Rated 1 out of 5 by Mosquitoes in my room This hotel was great up until the point where I found large mosquitoes in my bathroom. Unfortunately, this happened on the morning of my departure, so it was too late to have Sheraton change my rooms. I honestly would not recommend staying at this hotel - bugs (especially mosquitoes) are unacceptable. June 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable hotel My husband, adult son, and I stayed here for five nights while seeing the sights in Chicago. Our suite was large, nicely decorated, and clean, and a perfect fit for the three of us. Jesus and the rest of the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, as were the housekeepers. When we needed more towels, they were delivered in just a few minutes. The thrice-hourly van to O'Hare for train connection to downtown was dependable. The hotel is a little far from downtown, but we were expecting this and it was not unduly inconvenient. We had a car and enjoyed a couple of evenings at the very upscale outlet mall (Saks, Prada, Coach, etc) a couple of miles away. We were somewhat disappointed that our Gold status did not entitle us to Club privileges, as it had in various other Sheraton locations. However, our stay was very pleasant, and we would stay again without hesitation. June 6, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Let the style become more bright, friendly and modern. The Hotel overall is nice and clean and has good facilities, such as a bar, a big gym and an outdoor parking lot (against a fee). I did not really use the Lounge on the 20th floor, as I was too late, but it certaoinly is a nice place to stay in with a great veiw. Like in other US Sheraton Hotels, the furniture and the wallpaper everything is too dark. So I do not feel very comfortable over all. Some light (e.g.white) walls here and there, a colourful painting or a colourful piece on the beds, like pillows, could help. I am female, so do not like black and darkbrwon rooms so much at all. And the newer styles certainly are light. March 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thank You Hi, I recently used my SPG Reward for my sister-in-law who was stuck at O'hare for the night with three small boys (8 and younger). It was late in the evening when they arrived, and I heard from my sister-in-law that the Hotel had some snacks (apples, etc.) for the boys when they arrived. To me, it's the small things like these actions which add up to make a huge difference. Hotels can treat people like numbers or they can treat them like family. I can't tell you how special that small gesture made them feel. It helped take a little weight off them after a whole day of travel. Even the THOUGHT made a difference. So, thanks a lot for your gesture. They really liked the hotel too. :) Take care. March 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect hotel to stay before nearly flight We had a perfect stay here before an early flight out of O'Hare on a snowy morning! My eighty six year-old mother uses a cane or walker and I was concerned about her ability to use the shuttle to the airport. When booking the reservation, the front desk very kindly suggested I talk to Ray, who runs the free hotel shuttle. I could tell right away over the phone that my mother was going to be in good hands with the very caring, kind and reliable Ray. He suggested for her to be on the 5am shuttle and said he would meet her personally. Sure enough, Ray was there at 5am and helped her board first and get settled. He was cheerful, kind and caring and exemplified all that I love about SPG. Thank you Ray and Sheraton Chicago O'Hare! March 3, 2016
