The ladies at the front desk would benefit from training on brand recognizing. My gold status meant nothing to them neither they acknowledged. No greeting, if felt like you are bothering them. I was charged for bottle of waters I have bought myself, I even questioned the fact that the water brand name was totally different. They don't offer two sets of keys, even though two people were in the room, as they want to make sure your turn the AC off, even though it was 94 degrees out. The halls don't have AC, so they open the window to make it very uncomfortable. I understand it was a 3 star hotel at best, but service could have been a lot better.

This is a very good hotel both for business or leisure. The staff is really responsive and the SPG benefits are respected.
The only downside is the internet access, as I'm staying for long periods I came to realize that the internet at some days (when the hotel is full) is really bad. Bad in the sense that it totally doesn't work at all.

This is the best hotel in Vitoria, which is not much since there aren't any other international chains here at the top end. The hotel is big and comfortable, with a perfect location and great views.
This hotel has only recently joined SPG, and I believe the front desk needs some training when it comes to status recognition. No special treatment, no upgrades, no thank you for your loyalty. First room we were given had a strong smell of mouldy carpet - I cannot understand why they keep fitting tropical beachfront hotels with carpets. It's just asking for trouble.
The room itself is large, features a new, large-screen TV, and has a decent sized bathroom, and comfortable beds.
The facilities are nice, with an attractive lobby, rooftop pool, and fast elevators. Breakfast is included, and it is a good spread, of decent quality with egg and tapioca station. However, they are clearly understaffed, with tables not being cleared too efficiently, so you have to hunt for tables. We did try the feijoada on Saturday which was nice and decent value too.
Location is great, in the upmarket neighbourhood of Praia do Canto, a 15 minute walk to a large mall in one direction, and to a cluster of bars and restaurants in the opposite direction. It is also convenient for the airport.
Not spectacular, but then, the choices in Vitoria are few and far between.

average breakfast but very good feijoada on Saturdays. Pool on a top floor is a great feature on this hotel. Beachfront location and 25minutes from airport. Front desk staff could improve regarding recognition from SPG members. Quality supervisor from hotel did a great job once we request a crib from my child.
Did not have a chance to get in on executive lounge since they were not open during my stay on November 30th.
Overall I had a great stay.

In front of the beach. Very well located this confortable and luxury Hotel has all rooms with ocean view. This is the best choice in Vitoria! very high speed wi-fi.

Als Starwood Platinum-Mitglied übernachte ich Jahr für Jahr in vielen Sheraton Hotels. So etwas wie hier ist mir jedoch noch nie untergekommen:
- Nur nach großen Diskussionen konnte ein Airporttransfer organisiert werden
- Ankunft extrem unterkühlt, ohne jedes lächeln. Keine Erklärungen zum Haus
- Hotel Flure sind nicht beleuchtet
- Zimmer sind nicht wie auf den Bildern suggeriert neu. Alles riecht sehr streng (Teppich), Wände voller Flecken
- Im Badezimmer waren viele Haare des Vorgängers zu finden. Das ganze Zimmer war voller Staub und generell unrein
- Das Pooldeck begrüßte uns mit umherfliegenden Plastiktüten, auf jedem der drei Tische waren Bierflaschen, schmutzige Teller zu sehen. Dieser Zustand war an allen Nachmittagen der Selbe. Die Liegen lösen sich bereits in ihre Bestandteile auf
- Das Wasser im Pool ist so drüb, dass man nichtmal den Boden sehen kann (und das bei einer Tiefe von 1.3 Metern...)
- Frühstück komplett unter Sheraton-Standard, nicht mal ein Cappuccino war erhältlich
- Angebot in der Lounge ist einfach ein Witz. Auch die Öffnungszeiten werden frei von den Mitarbeitern festgelegt
- Schreiendes Personal
Generell ist zu sagen, dass das Hotel von oben bis unten schmutzig , das Personal komplett unteressiert und der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist.
Nach mehreren fehlgeschlagenen Versuchen den GM zu sprechen gaben wir auf und reisten ab.
Absolut nicht auf internationalem Standard. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Tivemos uma excelente estada no hotel. Instalacoes e atendimento irretocaveis. A localizacao do hotel é espetacular. A vista do apartamento é melhor ainda.
