Looks I like I will have the honor of being the first reviewer, will try to more detailed than usual.
At first after making reservation, I was rather hesitant about my stay here due to conflict reviews at other reservations sites. But I was pleasantly surprised from the checkin, restaurant, fitness and club floor experience.
Great SPG recognition from checkin, staff always trying to engage customer in positive manner (while most staff I encountered spoke very good English, just don't expect everyone to speak fluent English, just not realistic and sometimes body language works just fine). And appreciated the upgrade.
My colleague and I tried the Korea/Japanese restaurant, buffet offer, and service was fast and friendly with fresh and tasty food.
Club lounge staff were just fantastic, giving advice on local dining options, although bit down side is that most options were about 30 mints away (but then again, everything seem to take time to get to in China). Club lounge offering wasn't vast, but more than enough to try different offerings of local and international drinks and munchies. Special thanks to Renee.
New machines at the fitness center, well the hotel is only about one year old. Great swimming and sauna option. Receptionist are friendly, although other fitness center staff didn't speak English but were just ad friendly and helpful.
Only down side could be the location: seem little away fro downtown. but it does have upside, museum right across and theme park near by (unfortunately didn't have chance to check them out). Seem like there's lot of investment/development in the area.
So, all in all, hotel experience was one of the best for me in 2013. Seem like they worked out all the little issues from the first year opening. Had hotel been better location, would've given all Excellent.

I have had two stays at the Hotel. It is rather new, has big corridors, spacious and clean rooms. Everything was functional. The employees are friendly and try to please and help. The Hotels treats people with SPG status well. Before I stayed the Guest contact center made contact and required if I had any special needs/requests (Not just the typical trying to sell there Hotel limousine) but a personal e-mail. Hotel is Southeast of Changchun center. My taxi meter was at 80CNY when I arrived at the Hotel from CGQ AP. It is in a new part of town that is NOT town-down. But I did not want to be. I enjoyed the space and the few people. There are a few tourist attractions nearby none of them I used. Tiger Park, Movie-land, a lake etc. Taxi's need to be ordered ahead of time. So my and the Hotels recommendation: give us 30 minutes and we will get a taxi.

My company is arranging the meeting with reservation more than 40 rooms in three months in advance.
However, the hotel just oversell their booking,and no room gave to us.
More than 10 of our guests and associates needs to wait more than two hours from 3:00pm to 5:00 pm I order to get the room which is reserved in advance !!
That is ridiculous and totally not acceptable.
The staff or event manager cannot organize probably that cause us as a group wasting unnecessary time for room!
I cannot imagine such a organizer , or event manager, we as a medical company, will never never and never organize any event in Sheraton group any more.
