The staff you will find friendly and helpful. This was my first time to Columbus, Ohio. The restaurant and lounge serve tasty food, all for the good.
The bedroom and bathroom of 1005 are large and a wonderful view of one side of downtown Columbus. You can watch the sunrise from your own bedroom, which I did. The fitness room is wonderful and open 24/7.
I found the AC in the bedroom to be too cold and turned it down during the day, and shut it off for the night.
Sheraton is just 15 minutes from the airport.

They don't do wake up calls, they do wake up door knocks. Except the person doing them has issues with reading and was on the wrong floor waking up many people that did not want to be. And I expect not waking up people at 5:00am that needed to be.
When speaking to the manager on duty at 5:00am I got all the wrong answers, and never an apology.
Also house keeping took the liberty of rearranging my personal items, shuffling paper on the desk into one pile and moving it to another table. Moving my toiletries on the counter so the shampoo bottles could be laid out like the picture they had been shown. Again, all the wrong answers from the manager, and never an apology.
Unfortunately I have a client that books me into this property. I would never stay there by choice. This is the second stay that has been problematic.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bauer4 A Family Weekend Stay
My wife and 4yo son stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding. We redeemed points for our stay. A good stay but nothing exceptional. A good room and we had no issues with our bedding or cleanliness. All was good on that front.
We also enjoyed the Platinum Perk of Club Lounger access even though we had not booked a Club Room. The lounge was good size with a dining half with tables and chairs and a lounge half with a couch, chairs, and TV. The breakfast was good as were the evening hors d'oeuvres.
The hotel location is also great for those looking to stay downtown. We had to park in the underground garage across the street which was about $10+ per day. Service was OK with a longer than average wait for checkin and checkout because of a wedding party in the hotel.
We would consider staying again and would recommend for those who want to stay downtown.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BexNLex Shower ran cold
The room was average, the cable selection was below basic, and the shower would not put out hot water.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gary35 Location is good, but maintenance and service needs work.
The tv in my room was not working properly. Every time it was turned off, it would not turn back on again. I had to call maintenance TWICE to assist! Also, when the restaurant is closed patrons are sent to the bar for food service, which was understaffed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Indy68 Very disappointed
The hotel and rooms were very nice. However, the staff is quite incompetent. There is no reason to make every person wait until 3:00 to check in when you have a sold out hotel. Everyone had to wait hours to check in. Will not stay there again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Alice239 Very average
The corner room is very weirdly shaped(long distance between TV wall and bed, an elongated bathroom) and has poor lighting. The bathroom was unusually very cold as compared to the rest of the room. It seemed like I was perpetually in darkness with the dark colored walls adding to the dim lighting. Really bad water pressure in the shower on higher floors. The AC/Heater was cranks pretty loud.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Woody606 Great location and attentive staff
The staff went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. This was an extremely busy weekend for the hotel yet they handled it like it was just another routine day. We appreciate the hospitality! The location was close to several parking options and centrally located in downtown Columbus.
