Loved the hotel, but there were only a couple of elevators to my floor (17), which increased the wait every time I went up or down. Otherwise, great place.

My husband and I stayed on the 36th floor. We had a view of 42nd street. However, the "plat de résistance" was the murphy bed that came down from the wall.

Rooms are on the smaller size. We had two full size beds in our room and they were small for two adults. The room for two adults and 2 children was tight.

In general is a good hotel, consider the location and rate. The only compain I have is the club lounge where drinks are chargable, which is very strange.

You can't go wrong with this hotel! The staff is very kind and professional and the location is fantastic in midtown a couple of blocks from Times Square

Rooms are small but well kept and the club lounge is smaller than it was a few years ago but still nice. I like the marble in the bathrooms.

The Sheraton New York was outstanding. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

The hotel is ideally situated in midtown NY, walking distance to both Times Square and Columbus Circle. The hotel is clean, modern, and well staffed.

I am happy with Sheraton room but I had unpleasant moment with staff in baggage storage area. He treats his customer in angry mood. He is not polite.

Subway stop is a couple of blocks away so it is easy to go uptown to Lincoln Center or downtown to Broadway or further downtown to off-off-Broadway.

The continental breakfast in the club lounge is a nice perk, if you can get it. It's much easier than shlepping out onto the street for something.
