Rated 3 out of 5 by Okay but Nothing to Write Home About Checked in on a Sunday evening. Had a bit of a wait as there was only one person working the front desk. Was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was marginally larger. The renovations are certainly a heck of a lot better, but there is always a limit given the existing physical plant. My room was comfortable, particularly the bed, but the bathroom was not well cleaned, and was very small. Only two of the elevators were operational, as the renovation continues, which led to long waits for a ride. Nothing horrific, but not terribly compelling either. October 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Left Underwhelmed Upon arrival at 5pm, the three king size rooms were not available. Immediately the guy checking us in wanted to down grade us. When asked why they weren't ready, he replied "Honestly, it is because of the housekeeping staff. They really are horrible and I am over it". Nice right? Restaurant was mismanaged and very dysfunctional, slow and almost rude at times. Food was good though. Bathroom was very small...smallest toilet I have ever seen and it was hard to turn on the shower and get the water adjusted without getting totally drenched as you had to reach around this horrible glass wall which made you climb into the tub to reach the faucet. Rated 1 out of 5 by Dirty, unorganized hotel My stay was disappointing. The hotel was dirty. There was debris on the floor the entire stay, food trays outside doors for over 24 hours, blood on my sheets, bathroom was moldy and stains on the door. The staff was very slow to respond. They forgot to place my dinner order at the bar (they did say sorry and paid for it). Only 2 elevators worked and the button to the elevator on my floor was broken so I would have to press the up button and ride all the way up to go down to the lobby.I commented but it was never fixed after 3 employees said they would fix it. It was a bad experience. Will never stay there again. October 6, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad Service Maybe I was just unlucky but my room was not ready until 6:30 even though check in was 3. They said they would call me but never did. On day two my room was not cleaned when I got back at 4:30. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would get someone to do it. At 8 pm it was still not done so I just told them to deliver towels. October 10, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Renovations Not Complete Upon entry to the room the chain lock fell off the door. The door sticks very badly and does not give a sense of security. The glass partition in the tub/shower makes you enter the tub to turn on the shower, which had no hot water the first night of my stay and had poor water pressure throughout the stay. The shrimp poboy sandwich at lunch was excellent, but the dinner room service entree was very small and did not meet the definition on the menu. October 5, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderful Staff The hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay which did impact the cleanliness of the hotel. But the staff was outstanding. Everyone greeted me with a smile and seemed truly pleased to have my patronage. Great job staff. October 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Looks great on the surface I chose Sheraton because it is a trusted name that has quality associated with it. I realize this hotel was under renovation but the quality of the workmanship is shotty. There is tripping hazards in the room, dust on every surface, uneven title in bathroom and moldy woodwork in the bathroom. I hope we stayed in a room that was yet to be completed, I almost tripped 5 times due to the uneven floor between the room and bathroom, this is an accident waiting to happen. I expect more from Sheraton! September 29, 2014
