To start out with a positive here, the staff in the restaurant and bar were fantastic. Thank you to Marv and Stacy.
However, I was visiting my sick mom at Dow Rummel across the street and came back to the Hotel after dark and there was no where to park. The female manager acted like I was putting her totally out by demanding they find me a place to park at a hotel I was paying for.
This also happened last visit to Sioux Falls. We love the convenience to Dow Rummel but I will be booking elsewhere next time. It is inexcusable to not have a parking place at a Hotel you are staying at.

This was our second time staying at the Sheraton, and we will definitely stay again. The staff was so nice and courteous. We asked for some additional pillows for our room and they were brought up quick and the gentleman that brought them was not only nice but funny too. Both stays have been very pleasurable and as cliche as it sounds, had the comforts of home. Thank you Sheraton for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Best night sleep in quite a while. Very attractive lobby and very convenient to the Convention center. Would like to have a mini refrigerator. Laundry facilities need to be upgraded and signage to find it was non-existent. These are minor items though, and the staff was very prompt in handling any matters.

In this day and age good internet service is as important as having hot water or air conditioning. The room I was given (on the Club Floor) had absolutely no internet service ... zilch, nada. You could not even check email. We were planning to Skype with our grandchildren but this was impossible. The food served in the Club Floor was inedible. The fruit served at breakfast was dried out and tasteless. Saturday evening they served some kind of frozen Mexican roll ups that were burned on the bottom. The noise on the Club floor from kids running up and down the halls until early morning hours added to a most unpleasant stay. I would avoid this hotel.

I highly enjoyed my recent stay at the Sheraton Sioux Falls. The hotel is super convenient to the airport and has many great amenities. The shuttle service was friendly and very useful and all staff that I interacted with were highly professional, courteous and eager to assist me in any way. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

Stayed at the Sheraton Sioux Falls and Convention Center as we attending a show at the Denny Sanford Premiere Center. When we arrived there was no where to park within a 4 block radius. I asked the front desk when I checked in what would happen if we couldn't find a place to park and was told to just find a spot. Okay thanks for the advice. Ended up parking as far from the convention center as other people who were not staying at the hotel but attending events. How stupid! If I wanted to walk that far I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel and drove. Was told that we might be a $50 refund and they would email us. No email ever came and no refund awarded. Called 1 1/2 weeks later and talked to a manager who said parking isn't there fault and that they were providing shuttles. Well that was never offered to us! I am 8 months pregnant and this was supposed to be a last getaway for my husband and I from out 2 other kids. What a joke! Ended up getting a whole $20. We live 1.5 hours from Sioux Falls and go there frequently. We will never stay here again and will tell everyone we know to avoid it as well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by trvl4fs Nice hotel...as long as ou don't need internet
The hotel, room and staff were all very pleasant. However, when I travel for business, the most important thing I need is good quality internet so that I can get work done when I get back to the hotel and this hotel failed completely. Apparently, this was not "news" to the hotel. Likewise, the non working espresso machine in the lounge was not a recent problem. If you don't need good internet, then this hotel will be fine for you. But it's not for me.
