KC for my daughter's wedding. Hotel was flawless, from appearance to staff to service to the room. Location is excellent. I chose this hotel from a previous stay in 2005, which was also a great experience. Eight years later and it's still rock solid. July 26, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5��by Great stay, but took 45 minutes to get out of garage. This is one of my favorite hotels in KC, but I was very disappointed with the hotel's parking facility. It took 45 minutes to departe the garage. I called guest services about the garage being backed up and was cut off before getting transfered to a manager. June 4, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Housekeeping Staff are great! I thought the housekeeping staff (especially the guy assigned to my floor) was wonderful. The front desk - check-in process, by contrast took a long time, partly because only 2 persons were working during a period when conference attendees were arriving. February 25, 2013

The bed was great and so was the view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Kansas City. March 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by KC Sheraton Crown Center Had booked a stay for 2 nights but a snowstorm prevented myself and several colleagues from departing on scheduled date. We were all able to extend our stays 2-3 days without having to change rooms. Staff was great to work with all of the stranded guests. March 1, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great rooms and staff but . . . There is no place to dine at night except Spectators Bar, which needs refurbishing. The chair upholstery in the breakfast/lunch cafe is terribly soiled. Also, bring the steam room and sauna back. All staff was superb. Beds and linens are wonderful. June 19, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Noisy Room I stayed in a room on the 28th Floor that backed up to the elevator. Every time the elevator was used it creaked and ticked up every floor. I would advise that this room become a closet or meeting room where someone would not be trying to sleep! March 4, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Well appointed room. Fast elevators The room was well appointed with a large television and a very comfortable bed. The towlels were plentiful and thick. The view was spectacular. People swimming in an outdoor pool in the middle of a blizzard was something to remember. March 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice hotel; poor restaurant service The hotel itself was great. Just don't eat at either of the restaurants. We did, three times, and each time the service was lousy. There's no excuse for this at a Sheraton hotel. I suggest going elsewhere for any of your meals. October 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very nice hotel Very nice hotel. Great beds and rooms. Like the walkway to Crown Center. Of course, the $16 daily parking fee is ludicrous. Needs to have free wifi. To add $9.99 a day for that seems a bit much after the parking fee. September 27, 2013
