Rooms are large and comfortable, beds fantastic, and showers excellent. Beyond those expectations, the staff treat us like friends. Andrew, Lillian, and Jade greet us by name and respond to all requests promptly and with a smile.

All aspects of our stay were positive. I would consider making the entire premise smoke free because it is undesirable to walk from the lobby outside to smoking area where the smokers look like they are trying to be invisible or at least on the lamb. And did I mention the smoke? The really amazing experience occurred after our stay when we discovered that we left our cell phone charger plugged into the wall. The staff not only retrieved the charger but also mailed it to us and took care of the postage. Now that's 5-star staff in a 5-star hotel.

We booked this hotel as our wedding night hotel. The staff was very wonderful about working with our request of having other people come in to decorate the room before we got there. As well, they went above and beyond to send us chocolate covered strawberries as a wedding present! Not only did they taste amazing, but it was very sweet of them. The room itself was wonderful, the perfect size for us! Everything was great, and we are very satisfied with our stay at Sheraton.

The service in this hotel is first rate! From the front desk, to the friendly bartenders, to the building engineer who quickly assisted me when I locked my wallet in the room safe and forgot the combination, all were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was amazing. I will return.

This relatively new Sheraton Property is very nice. The Staff was very friendly (with the exception of the Club Lounge). The food was ok, hotel food, neither great nor terrible, just ok. Lots of parking. The room I was in was a deluxe King and was very clean and very roomy, it had a nice couch, two large chairs, a desk and chair and large flat screen TV, the room appeared to be very well furnished, the bathroom also was newly remodeled, very clean and no drama.
The one BIG HUGE PROBLEM was that yet again the staff, and/or management of this hotel apparently have not discovered electricity. As those of you who read my reviews know, I am particularly critical of a hotel that does not provide easy access to electricity for those things we all now carry (Smart Phones, Laptops, IPads, etc). This Hotel or at least this room was REALLY BAD. No outlets on the either side of the bed, no outlets on the walls within reach of the bed, nothing. I have to MOVE THE BED (and this was a solid bed underframe not one on wheels), to get access to a rats nest of cords under the headboard and even then all the outlets were taken, my choices were charge my phone or have light to read by, but not both. C’mon Sheraton and Starwood, you are a great brand this is a silly and super easy to fix problem.

The professional and friendly staff tried to respond to our needs, but there was nothing that could be done about two barking dogs left in a room. Since we had already turned in for the night, we didn't want to pack everything up and change rooms. Though the staff attempted to contact the guests, they were out for the evening. If we had known pets were allowed, we would have chosen a different hotel.

I usually travel for weekend business events as I teach workshops. Hotel was a package that I selected. Room was great - lots of room, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet.
On Saturday I was being picked up for work at 7:00am. When I inquired on Friday evening about breakfast in the hotel I was assured the Pasty shop would be open at 6:00am for coffee and a snack - shop did not open until 7:00am. Hotel staff in the eating area did not know the hours. I will probably not stay at this hotel again as I would like an included breakfast.
Sunday I did have breakfast and $34 for basic breakfast for 2 people is too much.
