Rated 4 out of 5 by Terrib726a better this time
We had stayed 2 weeks before with some issues with breakfast up at the Club level. This time all was well. The staff was attentive and the tables were cleared off in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay mostly because things were as they should be and of course, the Mall of the Emirates is right at the hotel so always a good thing.
The only issue I have is with the length of time it took for our car to be brought up and the smoking area is directly in the waiting are for our car which we don't like. The offer of a car to take us to the Rugby 7's field was nice, if not a bit expensive, but nice ride.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Samah Disappointing check in experience
We had a bad check in experience as we arrived at 4:00p.m assuming the 3 rooms we booked are ready. check in took around 45 minutes and they were able to give us one room only. we were 6 adults, 1 child and 2 babies. we sat for an hour and a half in one room until the other 2 rooms were ready.
in general, it's a quite nice hotel. being connected to the mall is an advantage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aggie88 Another Star for Hospitality
My stay at the Sheraton Dubai Mall of Emirates was more than enjoyable due to the great hospitality demonstrated by duty manager and staff. The hotel is already know for its 5 star facilities, but what counts the most is the warm handling and hospitality of the staff especially after a long travel or a long day at work. It goes without saying that location was very convenient from a shopping prospective and highly recommended for families and vacationers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LovedDubai Had a great holiday at the Sheraton
We really enjoyed the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. It wasn't crowded like other hotels which we loved. It did not have that busy resort crowded feel which we really appreciated and had a relaxing and lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Dubai - we loved it. Special thanks to the awesome staff - they are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. It has a really handy location and is reasonably priced for families so thank you.

We stayed for a night here prior to heading out to Al Maha in the desert. While this trip was for pleasure, I could see this hotel being great for business and leisure travelers alike. Convenient access (attached) to the Mall of the Emirates and an excellent Club Lounge. Also, while it is a further distance from DXB than Sheraton Deira, it is well worth the trip. The difference in commute was negligible and the Sheraton MOE is vastly superior!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Husam Deterioration of service
Having stayed at the Sheraton more than 6 times this year alone and an equal number of times last year, latest was this week, I am really disappointed with the deterioration of the service and attentiveness to the needs of the guest. Examples include:-
(1) in-room dining, no one answers when you call
(2) concierge - no response, had to bring the luggage down myself
(3) management check list does not include making sure everything is in working order, sink was blocked, had to call in the plumber immediately after check-in.
(4) club level resurant , level 22, breakfast is like a souk, poor service, disappointing food choice, only two waiters assigned to guests, most of the time you need to chase them/repeat your order- poor waiters were so busy, could not cope. table was set but no cutlery, etc, etc- more like a boarding school canteen then a special place for your club room /executive guests. All in all, it appears that you have very friendly and hardworking staff, however your management and staff are in need of major re-skilling when it comes to meeting the needs of the guest in a timeliness manner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by rw1956 Restaurant????
Complete lack of in house dining. One restaurant with below average buffet on offer. Restaurant give preference to other bookings over hotel guests. On the night I dined they had private function which meant hotel guests were limited and subject to a very noisy corporate function.
