Be sure to check what they consider a suite to be. Our room was 2 connecting rooms, main floor, no Balcony, one standard and one very strange room with a sofa and a fold up wall bed but space where bed was had no use........
otherwise resort itself was fine

This hotel is one of our favorite places to stay in the Disney area. We love the location and quality of the hotel. On this trip, there were a few amenities missing in the room when we arrived (glasses, for example), but the very responsive staff took care of this right away.

This was our 1st stay at the dolphin and it was perfect! From the front desk to the resturants and everything in between everyone was great! I only wish we could have statyed longer. I look forward to staying at this resort again (hopefully) sooner than later :)

The location was great along with the shuttles to all the Disney parks was a great benefit. We also took advantage of the Extra hours at the parks for staying here. The buffet prices were reasonable for being on site. The hotel was clean and smelled great. Highly recommend.

I brought my family along for a conference, and we had a great time. The hotel was bright, cheerful and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the restaurants are very expensive, but that's what you get when you stay in a Disney resort.

Parking fee was not clearly noted in information about the hotel. Also paid $14.00/day for two bottles of water and internet access. Internet access was so weak that we had to use our 4G network. If this had been solely a business trip, it would have been very difficult.

We were celebrating our anniversary. The front desk was kind to upgrade us to a nice king bed with resort view. They also recognized I had SPG. I loved the location of the hotel walking distance to Epcot and the Boardwalk. The on site Italian restaurant was superb and also Blue Zoo great. I loved the girl singers at Blue Zoo on Saturday night. It was nice to get SPG points for eating on property. I believe you get so much more value than a disney on site hotel. The Dolphin and Swan are just as nice if not nicer but they seem more affordable than Disney. If you join SPG and have AAA membership you can usually find a great special. The only drawback was the in room mini frig was not cold enough. So I had to keep my snacks and drinks cold in a cooler I brought. I also recommend that you enjoy the pools and partake of their fantastic drink special for $10. It was the best margarita I ever had! It was so good that we rushed home from Epcot by 5:00 - 7:00 pm just so we could relax and enjoy another drink special the next day!

I was at the Dolphin for the UBTech conference. From the day I checked in and even after three visits from engineering including a manager, the unit never worked correctly. I either shut it off or it ran until the room was 65 degrees.

The hotel could use a facelift but I still like it for the convenience to Disney and the SPG tie in. Todd English's Bluezoo is really good. I thought it was geared to kids but it's not... it's a serious spot. Good spot when visiting Disney. Walk to the Boardwalk area.

The location of my room was wonderful this year, with a wonderful view. Last year however, my room overlooked a large conference roof, which was a horrible view. It seems important to request a room that has a decent view, as it changes the entire ambience of the room.

I made my reservation through the SPG website. No problems and it was easy. I arrived at the hotel and they struggled to find an available room for me. OK, it happens, I'm willing to wait a bit until they sort it out. I eventually get a room with two double beds (I reserved one king). OK, I'm traveling alone so how much do I really need the extra space? The wireless internet was crazy slow but I was tired and went to bed. I wake up to shower and there is a mostly used bar of soap in the shower's soap dish. Gross. Was the shower cleaned or was this just missed. I called down for a cab and also mentioned the soap. Leave for the day, great! I return to a message from the front desk inquiring that the room was cleaned and the old, gnarly soap removed. The bed was made so I figured all was well. Next morning, I get up, the gnarly old soap was STILL THERE. What the heck? I didn't even bother to say anything because I've given up that the cleaning staff was too short to see the soap or was too grossed out to get rid of it.

Although I stayed as part of a conference, the room was quiet, the beds were very comfy, and the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. As an added bonus I got to see the fireworks at Epcot from my room every nite during my stay. It is definitely a place to stay again!

My room had a cabinet door that was off the hinges. I called for repair and it was fixed. The telephone by the bed did not work. Neither did the alarm clock. I called for help and someone came to get them working. A replacement alarm was delivered a short time later.

No miad service for 3 days, no internet, no sign at the SPG gold check in so over 2 hours wait to check in - Definitiely not up to park stadards even though on park property, and not up to usual SPG standards either. Will probebly choose to stay elsewhere next visit

Hotel is in a great location for visiting Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios. Also so convenient to get to the Boardwalk and Yacht Clubs. Restaurants weren't as great as we would have liked. Wish The Fountain would stay open later/24 hours for a good sit down meal.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. However, I don’t believe that the sheets in my bed were changed at all. The last night I was there I moved the comforter on the other side of the bed to find a shoes print in black on the sheets along with yellow marks.

Excellent hotel for a quick Disney trip with little ones. The hotel is close to all the parks, either via boat ride or by bus. The pool area is great is the kids just want to stay in. The Disney desk/counter is really gear to pick up tickets etc

I was shocked that there was a charge to get internet service, especially since I was an SPG preferred member. It would have been nice to know there was a daily parking fee.
The one problem I had took 3 tries to get corrected, poor communication issues.

We were very pleased with the Dolphin Resort! Rooms were very clean, good restaurants, no waiting on elevators, great access to the different Disney parks, and the pools were perfect for every age-from baby to elderly. Staff was always available and friendly.

nice and clean hotel. staffs are great and prompt on requests. requested a roll away bed and additional blanket and received them, timely. very close to epcot if you like this park. and it only take 10 minutes boat ride to back entrance with no wait to get in.

I've stayed here several times and for a Disney hotel in this location, the price is very fair and the hotel is fantastic. Pool area is nice, several food options and whats better than walking into Hollywood Studios and Epcot. I would highly recommend this place

There is no need for a lunch to cost $15 per person, when individuals are traveling on business and our conference is taking place in your resort. To avail a reasonably priced meal, one has to take the shuttle bus and travel to downtown Disney, which is absurd!

It is a great location for conferences, but with all the conference traffic, has made it worn out. Needs several upgrades from the lobby to the rooms. Surely not worth the money. Would rather stay at a Disney property such as the Boardwalk, Yacht or Beach Club.

I was on the first floor, corner room and my room was not only damp, but smelled musty. When I got home and unpacked from my business trip, my family was alarmed at how my clothes smelled it was that bad. thankfully I was there for only 2 days for a convention.

The staff went beyond making our stay most pleasant. We had a room that had a toilet that ran all night, the next day they moved us to a room with two balconies and what Great fireworks. We would love to stay in this room again. Please send us specials.

We attended a conference at the Dolphin. We found the food service at the conference lacking. Food quality was fair at best, and staff threw the food at us, never with a smile. Front desk staff ignored me when I was at the front of the line.
