Although i used to visit this place for 25 years of my life,, yet my last experience caused that i will not reserve there any more and i began to book in other places and by the end of my visit i tried to meet with the manager and i was informed that he is busy to meet me and that my complain reached him, i asked to wait for a phone call from him and till this moment i did not receive his call. After 25 years of a very good experince i wish to say that the new management were able to let me say that i will never go there again.

I have booked throw the toll free number and got a booking confirmation email then when I have arrived they asked me to pay more money and they mentioned if it is not in the confirmation mail I shouldn't pay and it wasn't and they insist to receive the amount. rooms are very small and uncomfortable I didn't receive my welcome gift as per my benefits as SPG gold member,internet is worst than dial-up. I had to wait for 40 min to get a bottle of water from the room service. please this one needs reel improvement as it is not up to or near SPG or Sheraton standards.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable i fell when i sleep in this hotel that i am at my second home special thanks to karim gaber and ms nada from front dest for the good hospitality

stayed there from 18-21 Sep with family , hotel is very old and need renovation , as per staff members hotel didn't have any renovation since 80s which is really unexpected , lobby looks very dull , room furniture is really old. location is really nice , has a small beach but clean and nice. food quality is average. nothing impressive.

I was there in my weeding anniversary, I choose coz i spent my honey moon there, first I want to thank Mr.Saeed who change my room from city view to sea view and send me cake wishing me happy anniversary,
The check in was awful, Mr. Rami ignoring me for 15 min talking in the phone with his colleague Ms. Merfat and complaining to her, then I go to my room to found the blanket dirty and I called them again to change it, wifi password is mission impossible, I called them 4 times every time the reception tell me call me after half an hour , then they gave me wrong password two times and finally after 7 hrs from complaining and calling every one they gave me password for wifi expire after 2 hrs , I didn't dare to ask for a new one :(,
I ate in Coquillage cafe in Ramadan (Suhur ) for two days the buffet was catastrophic , cold ,no refill, no varieties , really I didn't believe I was in Sheraton , in last day Mr.Yehia called me to get feedback I took this golden opportunity to tell him about my comments and ask him to send anyone to clean my room he told me sure don't even call them I will manage , after 5 hrs return back to my room to found it as I left called him again finally I had to leave the room again setting in front of my room in corridor till guys finish my room .

Hotel is in need of major renovation. The facilities are old and outdated. Excellent location and have great potential to become # 1.
