Rated 4 out of 5 by letsgetaway I enjoyed my stay at WDW Dolphin
I love the location, and the good service. I am a bit disappointed that my room smelled musty (another guest on my floor, same side) also mentioned that as well, and that my sink facet didn't have hot water. But really I was out and about so it didn't worry me. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our stay at the Dolphin was very nice. The staff was pleasant and more than helpful at all times. The bus stop was convenient. My only negative comment is directed at the pricing of the food and beverages. It was a little pricey and not customer friendly. The pool was awesome and very clean.

Nice hotel, good selection for food and close to what ever you want. Staff is nice. I would not recommend the pizza that will deliver to your room. Order your pizza from a vendor you know that has good pizza and pick it up out front. However that would not stop me from staying at this hotel.

They charged us for the resort service package, Which included the workout room. The guy checking us in never told us that it was mandatory. It was an extra charge on top of the room rate. I am very angry about this, since there are so many other fees already that go along with the room rate.

The hotel was beautiful, food servers were top rate, ate in every spot, outstanding. The housecleaning could of been better, toilets ran slow, spots of mold on shower curtain..our view was nothing, with empty rooms we could of had something to look at instead of a rooftop. I would stay again.

They did upgrade our room at no charge but lights didnt work in room as well as fridge, the extra hidden charges ($12 for water and internet) boosted our room from $149 to $200/night. The food at the fountain was ok, but our leftovers went bad because the fridge in room did not keep food cold

From arrival with valet to departure of the conference, this hotel was top notch! Check in was fabulous, food was excellent and the staff, oh the staff, were wonderful! I will highly recommend this Starwood property for future conferences and leisure travel. Thank you for a memoriable time!

the hotel is real nice, lots of good places to eat , you can get to lots of places by walking, my room was real large, but it was located next to the elevator it was terrible did not good night sleep the whole time was there i cannot understand why they would put a room next to the elevator

I always enjoy staying in the Dolphin for conferences and in general it is an excellent property with fantastic dining and amenities. The rooms are just average for hotels where I stay, not particularly roomy or well appointed, but certainly not bad, just average.

Very disappointed this year with how long it took for our room to be cleaned everyday. We were out of our room by 8:30 a.m. every morning and when we returned after 4:00 p.m. the room wasn't ready. Also, others on floor ordered room service and the trays were left in the hallways for days.

Nothing exceptional or worth noting during my stay. I expected more being a Walt Disney World hotel. Nothing bad either. I guess for the price it was fair. Nobody went out of their way to provide an above average customer experience. It will not be my first choice when I travel again.

The service at the hotel exceeded my expectations! We stayed during busy spring break time, but check was quick and service was excellent from housekeeping, front desk, bellmen, park transportation and at the pool cabana. Highly recommend!! Really enjoyed food at the Fountain Restaurant!

Too isolated and expensive. Finding the ice machine was a Disney treasure hunt
Good luck getting guest services on the phone. When you did they hung up on you. Refrigerator never did work.Basic comforts like a bottle of soda requite getting on a boat. Need better deals to go to theme parks.

Had another great stay at the Dolphin. Really appreciated the special treats on our Birthday. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Disney. If I could change anything it would be that you could "opt-out" of the resort fee. We really didn't benefit any from it. Will return again!

Hotel had upgraded me to suite before arrival. Asked them for an Epcot view and they accommodated that request. Room was clean and in good shape, front desk was friendly and attentive. Bell staff was also excellent. Pools were well kept and tennis courts were clean. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is extremely dated--looks like nothing has been done since 1985. The rooms don't have a luxurious feel at all. The bathrooms are very small and the finishes are not good. Given the number of different properties in the same area, I would never choose to stay at the Dolphin again.

We are vegans and we were delighted to see the additon of Falafel on the menu. However, it would have been nice to have had a few more options for us. The three places we went to within the hotel did not offer much other than salads which is fine but we do need more substance and protein.

This was our first stay at the Dolphin Resort and Spa. We loved everything! Everyone was very accomodating, professional and very friendly. The resort was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Our room was perfect. Thanks for making this a great vacation for us. We will come back again.

The room was less impressive than what was expected. It was a modified ADA room and I am not disabled. According to the front desk this was the only king room available. Typically an upgrade would be given to accommodate the guest. Instead, I had to settle and did not appreciate that.

If you want a quiet room... don't stay in room 14143. The room is next to the electrical/mechanical room though the room had beautiful view. It was overlooking the swan. It was annoying at first but got used to noise and I didnt want to move to another room since we were settled in.

I have been coming here for 4 years now and always for a conference and they always upgrade to a suite and treat me well. I would say that if you are coming with a family check to see if there is a conference as if there is getting into restaurants will be tough and it will be noisy.

The Staff were very friendly, starting with Karin at front desk. Concierges extremely helpful. Fitness center top notch.
Only criticism I could constructively offer, is that I was surprised room service did not vacuum carpet each day. We would track in a little sand etc..

We are members of DVC and usually stay at the Beach Club Villas as we spend most of our Disney time at Epcot, but we actually like the Dolphin better. The only complaints we've heard from others that seems valid is self parking, so we always use valet parking and highly recomend it!

I was at the Dolphin for the UBTech conference. From the day I checked in and even after three visits from engineering including a manager, the unit never worked correctly. I either shut it off or it ran until the room was 65 degrees.

Be sure to check what they consider a suite to be. Our room was 2 connecting rooms, main floor, no Balcony, one standard and one very strange room with a sofa and a fold up wall bed but space where bed was had no use........

The proximity to and transportation to the parks was perfect. The restaurants were great. However, it would have been nice to have a better breakfast place in the Dolphin--cold bagels and ham & cheese croissants. Also, a better selection of in room food items would have been nice.

The location is wonderful and the staff are very helpful and courteous. Slept like a log in those beds! Really liked the option of NOT having to have housekeeping in my room everyday. It was just me so the towels lasted plus $5 coupon for each day helped fund my ice cream habit!

I love this hotel and come here 3 times a year. the staff go out of their way to help you especially Debra in the restaraunt for breakfast she is outstanding always remembering our name. It is employees like her that keep me coming back. just booked my stay in September!!
