Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice property. Convenient to hwy and easy drive down Adamo (vs I-4) to get to downtown. Friendly staff. Hotel has large, clean and nicely appointed rooms. I realize not brand standard for Sheraton full serv but a refrig would be nice. Only complaint was pool area. Nice pool but not attended and definitely not enough lounge chairs. Ran out the two x's I went. May 28, 2013

The hotel staff were responsive and courteous. The rooms were well equipped with towels, seating and bedding. The mattress was especially comfortable. May 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great HotelThis is a really nice hotel. Hotel is super clean and up to date. Rooms are chic and spacious. Only compliant was with WiFi due to it's sketchy coverage and disconnecting everytime your iphone sleeps. Other than that, I loved this hotel. Will definitely be back. August 26, 2013

First-rate looks to boast about...maid service was a bit lacking with my room not cleaned until after 4:00pm on all days I was there so hopefully this msg will be seen by the right eyes October 30, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice property! This is an extremely nice property. The room was great, the food was fine and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel was a little far away from downtown but overall I would highly recommend. FYI-cell reception, at least Verizon cell reception was non-existent. October 13, 2012

Food was overpriced and poor to fair in quality. The guest room on the fifth floor was not open at convenient times. September 17, 2012

The shuttle drivers were so pleasant and such a great service to have for your guest .We would highly recommend this Sheraton and we will be back..thanks! July 8, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Noisy! Overall, I was disappointed in this hotel. First off, there was a group of young kids staying within my area (I was in room 404). They came in at 1am and were bopping from room-to-room, doors slamming. I had to call the front desk, plus give them all nasty looks in the hallway. I would have hoped the hotel staff could have kept me away from them--in the future, I will know to ask and request this. Very unfortunate. So it gets worse...first, there were no clean towels at the pool when I went out at 10am. Why do early? Well, house cleaning was coming thru and guess what, slamming those doors too. All the "kids" had checked out around 9am...heard the slamming doors and chatter again..then I though "finally, quiet". Well think again..housekeeping manager comes thru with her sheet knocking, and litterally letting EVERY door slam. How annoying. I paid for a room from 4pm to 12noon and it should be QUIET during that time--at least by the people who work in the hotel. It's very unfortunate as I am down often but this hotel is being marked off my list. May 20, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel is showing it's age We chose this ]hotel due to its proximity to the cruise port (about a mile away) and were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel runs a free shuttle service to the port. Our room had been nicely renovated though the bathroom needed work. May 9, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not impressed Air conditioning doesn't work well. No hot water, rooms smell musty, lighting in rooms is too low. They don't restock the bar very frequently. Out of Bailey's on Tuesday and still out on Thursday when I checked back. July 27, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Family time I missed breakfast during my stay, but my teenage son said it was amazing. He is hard to impress. So I will not make that mistake again. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious for the price. August 5, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by total service The room was not cleaned properly. The toilet was not cleaned in a proper manner and the carpets were not vacuumed and table tops not wiped clean. The restaurant and bar service was extremely slow and the menu was very limited. February 19, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by The hotel staff needs to be more friendly I stayed at this hotel for one night in Tampa to see a concert at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Upon arrival I was helped by a hotel receptionist named Isiah who was not very friendly or helpful. He never once explained anything about the hotel amenities, or the shuttle service. He checked us in and directed us to the elevators when we entered our room it was a king size bed and my reservation was for a two double beds. So we have to drag our luggage back downstairs and let the hotel receptionist Isiah know of the mistake. He then seemed confused and had to check and explained they were overbooked for the night and could only accommodate us with a king suite. We had no other choice but to take the suite. Once settled in our room we proceeded to find the pool but there were no signs to direct us so we wandered the hotel until we figured out that the athetic center and pool are usually close together. Once we arrived at the pool there were no clean towels and the pool desk was covered in used towels from previous guests. I had never been to a Sheraton that was so unfriendly or messy. July 5, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nicely renovated The hotel lobby was open an airy and even had a 'monitor' fireplace to add ambiance to the lobby. My only comment would be that the bar closes too eary for a Friday night #aroundf 11ish#.. May 9, 2013
