Stayed one night over the weekend. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Gold level acknowledged and was upgraded to club level room, which included buffet breakfast in their restaurant. Staff very friendly and professional. Bed was comfortable, pillows excellent. Great location, restaurants and grocery across the street, freeway access a breeze. Will definitely return when in the area again.

Valerie and Alfredo greeted us each morning in the restaurant. By the second morning of our stay they knew our beverage choices and asked us if we would like the coffee and tea that we had ordered the day before. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were all incredibly courteous. A conference was starting as we were preparing to check out - my suitcase handle was broken which made for difficulty rolling the case. Alfredo noticed me struggling with the handle and offered to assist me through the conference crowd. I greatly appreciated his kindness and concern.
The only negative comment I have about the entire stay occurred at check in. The gentleman who was checking me in stated my room # in what felt to me to be a loud voice. He also asked me if 1 key would be enough. I am sensitive to traveling alone - and that felt like an announcement to the lobby that I was a single female in the hotel...

Some people would agree that the "check in" process sets the tome for your entire experience. My lake luster check in did exactly this.

We had such a great time in Cerritos,CA, alot due to our choice of hotels. The Sheraton was an excellent vacation spot. Warm and friendly staff with great concern for our needs. We had all the comforts of home. We will be traveling back to Cerritos due to the hospitality of this hotel and our family there. Please pass on our Thanks to all the staff. We have stayed here five or six times, sometimes with friends who also get a room, and it's usually a Saturday night when we attend an event at the Performing Arts. ONLY ONCE have we been able to check in at 3:00P.M. Usually we have to hang around for up to an hour after check in time for one of our rooms to be ready. That is my only complaint - everything else is good.

I arrived about an hour and a half before the 3:00 check-in time, our rooms weren't ready. They said they would be ready at 3. I returned a little after 3 and our rooms were still not ready. Finally, at about 3:40 one of the rooms was ready and the second room wasn't ready until 4:20. I've stayed at this hotel before and this was the first time our rooms weren't ready.

We were just on an overnight getaway for my husband's birthday. Talking to the desk clerk while checking in it was mentioned but we didn't think anything about it. Imagine our surprise when we were delivered a plate of fruit, cheese & crackers with a birthday card. The service was fantastic and helped make our stay so enjoyable. We'll definitely do it again some time.

We had a great stay at the hotel the week before Christmas. We chose this hotel because of the "green" floors for my sister in laws family. Overall we were happy with the stay. There is an extreme lack of hot water no matter what time of day or night you shower.
Otherwise there was lots of food and shopping within walking distance, and easy on and off the freeways.

From the front desk, to the security guy, to room service, and house keeping to the restaurant and bar area staff, everyone is just great. At the Front Celena, Security James, restaurant Alfredo and Gloria, all great. Even the manager and the assistant manager are great. I stay for 2 weeks at a time and I love it. Same with all my staff.,

Great location, near many local attractions, other hot spots, restaurants, shopping, and very easy to locate. A tad bit over-rated(NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL), but solid 3 star hotel. Overall, a good hotel and I would stay here again. No complimentary breakfast and all rooms do not have microwaves, refrigerators, CD/DVD players and WI-FI is not free in all rooms.

My daughter had a softball tourney and husband's football team played in a championship game at Cerritos College. Hotel was centrally located to both events. Room was clean, staff was great, and the shower water pressure was awesome! The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Plan on staying here again in the future.

The location in the SCAL area is fantastic, and amazingly peaceful and quiet. I have stayed here twice now, and really enjoyed the experience. The staff is really kind, the property is elegant, and the outside areas are really nice. Also, the freeway access is very handy for travel all around the LA basin.
I would highly recommend folks staying here.

I was charged a $50 fee for checking out a day early. I find this incomprehensible. I've never in my professional travels incurred this type of fee before. There are plenty of other hotel chains available to stay in that don't have this penality.

The room appeared clean and then I went into the bathroom and it looked like someone had just finished brushing their teeth as well as a very sticky substance on the counter. They did come to remedy the situation right away, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
However, their beds and pillows are extremely comfy. Great nights sleep.

As SPG members, were were treated like family by everyone with whom we had contact. Our junior suite was spacious, clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was ample and delicious. We appreciated being so close to Knott's Berry Farm, the Cerritos Town Center and the Performing Arts Center. We certainly will chose this hotel again.

Stayed for 2 nights, location seems to be great for business travelers. Room is dark, carpet could be cleaned better (dark carpet shows the dirt). Hotel seems well built (cannot hear your neighbors) not like newer Hotels where the walls, ceilings and floors are thin and you hear everything.

I think the staff handle the group quiet well with it being so much going on during the armando montelongo bus tour. they were all friendly a professional. even though it appears you were short staffed because i saw some staff that look like they were working at least 16hour days

It was surprising that this otherwise magnificent hotel will miss our room service breakfast request and fortunately we did get up on time. However I compliment management for immediately coming to us to offer their apologies.
We would definitively stay here again!

the only thing I would request is that the rooms have small refrigerators.
I loved the $5. voucher for not utilizing the maid service.
I loved the fact that room keys had to be used in the elevators. this made me feel safer.
Also thank you for the free shuttle service.

I would recommend that there be more towels and wash cloths in the room though..Other than that, everything was fine. I especially liked the staff in the bar area...She was very professional and remembered us from the last time we were there...Give that girl a raise!!!!

The minute that I walk into the hotel I feel welcomed and part of a local family. The front desk team is extremely professional and have great communication skills. Their supporting staff are equally as responsive. I enjoy my short stays at the Sheraton Cerritos.

The parking lot was full and the front desk staff told me to park in the parking structure across the street. Okay that's fine but the way the staff spoke to me was rude and inconsiderate as if I am expected to park far away from the hotel I paid for...

My GPS had gone out prior to checking into the Sheraton in Cerritos, CA. Following check out, I asked for directions to my destination----the staff could not have been more helpful- gave me correct directions- and I arrived at my destination easily.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past years and I have to say I have never stayed there without some type of problem. I as a platnium member I stayed in a lot of Starwood properties and this is the worst one yet. I usually try them "again" because the cost is lower then others in the area. I guess you get what you pay for. The most common problem is that I get there at 5pm to check in and get the notorious "your room is not ready yet" There has never been an adequate solution to this either. When I complained or mentioned it all I ever get is I will address this and that is it.. problem is that the same thing would happen several times in a row.. I don't think they are addressing the issue and it is very inconvenient. The past stay they had technical problems and were unprofessionally freaked out. I was unable to check out by normal means, I was not asked what amenity I would like to have, and I had to write and ask for a receipt 2 times. (it was not e-mailed to me nor was I asked and it was not slide under the door).

Staff was very unprofessional. Facilities did not meet my expectations. During events at the hotel there is no where for guests to park. Staff inconvenience guests with no apologies.

Hotel was centrally located to my business requirements. My family was centrally located to many attractions which kept them busy while I was occupied with business matters. The staff were very "service oriented" and a pleasure to deal with.
