There was no microwave available... I have never been to a hotel that you had to pay for internet. the room was beautiful but I didn't have the things that I deemed necessary to comply with my needs

The check in person and the restaurant server were excellent. Both very kind and welcoming. The housekeeping staff was attentive, changing out the down items.

I had asked, upon checking in, for a high-floor room with a view, and was given one. It happened to back up to the elevator, which woke me up several times. The next mornign I spoke to Sharron, who got me a new room, awy from teh elevator...on a higher floor! She is terrific!

After having several bad experiences with Sheraton properties, I had my reservations when my new employer booked this reservation. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy, Kenneth was absolutely wonderful. It was able to get assistance and recommendations for food and transporation. Overall, just a very good experience. My only issue was with the room temp. It was either too hot or too cold but that didn't distract from the excellent service. Service wins. :)

After I made a mistake booking my room and tickets the manager was very kind to assist me in correcting my mistake. They didn't have to. I was stuck and committed but she went out of her way to help me fix my mistake. Very much appreciated and eliminated any ill feeling we had about my mistake and our stay. The front desk was helpful and friendly along with everyone else we encountered while there. The new lobby is beautiful and welcoming. The Sheraton is where we will stay each time we return to KC.

Room was large & comfortable. However, it was a shock to NOT get free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Had to go downstairs to the business center or lobby for that.
Other things being equal, a hotel with free Wi-Fi in the room would sway my business for sure. Important to stay connected, and a nice (business) hotel would be wise to up the ante with free Wi-Fi.
Only one dinner restaurant in-hotel, and it was a sports bar. No thanks.
We were there for a Hallmark convention, and the meeting rooms were nice.

This hotel was nice and clean but obviously older. The lounge foods were lacking and so was the breakfast bar. You can get a much better selection from a free continental breakfast at a cheaper hotel, than what they serve here. All the staff was very friendly and helpful when asked. They charge $16 per day for parking. Which we didn't know until check out. Over all i was satisfied with the hotel and amenities. But would prob stay elsewhere. But would still recommend this hotel to others.

I booked our anniversary stay the same day we took off. We didn't end up arriving until nearly 11pm at night and the front desk was amazing! I believe it was Kenneth who checked us in. After we told him it was our anniversary, he comped our valet for the night and put us on the 38th floor with a view of the city. It was beautiful! Both days we were there we had to ask for directions to the areas we needed. They gave us maps and easy to follow directions. Valet service was quick and easy. Location can't be beaten. The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been a little travel size tube of toothpaste in the bathroom, but really that was it! There was shampoo, conditioner, liquid and bar soap, a little loofa, and shaving cream. That'll teach us to leave our toothpaste behind again :)

All my reservations were not correct, and the same when I checked out, bar and restraunt were under staffed , not friendly and closed too early every nite, with it being full of people from our convention, we aoll could not get back to the hoetl each day before 9 Pm, as animals could not go outside until the heat died down, Our convention was The NAtionalo Jr. Angus Show, largedt Jr. Assoc in the world, we travel every year to this event, in July, and this Sheraton and another in Induanapolis is the worst facilities in 35 years of attending this we have ever stayed at. there never was enough staff to accomodate this group, and only having 1 restraunt located in the bar for all these people lat e at nite was awful, especially closing so early, when most didnt get back to the property until 9 PM

This was our first trip to the Crown Center area in Kansas City and we were ecstatic about the hotel. Elegant surroundings, very comfortable common area chairs (including some rockers), a staff that genuinely cared about you as a guest and overall, just an outstanding stay. Roberto in the restaurant was an exceptional representative of the hotel telling us about the history of the hotel, the area, activities and more. We upgraded to the Club Lounge where the food and service were excellent, not to mention the incredible view from the Skies (Club Lounge name). The Sheraton is connected to the Crown Center through an elevated tunnel that also takes you to the Westin and Union Station so you never had to be out in the elements if the weather was inclement. The room and bed were very comfortable and about the only thing we had an any issue with was the thermostat which gave temperatures in half degrees. Once we figured that out, it was an outstanding Thanksgiving weekend! We will definitely put it on our list to come back soon!!!!!

I was dissatisfied with the my experience. When we checked in we only had two nights listed and I had booked three. When we got to our room the trash had not been emptied in the bathroom. The refridgerator in the room was not working as it has at least and inch and a half of ice on the back panel. I also was not told that I would not have maid service unless I asked for it. I was not happy with the room. The hotel was acceptable.

Julio in the Terrace restaurant was outstanding!! We continued to eat there because of his service. Sharron at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! However, housekeeping was not very responsive for the room. I had to call at 3PM to get the room cleaned after already requesting it daily. I only had 1 day of amenities. After we used them, none were replaced. The guest service person was not informed about the shuttle or taxi service - not accommodating at all.

When you travel a lot for work, hotels can become kind of weary. Ive been travelling to and from this hotel for almost 6 months now and this place is like a second home. The staff will meet your needs. I even asked for a microwave once and they put it in my room! The sky lounge is awesome.. the chef makes these chocolate chip scones... ahhhmazing. The staff is super polite, and the gym is good. Ive even learned to swim while staying here. The shuttle drivers are also the best!

Load noise from room next door due to connector door (which I did not ask for) does not reach the carpet so sound carries. Once had trouble falling asleep. Second time was awakened at 0441. Security did come up to ask the music be turned down. Then the person from that room left the room 20 minutes later and slammed the door very loud. Breakfast on my last day was marred by poor wait staff service. At least no charge for food.

I have been so impressed with the entire staff at Sheraton, all are warm and friendly, place in immaculate, they are like family and make me feel that way. When I was ill during one stay, they made sure I had hot tea and honey; on my birthday they sang "happy birthday" to me in Spectator's. I was Traveler of the Week and enjoyed the best of the best, Skies and Executive Suite, cleanliness, professionalism, my thanks to every one of you at Sheraton Crowne Center.

We were at this facility for a convention of 2300+ the staff from maintenance to upper management went above and beyond to help our event go smoothly. They should all be corned on their excellence and representation of hotel brand! Rated 3 out of 5 by Washington The lounge upstairs on the 43rd floor was great however no one told us how to get access to it until we asked the day before we left. Ashley is great!
The rooms were noisy. We could here the shower running above us. The doors slam when they close, so as guests are coming in late it's noisy! I need quiet to sleep and it wasn't here. The staff was great ! We used the valet service and they were outstanding. This hotel needs a nice restaurant, where u can sit down and eat and visit. The restaurant they have has the bar in the middle and was noisy. Went to the room and ordered room service which was outstanding.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week on a business trip. I was VERY impressed with the facility. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, even the beds were perfect for a good nights sleep! The staff were very nice and helpful, they always greeted you with a smile. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Kansas City.

we ordered a strawberry double strawberry daq. and double jack and diet coke and there was white chips of plastic or foreign objects and drinks and the ice had slime over it. brought back to bartender and several other people had it also. took for ever to replace for 21.00 it was terrible. the next nite all soda machines did not have any coke in them. on floor 35, 34,33, 32, 31, 30, 28 finally gave up and still the next morning it wasnt filled.

my stay this was just okay. Good points was staff was excellent in assisting in my needs like the service desk was able to get me a phone charger when mine was damaged in my flight into Kansas City and made sure that kept me informed in all the sites and going ons in the area. I did ask to have some look at the lack of hot water but was told I had to run the water for a couple of minutes before the hot water would come, but it never came( 2 cold showers )

We stayed at hotel because we have a friend who works at the hotel. When we walked in we didn't have anything luggage because we are local. Checking in they asked what was the occasion, we told them "Wedding Weekend" After talking to them about it they found out we were doing a small justice of the peace style. They treated us fantastic. Comped Valet, Internet, Upgraded Us, told us they wanted to make our weekend special. The room was amazing, the breakfast and hors d'oeuvres were amazing. They brought up wine and champagne to us while getting ready and after. Valet had my name down by then end of the week, and the pool was great. It was on the roof of I the third floor, I believe, so the view was great. I would defiantly go back and recommend this hotel and staff to anyone. 2nd stay at a Starwood hotel and both have lived up to expectations.

We were there to attend a convention. We have never been to a facility that went way above and beyond our expectations for conveniences/comfort, etc. as the Sheraton Hotel in Kansas City. Everyone was SO NICE. Anything they could do to help you, THEY DID. The facility itself was great. We certainly would recommend it to others.

The Hospitality Suite had an amazing view and was a perfect place to gather with friends and family on a day of celebrations. The room was a little bit dusty, but overall clean, well-equipped and pleasant. All of the staff we interacted with were cheerfully helpful. Breakfast at the top of the world was delicious and beautiful.

I work in a hotel and am very picky . Everything hotel wise was absolutely wonderfull. The guest representative who checked me in was very helpfull.The only 2 things I did not like were that I had to pull out the refrigerator and turn the tempurature way down to keep my drinks cold and the bartender in the sports bar was very rude and the server was lazy. I had to get up from our table to order at the bar twice when they weren't busy at all.

the water / plumbing problems need to be addressed.
The ironing board in my room was broken and I had to rig it to fix it.
Is there going to be a dinning room in this hotel ever?
had to attempt to sign into 4 different computers just to get one to sign in for flight information.... and when I finally signed in... it was under my roommates name not mine... which both of us were on the room, showed i.d.'s and more... this is ridiculous!!!

Perry good overall, I arrived at Thanks Giving, didn't get many people. But the awful thing is the Wifi is not free.
