Good location and services, good quality of food, clean. The stuff was helpful, fast and very kind.
The wifi internet was bad until finally fixed, but I was asked to be charged, although internet was supposed to be free after a company deal. The matter was solved this time. However, if there is "free WiFi" on a company deal with client, we expect that is free and that it runs fast, which is the minimum requirement for a business traveler, as well as a reason to go or not to go to the same hotel again.

We had the best 4 days ever. We crammed so much into a short space of time and the stay at the Sheraton Dubai mall of the Emirates was just wonderful. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating, just fabulous. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip, and I can't wait.

Location is brilliant. So well connected with the rest of Dubai. Its sits on its spine.
We did have an initial problem but it got sorted out thanks to Asif Aman. He extended extreme politeness and courtesy towards us and made up for the small goof up by the young upstart girl at the reception.
Awesome is how Id like to describe our stay at Sheraton.

I am an spg lifetime gold member. I called a day before my arrival to request an early check in because my travel plans changed. The reservation staff member I spoke to said he made a note of my request. Upon arrival the check in staff I met said there was no such note on the system. She said the hotel was busy so she couldn't over me one. After a six hour wait I approached her and asked her if the room was ready, she barely answered me but instead ushered me into the lift and pressed 5 not telling me where I was going or who I was going to meet. I went up to the towers desk and had to introduce myself all over again and state my purpose in the hotel. I was aghast at such a treatment. Then I asked for room service, my order took one and a half hours to come despite the recommended 30 mins.
Suffice to say I checked out after just 2 nights instead of 4.
I doubt if I will ever return to this particular Starwood property.
The staff are cold and unfeeling for a hospitality facility.

The hotel is centrally based ideal for business users. Being attached to the Mall of the Emirates helps with varying the menu throughout a long stay as the hotel only has one restaurant. The rooms are large and clean, with the house keeping of a high standard, the daily complementary water helps with rehydration. As a business user I like using this hotel, it has everything you need. Shame you have to upgrade to get free internet.

The suite upgrade was excellent. The location for a holiday is very central and the public transport is very easy to use. It had the feel of an exclusive hotel and being attached to the Mall of the emirates was very handy. Jumiera Is only a short distance away also.

The Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates and it's employees provided a truly well rounded incredible experience from start to finish providing top of the line service for my first trip to Duabi from the US. We were warmly greeted by multiple staff promptly by the bellmen as the taxi arrived from the airport and they immediately took care of our luggage as we proceeded to the check in counter. The Desk agent was very inviting, enthusiastic and through with our check in process and going over the different features of the hotel, our room, our SPG accounts as well as my travel companion's room request. The lobby was very contemporary and warm with ample amount of areas to be able to just lounge while using the free Wi-Fi to guests which was crucial during our travels. We were even served a small complimentary refreshing lemon and mint juice while we caught up on our e-mails which was very refreshing after a 13 hour flight! It was a great touch! The rooms were spacious and VERY clean. We were located on the 18th floor with incredible views of the Burj Khalifa to the left and the Al Arab and Beach straight ahead. It was incedible views that evening when we arrived back to the hotel from dinner and could see firworks from our room with the Al Arab all lite up and fireworks going off above it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was incredible. Zakihr the housekeeper did a gerat job cleaning our room during our 5 night stay and even asked us if we needed anything further one time walking back to our room. Very quiet hotel made it great to sleep in. The front desk and concierge staff was always very inviting and eager to accomodate ones needs and requests from arrival to even check out where they gladly held our bags while we explored the rest of the day prior to departing for a late night flight back to the US. Great location connected to the mall to be able to grab coffee in the morning or a bite to eat and very safe with a guard and seperate elevators to the guest rooms. Walking distance through the mall to the metro made getting anywhere in the city very accessable. My husband and I also had an awesome expereince on the 5th floor ourdoor lounge at night sitting on the rooftop with the beautiful backdrop of the city and enjoying a bottle of wine and kaboobs were delicious. They gave us a great recommendation on an alternative bottle of wine since our first choice had run out. As a Westin employee myself I can safely say that our stay was 5 stars from start to finish! The Sheraton really helped to make my first trip to Dubai a true trip of a lifetime!

A booking was made previously by a travel agent, but could not be found and we were kept waiting for half an hour before they scanned my credit card and admitted us to our room.
Despite inquiries, no staff member was able to indicate if they had found our pre-paid booking. It was not until it was time to check out on the last day that we discovered that there was nothing owing and presumably the booking had been found and processed.

The Sheraton in Dubai was fantastic we stayed 2 nights as a stop over from Europe before our 12 hour flight back to Adelaide with Emirates. The hotel had everything we needed, the staff were excellent, they made us feel like VIP's and helped with our needs in every way. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Well done and keep up the good work. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends Thank you.

the hotel has a perfect location; quite centrally to all tourist attractions with direct connection to the metro and the shopping mall.
the pool on the roof is pleasant to spent a few hours in the morning or afternoon.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 3 nights in May 2013. The experience was excellent and the service was amazing. In particular, Zeeshan on floor 22 and Durga in the Club lounge made our stay extra special - nothing was too much and a smile greeted you each time. I would recommend paying extra for use of the club lounge. We arrived early and departed after the check out time but were given access to the club lounge which I thought was excellent. Would definitely return.

The staff at this Hotel couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, they are a true asset and made a business trip memorable. I will definitely be recommending the hotel and hope to be back soon.

I could not be more disappointed with a brand name, the whole experience shows that this property needs serious attention.
The logo says Sheraton, but nothing else will...I had business trip that I took my family with, to start
THE Check-in was a try and error of repeated Q's.."did you pay...Where did you book from...AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN". they left my suit in the open outside for three hours for sun and dust.
THE ROOM... the amenities are set for one person (one large towel. single toothbrush, etc.) and once you are in the room the cleaning people knocks for no reason (other than trying to score a tip...shameful).
THE POOL, its OK but try to forget the towel on one of the kids....you will be hunted down, and order any food don't bother its all out of stock "Why" no Supplies...WOW
THE CHECK-OUT you call for bell service they don't show and then the phone is off-the-hock "ORDERING" you to leave.
I will never consider this property again and will think hard about the Sheraton brand.
PS. That was all observed in a one night stay...

Our fault with your hotel was that we had specifically booked a 24 hour stay to break our journey from Frankfurt to Adelaide. We got to sleep at 1 a.m. having been transported to your hotel. We wanted to sleep as we were flying to Adelaide and needed to be at the airport by 11 p.m. that night. However at 5 a.m. we were woken by the telephone which was a recording telling us that it was 5 a.m. At 7 a.m. the telephone rang again telling us the recorded time and again at 7.30 a.m. telling us the time. Thus our reason for staying to get a rest before continuing on our journey did not work. The staff were very polite when we reported the problem when we went to breakfast and they apologised that they had a technical problem. Thus we were very disappointed with our stay because of the technical problem. Your choice of reasons for staying does not include a stop over on long flights from Europe to Australia.

The Hotel has all the facilities requird by a busy business traveller. The location is ideal . Connectivity to the Mall of Emirates is an added atrraction. The entire staff of the Hotel are superb and very helpful.

the hotel has great location, and friendly staff specially in restaurants, house keeping is one of the poor department in the hotel I stayed in hotel for 3 nights in a Deluxe Suit and guess what they never change all the towels and room was not cleaned all the time and my girl friend called them twice asking for shower gel????? any way in the end she brought a shower gel and a towel from the Emirates Mall just to not call them.

We checked in very early in the morning and our room wasn't ready, which was understandable as we arrived at around 5:30am. I was told that the room would be ready by 10am but if I wanted to check in earlier I would have been charged AED660. I decided to wait. I was however extremely disappointed that during the next 5 hours where me and my wife were just sitting on a couch in the lobby nobody from the staff offered us not even a glass of water, forget about breakfast! Hospitality and customer care looks different! I had the impression that the staff was still from the former Pullman hotel and did not receive proper training from Sheraton. Concerning the room, I strongly believe that the A/C needs to get fine tuned as the air becomes extremely dry - much more that in other hotels I stayed in. All in all, I decided not to return to Sheraton MOE.

All staff were excellent, very professional, polite and welcoming.
Special thanks to Savel and Katrina who were a pleasure to deal with after a long flight. !
The breakfast was one of the best, with many choices.
Rooms are modern and beautiful, with a smart bathroom.
The beds and pillows were very comfy giving us a great nights sleep. Zzz
Next stay will be for longer, with a definite recommendation to family and friends.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are excellent, clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and attentive. The lounge was well staffed and breakfast was available in the morning in the lounge as soon as its doors were open which was a refreshing change from other hotels and great for those who need to check out for an early morning flight.

It was my first time to stay at this hotel .honestly , It was below expectations . the staff were very friendly but I found some stupidity in dealing with guests . Like , someone come and check for the mini bar at 9:30 am while we were sleeping !! . the rooms were not that clean and bed coverings were old with some paintings . I would give this hotel 4 stars rather than 5 stars .

A very nice hotel and the staff were helpful and professional. That said the check in process was far from acceptable. I arrived from a long haul flight at around 1.00 am, at check in I was told that the room I had booked (King Club) was not available - the only room they had left was a twin with a connecting door. So it all got quite heated and I escalated the problem to the duty manager – eventually I got an acceptable room but from walking into the hotel to walking into my room took nearly an hour and that in the early hours of the morning after a long flight. I don’t consider its fair or acceptable that, despite advising the hotel in advance I was not checking in until after midnight they should give the room I had booked several weeks earlier to someone else and just present me with a fait accompli. Also, a letter I left for collection by a colleague the following morning couldn’t be found when the person came to collect it – it turned up 3 hours later. So maybe a slicker process needed there.
After that everything went well. The rooms are high standard, service was good. Particular mention of the bar staff, exceedingly friendly service and gave guests a feeling that they were welcomed. Club lounge was also very nice and again, a high level of service there though at peak breakfast time maybe one more person to help would improve things.
Hotel is well located with easy access to the adjoining mall, and despite the initial problems I experienced at check in I will stop again at this hotel.
