Our flight at ORD was canceled at 10PM. This was the closest hotel we could find that had a vacancy. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful but we the airline did not give us our luggage so we had nothing upon check in.....front desk did have shaving cream, razor, toothpaste and mouthwash.....but did not have any tooth brushes....small convenience store on property did not have any deodorant or contact saline solution....Staff was nice....but just didn't have needed supplies. and at the late hour there were no local stores open.

Has a friendly staff extending a warm greeting when you arrive. The lounge needs some uplifting. The amenities provided is inadequate fro example how much can you pack in a fridge that is sized like a travel cooler.
I understand the Hotel is undergoing renovation that doesn't mean compromising on services.

The room was comfortable. The beds and pillows were nice, the bathroom was nice. The rest of the hotel needed work though. The elevators worked sporadically. The pool and fitness center were closed during our stay. The buffet breakfast was not good at all. We just stayed here one year earlier and it was much better then. The switch to Sheraton has not helped this facility at all.

Overall, our experience at the Sheraton Lisle was good. We don't travel very often and we were looking forward to swimming and working out in the fitness center. Unfortunately, they were both closed for renovations, so my kids were very disappointed. The hotel offered to shuttle us across the street to use another facility, but that option was very inconvenient.

I have stayed here several times because our company has a corporate rate and right now that is the only reason. I don't know if I got some of the older rooms this time, but I have never noticed how old and dingy the rooms are. I actually made a specific effort to always wear socks as the carpet was filthy. The front desk was less than helpful as well.

AC is very noisy and I could not sleep with it on and got hot with it off. Pool and fitness center were closed for renovations so kids were running in the halls for exercise. Elevators did not always work. Someone pulled a fire alarm about 10 PM--not the hotels fault but very disturbing.

The hotel is a further away than I would prefer - but the staff make up for extra drive time. The rooms are a little bigger and also have microwaves for your convenience.

I stay at the Sheraton Lisle approximately 3 nights a week. The staff is super-friendly and very responsive to any request. The fitness center is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel and id soon to be renovated which should make it even better.

Great facility exceeded only by the great staff!.The check in went very smooth. We especially appreciated the lounge and restaurant area. Would recommend more luggage carts as many of us had to carry our bags since they were all in use.

We held a conference for 350 people Saturday, dinner and breakfast and use of the ballroom Friday night. Everything was better than we expected, especially the staff, they attended to our every need. Our guest room had an excellent bed and was well appointed. I would recommend this hotel.

Problems started at check-in, desk agent was rude. I asked him if this hotel had a club room and was told "you don't qualify". I know that different Sheratons have different rules about their club room access. The problem is, he did not ask if I wanted to upgrade to a room that included it or not. I did confirm with the front desk manager when I checked out it was available. Work out area was closed(part of remodel?) The restaurant bar left very little to be desired. I ordered a strip steak, the plating looked very nice but was well done, I ordered it medium-rare, I did not reorder. The kitchen manger did come out and was very pleasant and apologized. He offered me a free drink which was very nice, except for the fact that the bar tender did not make me one he just took one of two off the bill. The other very strange thing with the bar tender was that if you wanted another drink he would stand there until you finished so that he could reuse the glass. He did not dump out the old ice or lime instead packed more in. By the time the vodka was in the glass there was no room for soda water. Not all was bad, the bed was great.

Booked me onto second floor but neglected to tell me there was going to be construction starting on that floor, early the morning of my last day.
As a result, i lost several hours of sleep and meditation in my room, din was horrendous and air was polluted with burning materials.
They should have warned me about construction so i could change rooms, hotel seemed to have rooms on other floors.
They offered no adjustment to my room bill.

The entire staff from check in, banquet, to room service was impeccable. Friendly, courteous and prompt. This location was recently purchased by Sheraton and the room we were in still needs to be updated. The bed was great and the room very clean but you could really see the wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures and shower stall. Once this is addressed the hotel will be one of my best picks.

Unfortunately a multiplicity of negatives:
- noisy heating unit in the room
- broken handle on the faucet
- no shampoo
- dimly lit breakfast area
and the worst of it was that the front desk person didn't handle my feedback well, and that the hotel manager whom she called didn't even offer to speak with me.

Stayed for one night after picking up my wife at Chicago O'Hare Airport (ORD) for a short trip to Chicago. 30-min distance from ORD and 45-min distance to downtown Chicago is reasonable. I especially liked the Chicago Premium Outlets, which is 10 min away and H-Mart (Korean grocery store), which is 5 min away. Free parking is absolutely a big merit for a hotel near Chicago. The Club Lounge on the 8th floor was small but cozy, quiet and has reasonable varieties of beverages and foods. Breakfast was good. The staff was kind and friendly enough to offer us extra warm food when it was nearly time to close (both at night and for breakfast). The room service menu in the room was printed on papers and stapled, but I believe that would be only temporary. No additional fee at all. Nice place to stay if the room rate is reasonable. Happy to leave the very first review for this hotel :)
