As a Starwood member and time share owner I always use Starwood hotel for my stay . This one was the worst hotel we stayed in in years. We checked in with a large crowd of people and lines. The person who checked us in told us he will "upgrade us to two queen beds room with a view" . We arrived to a dirty room, with no view, two full beds and scratched headboards. When we spoke with the hotel manager she said that there are no queen beds in the hotel. She was not aware of the scratched headboards and will have somone change the dirty bedding. She had no other better choice of room for us. I slept in, uncomfortable (not heavenly) bed wit smelly bed sheets!! Got up in the morning to a bill $100 more than I thought I will pay due to fees no one even mentioned on check in. Absolutely worse hotel, service and stay In a Starwood hotel I ever experienced.

Cleaning was terrible, hotel is so crowded that service can't handle it, it is my second time at Sheraton Seattle and will be the last for sure. Not on SPG level, and compared to hotels around Seattle downtown it is really bad on comfort.

this hotel has very good meeting rooms and conference facility. My room and meeting rooms are very near. I was very comfortable staying in this hotel.

Overall a good Sheraton property. Location is perfect. Convention traffic in the hotel is high. Therefore, rate for check-in is high and the wait time was a tad long. Staff very nice. Only negative is valet parking. Parking is now $57 per night!. Seattle, you are not New York or Chicago stop following them and be your affordable self! There is an option to park at $30 per night. You park across the street and haul your bags over like a tourist who got off at the wrong bus stop.

Good location and well maintained facility, but the staff was not very friendly. There was only one restaurant offering breakfast during the weekday (Daily Grill) and they were painfully slow and food was not that great either.

Hotel was clean. staff were very responsive to my needs and prompt with any requests I made to my room. I would definitely stay again. The Hotel bar had variety and was spacious. The staff was friendly and nice.

Upon arrival, I had called to have the Overnight Laundry Service. Two sports jackets and two dress shirts. The service picked the cloths up within 15 minutes.
The laundry service was to return the items by 7:00 a.m. the next morning. No items were return at 7:05 a.m. so I called and they said they would be right up. At 7:26 a.m. I called again and the service said they would put a rush on the items. At 8:26 a.m. I called again and they said the items were on the way. At 8:45 a.m. the items finally arrived. For a service that was to return the cloths by 7:00 a.m. it was a massive failure. I had to arrive late to a business meeting due to poor service.
