We stayed here for a wedding along with many family members. We were told the bar would be open until 1:30 AM. When we arrived back at the hotel at 12:10 AM after the reception, the bar was closed and the staff would not reopen it. There were many disappointed people.and I believe quite a loss in business for the hotel.

The hotel is really nice the food is good, When i put the green card on the bed for them to change my sheets they didnt do it. I call service express to change my sheets and they never came. But I need to said customer service was really good,

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lauren82 not clean and the restaurant food was awful
I travel weekly for work so I don't have very high expectations; all I want is a clean, quiet place to rest at the end of a long day and if there is a restaurant on site, I want the food to be decent. This hotel provided neither.
I checked in after a full day on the road around dinnertime. I immediately dropped my stuff , in my room and went to the bar to have dinner. I ordered the salmon with rice and mixed vegetables. The fish was burned and extra salty and the vegetables were clearly those frozen veggies you buy at a discount grocer as they were smooshy/rubbery and tasteless.
While the hotel itself seemed nice, my room was not clean. There were hairs that did not belong to me all over the bathroom (sink, tub, floor) and when I went to get a drink of water out of one of the glasses in the bathroom, it was covered in what looked to be toothpaste spit. It clearly had been left by the last guest or guest before them - who knows the last time the bathroom was actually cleaned. I didn't realize any of this until I was getting ready for bed and at that point, I was too tired to care.
In short, this hotel didn't cut it. I've had a cleaner room and better food at a discount hotel chain - this is not what I would expect from a Sheraton.

Very nice hotel that obviously caters to business travelers and not groups traveling with children. I've stayed at Starwood properties around the world and never run into a situation in which management seemed to go out of the way to make things difficult as opposed to help out. The hotel itself is beautiful, which made the experience even more disappointing. Room bathroom had not been cleaned, which was blamed on a temporary service they hired.

The hotel is nice and big. Jennifer, I think that was her name, at the front desk was very helpful and outgoing. Love the breakfast buffett and even the Food and Beverage staff was very friendly. I love the omelet station and all the chefs that cooked my omelet. Thank you so much.

Hotel was accommodating for our group. Only complaint is that when our room was cleaned we were only left with 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. No washcloths.

Memorial Day holiday. requested a shuttle to go to dinner. there was only 2 people working. We took an uber. Received rm 719. It was close to elevator and across from ice machine. I'm very light sleeper so requested a different room and they did accommodate and gave us 605.expected there to be at least an in room refrigerator. subpar. No HGTV
