stayed there from 18-21 Sep with family , hotel is very old and need renovation , as per staff members hotel didn't have any renovation since 80s which is really unexpected , lobby looks very dull , room furniture is really old. location is really nice , has a small beach but clean and nice. food quality is average. nothing impressive.

I was there in my weeding anniversary, I choose coz i spent my honey moon there, first I want to thank Mr.Saeed who change my room from city view to sea view and send me cake wishing me happy anniversary,
The check in was awful, Mr. Rami ignoring me for 15 min talking in the phone with his colleague Ms. Merfat and complaining to her, then I go to my room to found the blanket dirty and I called them again to change it, wifi password is mission impossible, I called them 4 times every time the reception tell me call me after half an hour , then they gave me wrong password two times and finally after 7 hrs from complaining and calling every one they gave me password for wifi expire after 2 hrs , I didn't dare to ask for a new one :(,
I ate in Coquillage cafe in Ramadan (Suhur ) for two days the buffet was catastrophic , cold ,no refill, no varieties , really I didn't believe I was in Sheraton , in last day Mr.Yehia called me to get feedback I took this golden opportunity to tell him about my comments and ask him to send anyone to clean my room he told me sure don't even call them I will manage , after 5 hrs return back to my room to found it as I left called him again finally I had to leave the room again setting in front of my room in corridor till guys finish my room .

Hotel is in need of major renovation. The facilities are old and outdated. Excellent location and have great potential to become # 1.

Have been using this hotel as default place to stay in Alexandria. As always, the service and food were excellent. The building, however, is beginning to show its age, as I noticed a minor leak in the ceiling above the shower, the beds were a little hard, and the toilet area is rather cramped compared to more modern buildings. That being said, I would stay here again due to the hotel's location immediately across the street from the beach and the Montazah palace and that it is still comfortable and clean. I would strongly suggest the hotel offer free wifi and remove their signs that stated 45 minutes were available for free through Link@Sheraton, as when we inquired about the latter, we were told that deal was old and had expired. $26 USD per day for internet is almost archaic, and we walked to a nearby coffeeshop when internet was needed.
