We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Mall of the Emirates, and we were very happy we did that. Several times we needed things at odd hours and could just run over to the mall and get a belt, sunglasss, shoes, convert currency, stamps, etc.-- and of course skiing in summer! All those things we need to buy would have been a big hassle to find elsewhere. The staff at the Sheraton were amazingly helpful, from the front desk to the concierge, to the club lounge, even the guards. Everyone is helpful, cheerful, friendly. The travel desk is weak and not the best informed, but everything else was really A-1. The hotel is a convenient taxi ride to everything we wanted to do. There are fancier hotels, but I would choose this one again instead. I'm a Sheraton lifetime platinum, and this hotel is proof that was a good decision. There are 2, yes 2, lovely rooftop pools. My 16 year old grandson actually chose this hotel, and he liked it as much as I did.

Our stay at Sheraton Mall Of Emirates was absolutely wonderful from our check in late at night to our check out days later.
The team were warm & welcoming explaining not just the cultural obserances but all that Dubai had to offer.
We would have no hesitation in recommending
the Sheraton to our family & friends and we will definetly
be back, thank you to all at the Sheraton Mall of Emirates for making our stay so memorable

You need to complain to receive the service you deserve. The hotel should keep an eye on housekeeping function and pay attention to the quality of juices served in the breakfast.
The gym was excellent but nobody welcomes you or try to show you the facilities or try to sell you the spa services.
The front office guys are wonderfull and tried to recognize SPG membership from upgrade perspective as we were giving club room but we were kicked off the executive lounge. We assumed the upgrade has included this complementary service.

I was very pleased with the overall experience at the hotel. I was greeted and have been taken care of by friendly staff that answered all my questions and allowed for a quick and comfortable check in and check out.
The room was clean and tidy, as was the hotel in general. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families, especally those with children as it has very easy access to the mall.
