You should stay elsewhere: After a long day of travel we arrived at the hotel. Amber at the front desk greeted our dog and spoke to him for about 3 minutes before acknowledging us. I then stood there looking at her and said. "Checking in.." She seemed surprised. Nonetheless she began to check us in. I asked for club level access to which she replied that there was a $20 fee for gold members. I explained that I had recently stayed at Sheraton hotels where given how frequent a traveler I am I was upgraded as a courtesy. She insisted it was a policy that was currently being enforced. I politely asked to speak with someone else at which point another woman leaned over and said, "It is $20." No hello, my name is...etc. After explaining again that it is not an unreasonable request they finally relented though it was clear they were not happy about it. We got upstairs to our room to find stains in the carpet. Fortunately we're just here for one night but this is not the kind of recognition I expect as an SPG member nor the quality of the room I expect at a Sheraton. We certainly won't be back to this property.

While I was in my room, a member of the cleaning staff walked in to "bring towels" but passed up the bathroom until he saw me sitting on the bed. There was a water in our room that had been previously used and left behind. Also after leaving the air run it started to blow out air that smelt like dirty old socks.

I ended up at this hotel last minute after having an AWFUL experience at the hotel right next to them. Our flight was cancelled last minute late Sunday night due to storms in the area so we got a room at the hotel next door which was a mistake and nightmare. We almost just went back to the airport to sleep there but decided to walk to the Sheraton in the pouring rain. When we got there the lady working the front desk and the security guard that were on duty were simply amazing! They greeted us with a smile (which at the time those smiles went a long way) they could tell we had already had a long rough night by this time it was like 1 in the morning and they got us into a room in a very quick amount of time and they truly took care of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. THANK YOU for providing such an AWESOME and FRIENDLY staff!!

I enjoyed my stay as it was twice, on May 3rd with my daughter and then again on May 9th by myself. My only comment would be that to perhaps have more shower bars in the shower to protect the elderly might be something for your company to think about. I felt it was a little difficult as I had almost no bars to hang on to and at 74 I did not want to fall.

This hotel is very nice and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. The first night we put out the "green" door hanger to waive getting new towels the next day. (In other hotels, when we have used similar door hangers, housekeeping still came in and made the bed and replaced coffee, etc.) The second night we had to go to the front desk and get more coffee. We also removed the door hanger for the remaining days of our stay. However, we never again saw housekeeping and had to continue to go to the front desk to get more amenities to resupply our room. Other than this, everyone was very friendly and the room was very nice.

After a VERY long day of travel, a night at this hotel was all we needed to face a few more hours on the road. The room was large and spacious, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. The front desk staff gave us a very warm welcome and were quick to help us with our needs. We also had a delicious burger from the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Returning to the Sheraton Pittsburgh airport for the sixth time was like coming home. All the staff know me and my wife and treat us like family. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, always prepared to spend aliitle time and go the extra mile.
However the menu. Is awful. The food has improved but as a diabetic I am not well catered for. Tailored choices and an a la carte selection are badly needed.
Still love coming there though and would otherwise recommend it.
