Rated 4 out of 5 by Only 3 issues. First, there was a problem with the toilet in our room. Every time it was flushed, you would need to take the tank cover off and push the flapper down to keep the toilet from running constantly. Also, you cant flush the toilet again until it fills up the tank...found this out the hard way. Really annoying! Second, why do you have to pay for Wi-Fi access? Seems like everywhere else you go, someone is offering free wi-fi access. Third, Why do you have to pay for parking if you are an overnight guest at the hotel? I can understand paying for parking if you do not spend the night, but parking should be included in the cost of the room. February 10, 2014

Comfortable sweet sleeper beds, with ipod (iphone) charge station built into alarm clock. modern and up to date amenities. Starbucks coffee served complimentatry in the room. February 10, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Facility I enjoyed my stay but had problems with Wi_Fi. My main purpose of stay was to attend our Mid-West Conference. I was quite disappointed with the Wi-Fi Service. It consisently went out, especially downstairs. This is critical because discussions in the lobby was created problems without Wi-Fi. This needs to be corrected. January 30, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by A little dissapointed I was looking forward to this hotel being a Sheraton but was a little dissapointed. The king size bed didn't have a fitted sheet on the mattress nor was there a mattress pad. I find that to be a little unclean. Also the "down filled" comforter was more like a paper comforter. It was so crunchy that every time we moved you heard it crunching. The rest of the hotel was great. The room was clean. January 21, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Way below Expectations Didn't have our king bed we reserved so was stuck with 2 doubles =6' husband's feet hanging over the edge of bed. They gave us free parking to make up for it, (maybe a $15 valve). TV, phone, lamp and Fridge didn't work either tell we went down and asked for them to be fixed. Room cost well over $100 and very disappointed in our stay! Didn't feel like we got out bang for the bucks! January 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience I am from Philly and the hotel stay at the Sheraton was a great experience. The gym was open 24hrs and I worked out during my stay late hours of the night. The only problem I had was the bar and lounge was closed due to work being done. I could not hang out at the hotel and that was my only problem. January 14, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible Experience I stayed at this hotel for a dance convention and it was quite a disaster. First, there was no where to eat! There were 800 dancers needing food for lunch and there was only a sports bar serving and preparing food for guests and room service. Second, the convention room my daughter danced in was in the basement area. The ceiling was very low, lighting was horrible, smelled disgusting and there were 4 large columns in the middle of the room! There was also a sewer leak coming from the ceiling of the convention room. It smelled horrible and there were trash cans placed throughout the room to catch the drippings! Gross! The bellmen were not very happy and seemed very frustrated with all the people needing assistance with bags. If you are a hotel that offers convention type services, then your facility and staff need to be prepared. I will never stay at this particular hotel again. January 13, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by You will be thrilled! KC Sheraton wowed us the moment we entered the huge foyer! We just had to stare at the beautiful surroundings for a while before we checked in. It was close to Christmas, so the Christmas decorations everywhere added to the beauty. We really felt like we were in a super ritzy place :) The staff is wonderful and helpful! We were so pleased with our stay and with the price of the hotel for the conference. The shuttles to the conference were great, quick and polite drivers. Just thrilled with this hotel and town!!! Rated 4 out of 5 by basically a good experience The room we were given didn't have promised refridgerator and microwave, so we were given a different room.The room still didn't have a microwave and was set up for two people although we had booked for four. We had double beds instead of queen size. The hotel staff did give us more towels, etc. It was lovely and clean, in spite of the fact that it wasn't what we had booked several weeks in advance. Rated 3 out of 5 by Terrible Internet Access I was offended that the Sheraton charges $15 for "premium" Internet and I could only get two bars. They did move me to another room, but the same issue existed in the new room. And, I couldn't get the internet to work in the lobby. If internet access is important to you, don't stay here. It happened to back up to the elevator, which woke me up several times. The next mornign I spoke to Sharron, who got me a new room, awy from teh elevator...on a higher floor! She is terrific! Rated 5 out of 5 by Elegance, comfort and convenience This was our first trip to the Crown Center area in Kansas City and we were ecstatic about the hotel. Elegant surroundings, very comfortable common area chairs (including some rockers), a staff that genuinely cared about you as a guest and overall, just an outstanding stay. Roberto in the restaurant was an exceptional representative of the hotel telling us about the history of the hotel, the area, activities and more. We upgraded to the Club Lounge where the food and service were excellent, not to mention the incredible view from the Skies (Club Lounge name). The Sheraton is connected to the Crown Center through an elevated tunnel that also takes you to the Westin and Union Station so you never had to be out in the elements if the weather was inclement. The room and bed were very comfortable and about the only thing we had an any issue with was the thermostat which gave temperatures in half degrees. Once we figured that out, it was an outstanding Thanksgiving weekend! We will definitely put it on our list to come back soon!!!!! December 5, 2013
