Overall the room and services are typical of SPG of high standard. However, it lacks variety for F&B outlets and food choices. The menu is typical local, European and indian cuisine. As a 5-star international hotel, it should have some Asian cuisine as apart of the overall food concept. Another shortcoming is the club floor breakfast selection. I stayed for 4 nights and had the same breakfast spread for 4 days! Just cannot believe it!

From arrival (1am) to our departure five days later, this was truly an amazing and memorable time for my husband and I. The service (from every department of the Sheraton) was second to none. The staff work incredibly well in making your stay memorable. The facilities meet all your needs and you are also in a fabulous location. (Metro is 2 minutes walk). THANK YOU for making our 42nd wedding anniversary so memorable.

In general, the stay is fine looking at the hotel location in relation to the mall of emirates. However, the cleanliness of the rooms requires further deep check. I was looking behind the beds and found huge amounts of dust. Upon departure, I was recommended to use Hotel taxi. Once reached the airport and after asking for a receipt, the driver simply replied... I forgot at Hotel.

Every weekend i try to book at one of the hotels in Dubai to relax. my recent stay with Sheraton- MOE was the best the pleasant assistant provided by all the staff and the great service made my time much easier and relaxing.

The hotel itself is excellent and in great location but the staff need to care more. i came in this hotel for 4 days and my reservation was honeymooner. unfortunately, although i was promised honeymoon cakes in the reception, i didn't get even a fruit basket. i had to call 3 times and every time the same apology " sorry, it was not in the system, i will add it and you will get it by tomorrow morning" but nothing actually happend ! so i gave up on them.

The hotel is amazing, but me and my wife had an bad experience when we were just in our room and with no knock or ring on doorbell, one of the staff just walked into our room!! We were surprised and shocked and you can understand my wife shock and also a little bit of scaredness to be alone in the room as what if this staff member walked in and she was alone or in the bathroom and coming out? We made an complaint to the manager whom later advised that the staff was spoken to and asked why he just entered room and the staff blatantly lied and said they knocked and rung the doorbell. But other than this incident the rest of our stay was brilliant and i would recommend the hotel. amazing food and the rooms were amazing, comfort and light and airy

We stayed overnight to go to the golf tournament and found that our room was without the advertised and promised for our room Nespresso machine. We wondered why it wasn't present and mentioned it to the staff on the way out as we only stayed one night. Also, breakfast at the Club level was less than stellar with lots of dirty tables, slow refills on food, less than appetizing choices for vegetarian (what there was for choice was empty and we were promised it would be filled as soon as someone brought up more) which didn't happen. People walked in and then walked out once they saw the many tables with dirty dishes taking up space and the buffet with empty dishes. Personally, we don't eat donuts, croissants and sweet rolls and there was an overabundance of those with little to no vegetarian choices. We got 1 cup of coffee and tea each and had to chase down someone for another which did not materialize..disappointing as we had to go into the mall of the Emirates to get a decent cup of green tea and coffee in a restaurant which seemed to offer a better breakfast than what we were offered at the Club level. Should be a better choice for a hotel of the level.

As a five star hotel i expect that the service will be excellent but here is my comments during my short stay:
1- I booked the room through booking.com and in the morning of the check in i received SMS from my bank stating the Sheraton charged me with the amount of the reservation and when i arrived to check in counter the lady at the counter did not found my reservation and i waited almost half hour waiting here to fix this issue and she used my mobile to check the email that booking.com send to me. in general the check in procedure is very poor and so many people is waiting in a line to finish their issues.
in general the staff of the hotel need to be more professional to meet with the level of the Sheraton hotels, i expect more from Sheraton.

This is an absolutely top class hotel. The facilities are A1 and the staff are really very, very professional. The staff (and I mean EVERY one of the staff) greet their guests with a smile, warm words and great courtesy. The dining room was pleasant with wonderful views and was not overstated. The food range was delightful and very fresh and covered all tastes and needs. The bed was to "die for" and so was the shower. This establishment deserves every one of the 5 star rating that we give it. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The last time I saw my sister was in 1973. we are at old age, We have decided to see each other in Dubai. Our visit was great and for the first time I saw her children and Grand children. On our last day of departure and all the excitement my wife and I missed our flight to US. The extra cost of tickets and hotel was too much for our budget, but the facility and especially the treatment we received from your staff was beyond our expectation.
At least for two days we forgot the extra cost we have to pay. Oh well that is life.

Executive lounge: limited offers & you need to wake very early to find the food selection. In the evening it has tea, coffee & cookies only.
Sinbul Restaurant: Is hot due to frequent opening of the sliding doors by guests to check the whether outside or to smoke or just carelessness. In hot whether these doors should be closed (sine they're not fire or emergency exits) and access to the terrace should though terrace revolving door or Simbul main entry swing door with the automatic closer.

My experience with the hotel was beyond amazing.. the modern decoration, the ama zing atmosphere, the cleaness of the facility and the premium location all added to the overall beauty of the hotel. Above all this, the amazingly welcoming staff from front desk employees to room service are living their values and are all keen to provide the greatest hospitality for their guests. I love it !

I recently stayed 4 days with a friend at the Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates, and was very pleased with the hotel. The location is excellent with a direct entrance to the Mall of the Emirates. Hotel facilities were very good, with excellent sauna, steam, and jacuzzi on the top floor next to the rooftop swimming area. Our room was just what we asked for and very pleasant to stay in. Best of all, the staff were almost without exception friendly, cheerful and helpful and made us feel valued and welcome. I would definitely return!

The reception is deceptive . You feel if you are at the right place.
But once you take the lift to the fifth floor things change dramatically
The highlight for me was the excellent service be it installation of wifi or extra water bottles all happened in a jiffy
The location of course is superb
Walk into the mall of emirates at will
The breakfast was really good both in terms of quality and presentation
And finally check out was a breeze
Not to forget the charming Katrina at the checkout time
Must come back for a longer stay

Wonderful holiday from the moment we checked in until the time we left four days later. Staff extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Nothing to much trouble. Location is brilliant. Having booked for a relaxing stay prior to starting a new job the hotel sadly disapointed us. We had booked and paid for the night prior to arrival so as to check in to the room on arrival at 3 am. Lower level reception kept us waiting 20 minutes before sending us to level 5 where we again waited to check in - no room had been allocated and we had to have a 10 minute spiel on upgrading despite twice having refused this. Restaurant uninspiring - staff seemed unmotivated in most areas of the hotel. The bar - disapointing. Security poor at lower reception being approached by strangers asking fo rroom number and staff at first thought this was okay until I said I will call police if no duty manager comes now. Overall a sad hotel - not a crisp 5* establishment I would be used to from SPG

I stayd in the Sheraton in the Emirates Mall in Dubai from 24/04 - 26/04. My stay was almost perfect. The room was perfect, the staff very educated and helpfull.
I had two problems.
First, I have planed a tour, and the driver was going to meet me at the loby, but when I got there he has left, and the Bell boy didnt try to call my room or try to contact me any time. Fortunatle I was able to contact the driver and meet him in another location.
The other problem that I had, was from the concierge, she booked me a dinner in the Dubai marina. She sayd that was all included, food and drinks, and alcohol drinks was allowed. In the dinner I was surprised because the drinks were not included, only soft drinks, and credit card was not avayble. Lucky I had cash with me.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We arrived one day later than planned due to significant flight delay. I had called the staff to inform them of the delay and they accommodated me by changing my reservation to the next day without any fuss. We arrived in the morning and were checked in immediately. My SPG Platimum level was recognized. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite that is very well appointed. The hotel staff were exceptional and provided great service at every turn. The breakfast spread in the restaurant was excellent. The coffee was piping hot, just as I like it. The Club Lounge had great hors d'oeuvres in the evening, as well as drinks/snacks all day. Our only regret is that we only spent one night in the hotel, and we will definitely go back.

Room was clean and tidy and the furniture is reasonably in good condition. In the living room the sofa can be turn to an extra bed. The size of the suit was acceptable but the bathroom is noticeably small.
Check in process was acceptable in 25 minutes, but still good as there were more than 20 other guests/families checking in at the same time.
What I liked most about this hotel is the location as the hotel is connected to the second floor of the mall. This is indeed one of the biggest advantages.

We had the best 4 days ever. We crammed so much into a short space of time and the stay at the Sheraton Dubai mall of the Emirates was just wonderful. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating, just fabulous. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip, and I can't wait.
