Beautiful hotel, great location, nice facility. While some of the staff were lovely and kind, others were very cold and rude. Also, the breakfast through room service was over priced, cold, grossly greasy. Bed and couch were basically rocks.

I was welcomed by your staff and recognized as an awards member. My room was clean and everything worked to my satisfaction. The meeting rooms and meals were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in January.

For the first time in the history of me staying at this property as a platinum, I was offered a suite upgrade without having to ask for it at check-in so kudos for finally following the SPG elite rules. The suite was great and really makes a difference for a business traveler who frequents your hotel often. As far as the staff, everybody seemed much more friendly and professional than during my last stay. The lounge offerings were decent, breakfast was same each day (I think changing eggs for sausage or bacon wouldn't hurt sometimes). The only complaint was how messy the pool and hot tub area were on our second day here. In fact there were no towels and the water was just nasty. We left the pool area without attempting to use it after seeing that. Unfortunately I understand that Saturday night there must have been pigs of guests who felt like pizza belongs in hot tub. But cleaning that up should be the first priority for the staff on Sunday mornings. Nevertheless I felt like this was one of my best stays at this property to date. I hope the staff can keep it up.

This was the fourth hotel I stayed at in the last two weeks; the staff greeting me as if I just got home. All the stress of travel just vanished. Not one of the last 27 hotels I stayed at last year made me feel like this one did.

The Staff at this Sheraton were extremely friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate our every need from room upgrades to downtown shuttle service. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel mainly because of the staff.

Ok hotel. room was clean, bed was comfortable and workout room had a pretty good quantity of nice treadmills and bikes. Not a great location in terms of nearby places to eat and had warmish water (never got hot) for all 3 days.

The sheets felt like I was sleeping in a newspaper. Also the blow dryer and/or the outlet needs to be repaired or replaced. I could not adjust the thermostat and fan. Otherwise the hospitality, room cleanliness was great.

Staff is awesome. Everytime I go there they treat me like royalty. Rhonda always greets me with a smile and super service. I look forward to staying at Sheraton Sioux Falls for my next trip.

This is a fine midwestern hotel, but I recently discovered that they allow animals. I was awakened to barking on my recent stay, and the fornt desk would not correct the issue. I wont be staying at this hotel again.

The check-in process was painfully slow with no information given as to why the delys were occuring. I wasted at least 45 minutes just to check in! The bed was uncomfortable. No pillow top mattress that's for sure.

We found this Sheraton to be relaxing and homey. We like that we can bring our
Dog! Restaurant breakfast was great we ordered off the menu rather than go through the buffet. Good food love the Starbucks coffee.

The facility and my room met expectations. The business center printers never worked and the club lounge was a depressing little room with no provisions. I couldn't get water or fresh coffee at any time of day.

Because we were there on an extremely busy weekend, the parking lot was full and we had to park several blocks away. The hotel should have had security in the lot to assure that paying guests would have a spot.

Quality of accommodations was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful, especially the restaurant host Ashley. Restaurant food was quality but limited variety.

Beautiful hotel and very clean room.
Missed having a refrigerator in the room, but they gave us a styrofoam cooler to put ice in for our cheese and salami.
Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great!

This hotel is located not very far 10 minutes from downtown shops and restaurants, the food service and staff are very warm and accommodating as well as comp shuttle to and from the airport and downtown area

As a Gold member experienced a move to the Executive Wing & other perks. Room was very comfortable and the Staff was very courteous & helpful. On our return to Sioux Falls we made a special effort to rebook.

They would not give me a room and were going to make me wait until 3:00 because the cleaning staff could not go out of order to clean the rooms. I had been traveling since 3:00 a.m.! Not a good experience!

We always enjoy our stay at the Sheraton - the rooms are clean, bathrooms are spacious and the beds are great! The buffet breakfast was OK - the food could have been hotter. Overall, a great place to stay.

The doors do not keep the noise out. Very loud until after midnite from the bar area. Room would not stay constant temperature, blew hot air and then cold air.
Room overpriced for a Wednesday night.

I stay at this hotel quiet often. Every once in a while there will be no parking available because the hotel does not protect its parking when other activities are going on at the convention center

Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are an early-to-bed person would ask for a room away from bar and elevator noise. Staff also very helpful and pleasant. Best convention food I've ever eaten!

Are shower head was broke and would not adjust, the toilet was not cleaned from previous stay and quite disgusting. For the price of a king suite there is no mini fridge in the room.

The lobby and main portion of this hotel are very nice. The room was good, but the towels were frayed and tearing. No free WiFi is a big drawback, especially when other area hotels offer it.
