Unfortunately, there have been several problems at this hotel. First of all, the room was smelling musty. When we first opened the door, the smell was already enormous. The room service then had the idea to use spray.
Another problem has been the service at the bar / lobby: First of all, nobody is coming. We were sitting there for at least 15 minutes without any staff coming to fetch our order. Only when we explicitly made signs, someone was coming.
Food: The salad I ordered has been okay, my father ordered some Spaghetti which were served cold. I think this really needs improvement as well as the service.
Drinking: Some juices have already been finished, which means that some cocktails could not be mixed anymore. Quality of cocktails was not on a 5 star level.
The location itself is okay, but it's far away from the city centre. At least there is a metro station about 10 minutes away (walking).
At the checkout, there have been several problems. First of all, the breakfast was calculated completely wrong (too many persons). Another problem was that we paid our food / drinking at the bar cash as the service staff told us that the computer is defect and it's not possible to pay on our room. At checkout the amount we already paid cash was on the invoice again, so they wanted us to pay it again. Fortunately, they stroke off the wrong items on the invoice without further discussions.

Stayed a week here and found everything excellent. This was an award stay for me, and a very good value. High points - fitness center/spa (a business unto itself), suites nice an big, staff all very helpful and nice, lounge was well stocked, hotel by upscale neighborhood, beautiful outside lounge areas, close to airport (nice free shuttle). Low points - a bit far to center city, but I didn't mind the 20 minute metro ride (stop is 6 minute walk away) or 30 minute bus ride, actually was relaxing after touring. I complement the manager -- very well managed hotel.

I have stayed at hotels all over the world, some much more expensive; some much more economical. I've never been denied access to the fitness center as I was here. No where on the website does it limit the use of the fitness center to Platinum only members. I will not stay at this hotel again. I was rudely treated by the front desk when I questioned this unreasonable rule. As a result, to work out I had to run on streets in a city I've never visited before. I'm not sure I will stay at a Sheraton again. Oh, by the way, I am only 3 nights from reaching Platinum. Such degrading treatment.

It is not what I should have expected for a Sheraton. It looks like old, not very nice. People service was in general good although they look to be always in a rush during breakfast and lunch. I did not like the food much (in Spain food is the best in the world!!)

Very good rooms and comfort of bed excellent. Rooms very clean.
However - hotel reception staff very unhelpful and at times rude.
Very disappointed that the pool was not opened in Mid May, despite the temperature reaching 37 degrees celcius.
I was also charged a late check out fee when leaving the room on time, with only a single bag left behind in my room mistakenly. Despite the manager saying he would contact me to refund this fee, I have had no contact since.
Overall a very disappointing experience. A good business option if a good room is all you are interested in. If on vacation, I would not reccommend.

Nice hotel but it is a 20 euro can ride every time you want to head into the city. Also the need some better lighting. It's dim and dark and not in a sexy way! Beds were comfy and staff friendly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Scott135 The worst Starwood hotel service I ever encountered.
Service hotline has no one in duty over 50% of time. One duty manager refuse to service Asian by telling me " I don't speak English". The house keeper took the welcome gift (an un-opened bottle of sparking wine) without the permission of the guest. A twin beds club suite only provide one set of towel. 24.03.15 morning reception staff (Male, no name tag) yell at me when I complained the missing gift from the hotel GM.
