Food is not bad but the fish could have been better without so much stuff on top.. People at front desk could use more training, they are polite but. Why be a preferred member and get put in a corner room. Other then that this is a great hotel not far from the airport. Beds in the room are fantastic.

I stay at this hotel 3-4 times per year, and have always had a good experience. However, this time the computer had trouble with my registration, so check in was delayed. Then they wrote down the wrong room # on my key, so I had to go back down to the front desk and get the correct room #. Finally, after asking to have my parking vailidated twice, I was still asked to pay for parking even though it was included in my room cost. I hope they get the issues figured out before I come back for my next trip.

The hotel was very convenient to access and getting from rooms to meeting places was also very convenient. I think it was a great location for the conference I attended.
My only disappointment was the food. During the evening reception, grapes ran out before I could get to them. At the restaurant, I tried to order something without bread or milk and besides a Caesar salad had difficulty. Settled on a risotto dish that was far too cheesy.
The tomato wraps with avocado were wonderful (even if not gluten-free).
Still, I'd definitely stay at the Sheraton again because the facility was so nice and the staff so friendly.

The staff really make the experience. I arrived after losing my voice. The check-in staff recognized this and kindly sent complimentary soup, water, and a get well card to my room within 30 minutes of my arrival. The amenities were spot on and conveniently located next to O'Hare.

I missed my flight to Tokyo and was put up at the airport Sheraton for the night. Upon checking in the staff asked what brought me to Chicago, and I informed them I missed my connection and was not too happy with the airlines. Within 15 minutes of getting to the room I received a desert and a note from the front desk staff (Sue, Jen and Jinal) to brighten my spirits. Completely unexpected but greatly appreciated gesture! The great staff was followed up by a very clean, modern, and comfortable room. Great hotel and highly recommended for business travelers!

Rated 1 out of 5 Stay at the Sheraton O'hara
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Very unpleasant experience and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. And, it happend twice; New year's eve 2011 and 2009. Need a lot of improvement for hotel, management and staff. I have stayed at motels that were better and the staff more experienced! Don't stay there under any circumstances.The food is horrible, especially the buffet breakfast they wanted you to pay $20 which was not worth the soupy, powered eggs, stale bakery, hashbrowns were cold in the middle, bacon too well done, the juices and the fruit was rancid! Horrible experience the entire 3-day stay. Will never stay at this Sheraton again!
