The location of this hotel is excellent and is connected to mall and convention center which is really good for those who are planning to attend conference in Haynes Convention Center. Staff is very supportive.

Guys weekend to see a Sox game, hang out and see some sites and the Sheraton location was a perfect place for all that. Plus a junior suite was a good addition to have a place for us to gather and talk.

daughter at Berklee for theater intensive camp. spent ten beautiful days in Boston. Centrally located for my needs. concierge was extremely helpful. i believe her name was Lisa and she should be recognized

The hotel staff was very helpful. We needed an extra bed and it arrived quickly and was set up in a couple of minutes. Great place to stay, just don't park there. $39 a day is too expensive for parking.

The room was rather large and clean with a great view of the Charles River and Cambridge. The bathroom was somewhat small, but my stay was short. The staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again.

You can't ask for a better meeting/hotel combination that the Sheraton Boston and the Hynes Convention Center. Convenience, value, dining experience, its all here. Stay and you won't regret it!

Everything was nice and appropriate. Suite was large and comfortable. Bathroom was standard, but a bit small. Closet was very small and filled with Ironing board, iron, safe, that took up a lot of space.

My family and I stayed for a Saturday night. I have stayed at this hotel several times for business travel and am a loyal SPG traveler. This stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, our room was not ready (at 4 pm), despite the 3 pm check in time. We were given a "downgraded" room (lower floor). The reason we were given is that a platinum member was in the room.
Also, I had requested a crib when making the reservation, as well as again at check in, and refrigerator at check-in. After an hour, neither had arrived, so I called the front desk, and the crib arrived about 20 minutes later. 45 minutes later the refrigerator was delivered. Waiting for the crib to nap my daughter was a bit of an inconvenience, especially since I was told it would only be a few minutes when I checked in. Other hotels I have stayed at have had the crib already in the room, which to me, is a much better practice.
The next morning, we requested a 1/2 hour extension (late check out), and were told that they could not accommodate our request, even after I explained that our room was not ready when we checked in. Very disappointing.
This hotel in the past has provided a much higher level of service, and in my opinion, has deteriorated significantly. During past stays, I have received welcome notes from the manager, platters of snacks in my room upon arrival, and free drink coupons for the bar. None of this was present at the last stay, and customer service does not seem to be a priority anymore. Disappointing since this hotel is in a great location and an affiliate of a wonderful brand.

Our room had a gorgeous view of the city. Everything was excellent except for the outrageous parking rates of $39 overnight. The hotel should offer a discount for those who are staying in the hotel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hurlz Rooms need updating
I upgraded to a deluxe roof for an additional $20 per night. I was not impressed with the room. The bathroom had pink tiles like many old homes have. I think the $20 up charge was sort of a sham.

Bathroom needed updating, elevators were broken so lines were long, parking charge was excessive and vehicle return was chaotic.
Room was just average and definitely not worth the points I used.

The customer service at this hotel is really commendable. Especially Christine at Front desk. We initially got a smoky room and she promptly moved us into a better room, with a view.

Everything was spotless, staff exceeded going out of way to make our stay very enjoyable. The location was idea to make our stay easy to get around the city, by foot, taxi or subway.

This Sheraton was great... The hotel was in good shape, the staff were professional and helpful and they recognize SPG elite travelers very well. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Boston.

once again i had a negative experience at this hotel...had to move rooms after the second day as their was a maintenance issue that closed main tower..seems there is always a problem here....

We had a fantastic stay. Checked in and were upgraded. Hotel had good club lounge and excellent location . Great link to shops and restaurants . Enjoyed swimming pool. Great pillows and bed.

Room they gave me was extremely small. Had to beg for a king, which they finally gave me a queen. Had my spouse with me but they really did not seem to care. At 250 a night, big rip off.

Was in Boston for a conference, and this hotel is perfectly situated in Boston to enjoy the city. Everything you would need is in the Sheraton and the adjoining mall as well.

We were recommended by a friend. IT was great. Rooms were big and they accomodated handicapped customers. It was near everything so it made our trip to Boston even more funa dn convenient.

I was happy to have the option not to have my sheets and towels changed every day, but it would have been nice to still have the maid service to empty trash, refill coffee supplies, etc.

Great hotel for location, comfort & seeing Red Socks games while enjoying the sites & flavors of Boston. Valet parking is pricy ($46 a day) for someone who never moved their car.

Our two short visits to the Sheraton were very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable with all the usual amenities provided, tea/coffee, tv, internet etc.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and very convenient to Fenway Park. In addition, there is Valet or Self Parking and reasonable rates. We try to stay here whenever we go to Boston.
