My overall experience was great. Will return next year for the Southern Heritage Classic and will stay at the Sheraton. Can't wait to see the finished results.

Unfortunately, I stayed during your construction phase. There was a problem with dust and noise and mosquitoes in the common area. Also I stayed in a remodeled room which was beautiful; however it still had that remodeled smell to it. I didn't get to use the pool because of the difficulty getting to it. That was a disappointment.

THE HOTEL IS UNDER MAJOR RENOVATION. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE. NO SELF PARKING PERMITTED ONLY VALET.

Rated 1 out of 5 by damage EVEN THE SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED!
I checked in very late after a Very exhausting day of travel to find that my 1st room had no heat! Tried calling front desk and I was on hold for 10 minutes yet called direct from my cell and they answered right away. Got a new room where there was only 1 towel, no coffee, dirty bathtub and bathroom floor, and a bed that had already been slept in!!! The next day I asked them to clean my room and told them all the problems and all they did was change sheets and leave towels!! Didn't even empty trash! Called for coffee...never delivered as promised! 3 hours later I ask maid in the hall for some and got it. 10pm at night there was loud talking and screaming in the hall and door slamming and at 10:40pm there is a vacuum running next door! I come to find out ALL of the noise had been housekeeping THIS LATE AT NIGHT! I called front desk and they ask me "am I SURE it's housekeeping?" Like customers bring vacuums to hotel? Perhaps we should to this hotel as it was THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this hotel. Place is under construction. Noise at 8am like someone is drilling through the ceiling. Staff unresponsive to concerns. Room service doesn't answer phone reroutes back to front desk. AC cooled room 3 degrees in 24hrs. Dirty bath mats- black spots upon arrival (not sure how anyone could miss that.) will not recommend or stay again! Go to the Westin downtown!

Had the opportunity to stay in a newly renovated room this week, it was wonderful. The renovations have really made the hotel feel like a new hotel. Everything is calming and beautiful. I loved the couch and oversized otomon, so relaxing. Great job!
And of course the highlight of my trip was Betty in the executive lounge she always makes you feel like family. Can't wait to see the lounge after renovations.
