I'm so sorry to do this, but I really feel like my experience necessitates a negative review. The accommodations are ample at this location. My meals, the staff, and the location were all completely acceptable. However, in the middle of the summer in Charlotte, NC you have to have your air conditioning working. My room has been set to 68 degrees since I walked in the door and the temperature has never gotten below 79 degrees. I have contacted the front desk on multiple occasions only to be told that the hotel is full and that they are out of fans. I'm sorry but that is unacceptable. The thermostat says 80 degrees but it I'm not even entirely sure that it is working. The staff has been kind but unable to fix the problem. No amount of free break vouchers can resolve this issue. I needed another room or a room with air conditioning so that I can enjoy my stay. I'm not sure that there is anything that you can do on your end, but I would appreciate any assistance as I will be staying here for the next two nights.

The food & beverage service was terrible! We used the food facility several times, and each time the service was awful. We were not acknowledged; the food or beverage took forever to come out, and the service in general was way below par.
Also, our room was not cooling adequately. We had the A/C turned down as low as it would go, and it still was uncomfortable. We reported it, and they supposedly checked it and said it was OK, but it was not what we expected and needed. I would have expected some compensation for the discomfort, but none was offered.

Wayne delivered a very professional, helpful and quality customer service as in a Fortune500 company. He stands out among your staff, exemplify and represent your Hotel very well.
My room was very clean fresh and the bed was comfortable. I will recommend to everyone and definitely will stay there again.

During my stay in this hotel I couldn't sleep because the AC was not working properly first night and was totally out in second night. I always thought of Sheraton of the best hotel until last week Jun 15 to Jun 17 was below my expectations. I wish Sheraton will stay as good as used to be and not dropping quality.

The conference facilities at the Charlotte N.C. Sheraton were good. The room quality and service was good. However, the bar/social club with the scantly-dressed young ladies around the lobby and the portable diesel-powered Hollywood search lights in front tends to cheapen an otherwise classy business oriented hotel. Many business people come to attend a conference, do business, and make connections...not attend a local rave party.

I was expecting an 'average' hotel due to the price of the room but was extremely pleased with the service, food and quality of the hotel. Traffic noise is a bit loud but the fitness room, food and staff are all first rate.

Candy, Russell and Jake with parking services were great! Attentive and very helpful; Gary in engineering/maintenance was very professional and helpful when our heat stopped working. The staff was slow to respond to clogged drains in the bathroom, blown out light bulb and my room was not cleaned until 7PM on my second day there.
Hotel is located uptown; good location; walked to the Bank of America stadium; felt safe and overall a good experience.

From check in to check out, everything was great as expected. Diamond provided a great first impression and was very informative. My requests were fulfilled as I had a high room with a great view and near my friends. Thank you for the experience! Can't wait to return.
