We stayed here for business and ate at Colette's. We encountered no problems and staff was friendly and efficient.

The outside of the property looks dated, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into my absolutely gorgeous room the first time I stayed here, but it's been hit or miss since. Sometimes they put me in a bigger room with an armoir, robes, etc, and sometimes it's in a very basic room. Also, the bathroom layout is always different.
I don't want to sound pretentious or over demanding, but it looks like I'll be spending a lot of time here in the months to come and would love it if they delivered consistent value to make it feel more like home.
The breakfast is outstanding and the staff is so friendly. My only complaint there would be that housekeeping always forgets to replace the breakfast card (the thing you hang on your door if you want breakfast in your room), so I usually have to call in the middle of the night to get a replacement brought.
The gym is incredible.

I have long stayed at this hotel and now that it is a Sheraton property, I like it even better (which I would have thought impossible!) The addition of Sheraton Beds and amenities to the elegant hotel is a plus. The staff continues to be welcoming and now, because it is an SPG property, we are welcomed with a special recognition and special treats. The executive lounge is a wonderful addition but I especially appreciate keeping the Colette restaurant and the cafe intact: this gives me the best of all worlds when I stay. Thank you for preserving the unique special feel of this hotel while adding the SPG amenities and consistent comfort I have come to expect.

Room, food and amenities are always great, but the staff really makes this hotel stand out above the rest. While I am a returning business traveler and have gotten to know the staff, I also have the opportunity to see their welcoming and personable interactions with other guests. They truly go above and beyond.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel last summer when our flight was cancelled. What could have been a real bummer turned into an unexpected and welcome surprise. The beds were MARVELOUS! And the restaurant was great. The waiters were absolutely the best! So friendly. In fact, when my daughter and I and three of her friends were in Minneapolis last weekend, we made a special night of going there and the girls loved it! The waiters treat you like royalty and the food is delicious. We will definitely be back. It is our new 'favorite'.

I am Platinum for life with Starwood and Ambassador level. This is the nicest Sheraton I have stayed in . Great service ,great rooms ,they treat their top tier guests like they are guest and not an annoyance . I have to go to Minneapolis on business at least 8 times a year so I will be back.

This hotel property is absolutely the best for many reasons - the staff (all of them from the check-in & out to the maids were so friendly & helpful as always. The food is fabulous tasting & priced. Even though you are renovating soon - the property is clean & very comfortable. Our room was very quiet & had everything that we required to get a good nights sleep. Front desk check-in manager started off our 2 days with the hotel in an extremely positive manner. Restaurant/bar staff were very friendly & addressed all of our needs. I would class this hotel more like a 5 star for the service, friendliness & comfort - keep up the good work & DON'T change any of the staff they are doing an amazing job for you Sheraton!

We like staying here because the bar/restaurant is great; it is close to the airport; the parking is free; the hotel is quiet with a certain level of sophistication; it is close to family and our experience is always pleasant.
