If you want a quiet room... don't stay in room 14143. The room is next to the electrical/mechanical room though the room had beautiful view. It was overlooking the swan. It was annoying at first but got used to noise and I didnt want to move to another room since we were settled in.

I have checked in my many hotels and never been treated so well as I was with this experience. The name of the person was Patricia and if I could I would pay her tuition for UCF so she could focus more on school and not have to work nights. Anyways she made my experience wonderful!

Check in was reasonable prompt and staff was exceptional --
Phone 66 response to call and request was timely.
Hotel staff in general were friendly and helpful
Travel to Epcot and Hollywood very good. Travel back from Magic Kingdom mediocre to poor but that is a Disney bus situation

did not appreciate extra resort fee added to my room cost..seemed very petty, and the 5$ for a bottle of water and no choice about this, outrageous.... and the virtual isolation of the resort plus high costs for food made me feel like a hostage for a week which won't happen again.

Location is great for Disney parks particularly Epcot which is easy walking distance. Lovely pool area and good selection of restaurants. Rooms are fairly basic with very small bathroom. Not the standard I anticipated in terms of the room itself but ideal location makes up for it.

The proximity to and transportation to the parks was perfect. The restaurants were great. However, it would have been nice to have a better breakfast place in the Dolphin--cold bagels and ham & cheese croissants. Also, a better selection of in room food items would have been nice.

My wife and I love the beds at the Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel... Heavenly Beds are the choice for those travelers that demand a good night sleep... However they need to have more choices for the pillows. usually overstuffed and too hard, But... We love this hotel...

The hotel room was outdated and not clean. The bed shirt closest to the window was dirty and tile floor outside bathroom had not been scrubbed in a while. In addition, we were expecting the same perks as staying at a Disney resort, however soon found out they were NOT the same.

The location is wonderful and the staff are very helpful and courteous. Slept like a log in those beds! Really liked the option of NOT having to have housekeeping in my room everyday. It was just me so the towels lasted plus $5 coupon for each day helped fund my ice cream habit!

This was a great location with easy travel distance by walking, Water Taxi and Disney transportation to all of the Parks. As guests of the hotel, you were also allowed to go early/stay late at select locations. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by a2012 This hotel had great features but on the 12th floor of the central wing had issues with loud elevator noise.
My room was away from the elevator but when the elevator would move between floors a "roaring" sound would occur. It was only bothersome at bedtime. Besides the noise, the resort was top notch & there was always a friendly face from staff & willingness to answer your questions.

My husband & I enjoyed a respite filled mini-anniversary at this lovely hotel. We both love the architectural appeal, the comfort of the rooms, the pampering by the staff and the proximity to all of the Disney parks & amenities. The pools are very nice and pleasant to look at.

We are gold members and love Starwood properties. Having the Swan and Dolphin at Disney World with all of the park amenities available to us is always a plus and the reason we come back again and again!!!! Very professional staff, and preferred guest line is always available.

asked for late checkout based on starwood gold...forget 4pm I couldn't get 12pm I was advised that I had to be out right at 11am there was no apology just rude NO ...but you could still book rooms on the site so I guess we weren't" full up" sad because facility/room beautiful

We stayed at the hotel in October and had a fantastic time. The pool is great and our kids had a blast. The rooms are nice and the hotel has a great staff. On our final night, the A/C in our room stopped working but they sent up an employee who had it back running in no time.

This hotel is one of our favorite places to stay in the Disney area. We love the location and quality of the hotel. On this trip, there were a few amenities missing in the room when we arrived (glasses, for example), but the very responsive staff took care of this right away.

Took a picture of the filthy floor in vanity area and marble strip into bath floor. Yuk.
Thought the idea of a mandatory amount of money (14.00) for two bottles of water each day was ridiculous.
Hotel room was not what I would expect from a Disney Resort.

I rented 2 rooms, Spent $2,000 for Hotel, and meals.
The hotel room were just barely cleaned every day. Floor in bath rooms were never mopped.
I ate at several Restaurants, The New York Restaurant was good, One place it took 45 minutes to get 2 $25.00 Hamburgers and Fries

The location was great along with the shuttles to all the Disney parks was a great benefit. We also took advantage of the Extra hours at the parks for staying here. The buffet prices were reasonable for being on site. The hotel was clean and smelled great. Highly recommend.

I brought my family along for a conference, and we had a great time. The hotel was bright, cheerful and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the restaurants are very expensive, but that's what you get when you stay in a Disney resort.

I love this hotel and come here 3 times a year. the staff go out of their way to help you especially Debra in the restaraunt for breakfast she is outstanding always remembering our name. It is employees like her that keep me coming back. just booked my stay in September!!

The Staff were very friendly, starting with Karin at front desk. Concierges extremely helpful. Fitness center top notch.
Only criticism I could constructively offer, is that I was surprised room service did not vacuum carpet each day. We would track in a little sand etc..

I stayed at the Dolphin Resort in WDW. There were so many additional charges I didn't ask for or were notified about. We were in a corner room about a mile from the elevator. The service was very poor. The phones did not work in the room. It was a very disappointing stay.

Your resort was very nice and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy. I slept very well. I did however, hear a lot of ruckus slate in the evening. It sounded like kids running up and down the hallway.

We stayed at Swan & Dolphin for 14 nights and the hotel exceeded all expectations and was a fantastic base for our Disney holiday. The hotel staff could not do enough for you and the hotel was perfectly located for all the Disney attractions with great transport options.

Parking fee was not clearly noted in information about the hotel. Also paid $14.00/day for two bottles of water and internet access. Internet access was so weak that we had to use our 4G network. If this had been solely a business trip, it would have been very difficult.
