Waiting time at check in and check out is recurringly too long.
Staff do not smile, are not engaged in getting solutions for customers, do not recognize at all customers, do not do what they say they will do.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Mall of Emirates. The bed was comfy, the hotel was lovely and the pool on the top floor was amazing.
Having direct access to the mall was brilliant, and the late checkout and help from the staff was outstanding.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel - both times I have received exemplary service as a platinum member. LOVED the suite I was assigned on my last visit - both the suite and the location (Club lounge floor) were excellent.

Only got to stay one night but was well taken care of. I received a nice upgrade beyond what I had been promised with a Suite Night award. All the staff were friendly and accomodating and I appreciated the Club Lounge for breakfast and tea.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and the staff are amazing. They make me feel like a valued patron and go out of their way to help. Based on the service I have received, I will keep coming back to this hotel.

The staff have been extremely helpful, although I was delayed to get a room because of room specifications, but the staff reception staff updated me about the status of my room constantly as I waited, I did not feel ignored.

The hotel is coveniently located in the Mall of Emirates. the overall condition of the hotel facility is super, especially the fitness center and the outdoor swimmimng pool. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Good location. Nice rooms with excellent amenties. Great resturant & lounge. Only downside is that you have to take 2 different elavators to go from your room to the ground floor which can inconveniant.

This hotel by far exceeded our initial expectations. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with huge smiles from the friendly and courteous staff. Check in was easy and our room was beautiful & spotless. They even accommodated my request of a room with a view. The location was so brilliant too. 10 minute walk through Mall of Emirates to get to the metro, 30 minutes by taxi or metro to airport and 15 minute taxi ride to other major tourist points. We did not eat in the hotel but had snacks/beverages in Vantage, Sanabel & Soda Box and service was fast & friendly each time. The rooftop pool was also spotless and staff were on hand with cold flannels showing their attention to guest needs. I had two massages during my stay - what can I say..Amazing! I asked for firm pressure as I do a lot of exercise and they gave me what would be considered a sports massage in the UK. This was fantastic and exactly what I needed. We referred to the Concierge desk for many aspects of our stay from sorting lost luggage, arranging a hire car, getting directions and booking activities. I cannot praise the concierge highly enough, particularly Roland who is a huge credit to the hotel. So many hotels only excel in one certain feature e.g. their facilities are good, or they have friendly staff. This hotel has the full package - fantastic facilities, everything spotless, fast service and I cannot say it enough; everyone, from security, lifeguards, waiters, reception, housekeeping and concierge were the friendliest and smiliest people I have ever met. Thank you to everyone for taking the time to chat to us and help us, making us feel special and feel so at home in the hotel.

We stayed at sheraton mall of the emirate with my special someone from 28th to 30th of July this year as a part of celebration for my birthday. Upon entering the reception, around 4 pm, the concierge who welcomed us was nice and offered to carry our luggage, even though it wasn't needed as we bring only a small suitcase. On reception, the lady receptionist who was on duty that time did not greeted us a pleasant afternoon unless a guy assisted her. The speed of check in was an average time since they have to check our ID's and secure a deposit. Upon arrival at the room, it was clean, neat and what I requested at the time of booking (I did my booking online). At night, we went hungry and decided to go for their room service, we called at around 10:00-10:30 pm, however, the guy who answered the phone, after taking our order, didn't repeat the order for me nor even saying "thank you" before dropping the phone, he just dropped the phone, I even heard the sound you will make when dropping the telephone. For that, I was disappointed. However, the food arrived 20 minutes tops, but the food I requested didn't meet what I expected (I ordered spaghetti bolognaise and requested it to be a little bit sweet and spicy), Only the spicy was done, I guess this mistake happened since the order taker didn't reconfirm my order. The next day, 29th, we had our lunch at the pool area at the rooftop at around 12:30 to 1 pm, I pity the guy who was working with that shift because he was alone running like a chicken for all the guests, which caused some food delays and impatient guests as it took us 10-15 minutes only just for looking the staff who is around to take our order and ask for the check. I would suggest to put two staffs in that shift as most of the guest would have awakened already by that time, would take a dip in the pool and have some snacks or refreshments. At night, we left the room around 6:00 pm to go for dinner outside, and left the "please make up room" light on, upon coming back to the room at 11:30 pm, I was disappointed to find the room same as it is, without refreshing our coffee/ tea and our bottles of water. On 30th morning, we have to check out by 12 so we wake up by 10:30 to prepare, I have to take a coffee which is decaffeinated and put 1 packet of sugar in my coffee, as I pity my coffee as it is, I drank it anyway (I love coffees when I wake up). The check out took at least 15-20 minutes of waiting in line only as the reception was full, the guy asked us to seat anyway and asked the details of the room, I thought he was already processing the check out and to my surprise the guy who just walked from the elevator to the reception got checked out first. They bid us farewell and thanking us anyway. This is only my perspectives of what should you improve in the hotel as I know and work in the industry as well.

Our company held a key sales and service training and business conference over 3 days in early March. The event was pivotal for our success and therefore extremely important we could concentrate on our work without concern for the facilities and arrangements. The business centre was just fantastic. They carried out all the tasks we requested in good grace and with excellent customer focussed service, it was professional from start to finish and made our job a lot easier. Our conference was a success. The rooms were also of a high standard and spotlessly clean as were all public areas. My congratulations to you all.

My wife and I began our vacation in August and travelled all over Europe and stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels . We had many varied experiences in the different hotels but it was not until we reached The Sheraton , Mall of the Emirates that we truly discovered a place that cares for their clients and have the staff that go that extra mile to make sure you are truly satisfied with your Sheraton experience.
From reception , porters , security, bar and waiters , through to cleaning staff ,we were always treated with the utmost warmth and respect. A great place to return , to complete our next vacation ..Thankyou .

We had stayed 2 weeks before with some issues with breakfast up at the Club level. This time all was well. The staff was attentive and the tables were cleared off in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay mostly because things were as they should be and of course, the Mall of the Emirates is right at the hotel so always a good thing.
The only issue I have is with the length of time it took for our car to be brought up and the smoking area is directly in the waiting are for our car which we don't like. The offer of a car to take us to the Rugby 7's field was nice, if not a bit expensive, but nice ride.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Sheraton. The room was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was a pity we had a bad experience as far as wanting to have dinner in the restaurant. Please see report below.
