We stayed 2 nights and we found it an excellent hotel with extremely good service. The breakfast at the Hatta is very good and staff very good.

Very good hotel with excellently well trained staff! Everybody is very friendly and helpful, you feel really welcome! Super location at the creek. View over the creek is very relaxing. Breakfast, club lounge, restaurants, lobby with fresh flowers: Everything just perfect!

Thank you very much for the reception team that truly help me to find a doctor when I arrived at the Hotel. All staff is really nice, very friendly and really want to help! The Italian restaurant was amazing! Thank you to make my short stay amazing!

Staff were friendly and courteous but not helpful as a result of language barrier. Overall experience was not what we expected for a 5 star property.
We were unable to check-in before 3pm (we arrived in around 230 to check-in but room was not ready. Thankfully we had purchased Club Lounge access and waited in the lounge). Once in the room we discovered the bathtub leaked; after 2 showers there was dirty water all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping informed us and maintenance of the problem but upon our return at 9pm the problem and dirty water remained. We had to contact reception and an engineer repaired this at 10pm! Later that night we mistakenly received a 5am wake up call. After multiple assurances one was not requested we finally got back to sleep over an hour later. After lunch we received 2 additional calls to apologize and investigate how we got this wake up call...including asking both of us if we were absolutely certain we didnt request!!!! Then nothing further about the outcome from reception.
Finally upon checkout an attempt to charge us for breakfast was made....even though it was included in the pre-paid room rate!
Lastly, we unexpectedly required a taxi so the hotel insisted we use the hotel taxi service. After all our luggage was packed and we were seated in the car, a hotel representative leaned in through the drivers window to tell us we were to pay the driver 75Dhms at the airport! A regular taxi from the airport at arrival was only 40Dhms! Will never stay at this hotel again and certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

N lose anything while my experience in the type of housing for the first time at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel for 6 days with the knowledge I have lived in many hotels in Dubai. All comments will be read very much for many hotels in Dubai, but will not find the truth explicit genuine and sincere. You will find the hotel brings you comfort and calmness, because a room overlooking the creek look great and the location is excellent for chill and shopping close to all services. Permanent smile from all the staff and crew receive a degree of culture, morality and good handling assistance and especially Mr. / Mohammed al-Najjar,a professor / Tahir Algerian.
Everything exists in hotel (buffet breakfast variety + meals club noon and night + variety Restaurants + lobby widely + gym + pool + bar + taxi services + parking + Free Internet + permanent Cleaner + full service for guests + ....) Try this time will not lose anything

This is one of the best hotel i have stayed in Dubai. The staff is so helpful and always smiling. special mention to Staff Tahar, he is a great asset to the hotel .so helpful

Checked in and was upgraded to a suite. Much appreciated. The suite smelled like fried fish. I hate fish. There was some issue with the ventilation system and after two days it was not resolved. Apologies from the front desk and 5000 points but would have preferred the issue be resolved.

I had a 4-night stay on October 2014, to participate in a medical congress. This was my second stay in this Sheraton in the last two years, but it was the first after its renovation. Of course, the overall quality of the hotel remains in high level: from the impressive lobby, to my room in the 8th floor with tremendous views on the creek, and to the pool area for a relaxing evening. A special mention about the food served: breakfast, now served in the new restaurant by the pool, was really delicious, with a lot of items either western or arabic (and pork bacon, too). The dinner at the Italian "Vivaldi" was also "super", with magnificient view on the creek, creating a romantic ambient. Finally, the dinner at the Japanese seafood restaurant was also delicious. All personel in all parts of the hotel was well-trained and polite, always with a smile. Regarding the location of the hotel, it is near the metro and the "abbra" stations, so it is easy to go everywere. In conclusion, in my next visit to Dubai, I will stay there again.
