Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the BEST! I frequently travel to Chicago and the suburbs and can say that I have stayed at all the Sheratons in any part of the suburbs and most of the city locations! This Sheraton is BY FAR superior to may other locations! Extremely friendly and accommodating front counter management and staff! Spacious and clean rooms and amenities! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Rated 4 out of 5 by Clean hotel in a great location The Sheraton Lisle is spotlessly clean both in the common areas and the rooms! The rooms updated with new bedding, furniture and carpet. The location of the hotel is wonderful also with lots of great restaurants within minutes. The only disappointment was the pool area. It was absolutely freezing! The water itself was okay, it was the fact that there was no heat in the room surrounding the pool. While we complained . . . it did not change. Also towels in the pool area were more like rags. Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendly Staff and comfortable beds. When I arrived at the Sheraton Lisle property, it was very busy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate everyone in line. They had thorough knowledge of the rooms that were available and found everybody their reservations quickly. I stay at this property quite often. The staff knows me, and I know them. As a frequent visitor to Naperville, they go out of their way to make sure that I feel like this is my home away from home. My daughters love playing racquetball, swimming in the pool, and using the exercise facilities… I do too. The breakfast staff is always polite. And the omelette maker knows our choices by heart. The room service and restaurant food is always warm and tasty. And the lounge attendant makes sure that the munchies are well-stocked, and that the food is hot and delicious. I have never had a bad experience with this hotel. I am a platinum member and the warm smiles and welcome greetings are always appreciated. And, I don't want to omit anyone, but staff members like Kohlby, Michael, Elizabeth, and Fawad make it worth returning every month. February 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by One minor issue I really enjoy your hotel. I stay there frequently but what does bug me is I always have to call for my folio to be emailed to me. Most All other Starwoods hotels don't have this issue. Please Please send out the day of the stay. Thanks February 6, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by They apparently do not want business I am a platinum member and my fiance is lifetime gold, so when it came to finding a hotel block and location for our rehearsal dinner/post wedding brunch for our summer wedding in Lisle, we wanted to find a Starwood property. The Sheraton Lisle was in close proximity to our venue so it was a top choice. We arrived at the Sheraton on December 18th to tour the property. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with a foul odor. They explained that someone mopped the entire lobby with an old mop. Not off to a promising start. The employee that gave us a tour of the rooms was not the coordinator, so he was unable to answer many of our questions about cost, rehearsal dinner, post wedding brunch, etc. He gave me the business card for Griselda, the woman who coordinates weddings and events. I left multiple voicemails for Griselda, but here we are a month later and I have never received a call back from her. Needless to say, I do not want to be chasing the wedding coordinator for details about my wedding so I took this as a terrible sign. We have instead booked all of our activities with another hotel in the area that is not a Starwood Property. We have invited close to 250 people to our wedding. It's a shame the Sheraton did not want our business, especially given our loyalty to Starwood. January 15, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room was not clean and other issues We stopped by the hotel a couple of hours before check in time to see if a suite happened to be ready. If not, we were just going to come back in a couple of hours, no problem. We were informed by the front desk employee that one was available so we checked in to the hotel. When we got to our room, it was evident that while the bed and bathroom had been cleaned, the carpet had definitely not been vacuumed and the flooring by the bar sink and mini fridge was dirty and sticky from a beverage spill. While my family was in the bedroom area watching tv, a maintenance man entered our room. He was surprised to see us. He apologized and said the room was supposed to be empty. The elevators were not working correctly in that the direction arrows were showing the incorrect direction when an elevator would answer your call. Many guests around us were confused and had problems with the elevators this past weekend. October 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by above and beyond I arrived with very low blood sugar and about to pass out. The young lady at the front desk got orange juice for me and made me sit in lounge until I was feeling better. The next day she helped me by finding a hair salon. Everyone on staff was kind and friendly. I was in town for my son's wedding. The breakfast buffet was awesome!! September 27, 2015
