Rated 3 out of 5 Excellent location within Disneyworld
I enjoyed the hotel, room size most comfortable; one of my challenges was housekeeping. She failed to leave shampoo even when there were no bottles remaining in our bathroom. I had to call the mgr. of housekeeping to get additional bottles. Also, our phone did not work in our original room and it was necessary to make phone calls because of my business. The hotel did immediately send someone to assist; however the phone lines did not work in that room and we had to change rooms; another challenge as I was completely unpacked at this point. I was staying at the hotel for a week for a business conference. The manager at the front desk did address our problems promptly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by roadwarrior52 Tired, tacky, shabby
For an iconic hotel at a venue that prides itself on customer service and "making magic" this is a tired, old, tacky, shabby hotel.
Some of the staff were quite good - but an equal number were not.
The overall experience was very unsatisfactory and ridiculously expensive for the low quality lodging provided.
I've stayed at budget hotels that were cleaner, better maintained and more comfortable.
The bathroom had rust rings around the drains.
The entire room smelled of mildew. There was an industrial fan going in the hallway all day and night trying to dry the carpet - on the forth floor.
The bed was sagging and "unsleepable"
Finished were scarred. Carpet seemed sticky.
I was told when I checked in they had assigned me a quite room with a nice view -
yet I could hear the elevator dinging all night and every neighbor - since there was no sound insulation in the walls.
Sad

Rated 5 out of 5 Dolphin Stay
We enjoyed everything during our stay at the Dolphin. The lobby is spacious with plenty of space for guests to sit and enjoy it, with a sculptured dolphin fountain for enjoyment and photos too. The rooms are comfortable and ours overlooked the back lake area and Epcot, so we could see the fireworks from our window each night. It was very easy to take a boat to Boardwalk, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. The pools were great!
Foodservice in restaurants and room service were excellent too!

Rated 5 out of 5 Beautiful view, comfortable beds, killer location
What a great hotel on WDW property! It's walking distance to two of the parks! The facilities are phenomenal-- GORGEOUS, huge pool and fantastic restaurants. (Try the scallops at bluezoo!) The staff was always courteous and helpful-- I never heard no!
My room was beautiful, with a great view of Hollywood Studios (could see the Tower of Terror) and incredibly comfy beds. Only downside was the thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbors were saying, which at 6 a.m., is not a good thing...

Rated 4 out of 5 by MJCHawaii Really enjoyed my stay
I was here for 3 nights and also attending a conference also at the Dolphin. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the fitness center and wireless were included in the resort fees, and the wireless had good speed when I was using my computer.
I also liked the roominess of the pool areas. And I truly enjoyed the Shula Steakhouse where I treated myself to the surf and turf, enjoying a very sweet lobster tail and the most tender and flavorful filet mignon I've ever eaten. The meal was pricey but worth every bite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vicki001 Great service and amenities
This is my 4th trip here in the last 2 years - 3 times for my board/conference duties and once for a family vacation. No matter what the event, the room is always perfect, the staff responds quickly to any issues (I locked the safe and was unable to open it. The staff responded with in 10 minutes.) It is a Disney resort, so food selections are not cheap, but the quality is always excellent. Being right inside the Disney complex means you can park your car and not have to drive to any of the features. I love the Dolphin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by sparklesister Great Experience!
I visited the Dolphin as part of a group of about 4,000 people. Their customer service was outstanding! They were very accommodating and for a group of that size it could not have been easy. They served us a breakfast buffet every morning, a dinner one evening and even provided their camp dolphin services for all of our children one night. The kids had a BLAST!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 Spacious Hotel
Loved the comfort of room, grotto and location to attractions. Only bad thing is my wife left a blouse in the room, she called about it and never got a response back.
