The staff is so helpful and nice. They totally make you feel welcome. Very easy to get around the Disney area. I could not get internet in my room and I had ants in my bathroom so my room was not a great as the rest of the hotel. In addition, be prepared, you have to pay to use the health club.

What a great hotel. Our room was always clean, the food in the hotel eateries was very good. I called to have an item I forgot sent up, and after waiting over an hour, I cancelled and ended up buying it downstairs. That was our only complaint. Friendly staff, very clean, and fabulous ambience!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin. The pool area and the Cabana service was very nice. We liked the restaurants at the Dolphin and Swan with good service and food. However, we often went to the lounges and restaurants at the Boardwalk, Disney Parks (China , Corel Reef and Italian at the World Showncase )and the Yacht Club whose prices were more reasonable.However, we did not realize that this was a resort for conventions and the bars were very noisy. We did not like the go green service, as I did not like chasing the housekeeping staff for toilet paper , water, tea,coffee, shampoo.Had I known, I would not have chosen going green which is very unfortunate.
The bed was very comfortable, but for a 5 star hotel, I was surprised about how worn down the carpet and furniture was and the fact that we went green and did not have our beds made, toilet paper and kleenex replaced etc. We have travelled a lot and had better service in Mexico. We liked the fact that we could use the ferry to go to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The bus from Downtown Disney and Magic Kingdom on the returns were awful, in terms of wait time and in fact we took the bus for the Yacht Club and walked to our resort. We would like to come again with our children and grandchildren, but a microwave in the room is a must.

This hotel should be shut down, remodeled, all the staff fired and start fresh. The Dolphin is obviously the ugly stepchild in this hotel fleet. It looks pretty from the parking lot but inside it is a mess! Old, outdated, rude employees, and housekeeping is deplorable.

I love the location, and the good service. I am a bit disappointed that my room smelled musty (another guest on my floor, same side) also mentioned that as well, and that my sink facet didn't have hot water. But really I was out and about so it didn't worry me. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They did upgrade our room at no charge but lights didnt work in room as well as fridge, the extra hidden charges ($12 for water and internet) boosted our room from $149 to $200/night. The food at the fountain was ok, but our leftovers went bad because the fridge in room did not keep food cold

The hotel was beautiful, food servers were top rate, ate in every spot, outstanding. The housecleaning could of been better, toilets ran slow, spots of mold on shower curtain..our view was nothing, with empty rooms we could of had something to look at instead of a rooftop. I would stay again.

They charged us for the resort service package, Which included the workout room. The guy checking us in never told us that it was mandatory. It was an extra charge on top of the room rate. I am very angry about this, since there are so many other fees already that go along with the room rate.

this hotel is located close enough or far enough away from the hustle of disney. from the front desk(thank you veronica) to the women at picabu the staff is amazing! would also like to thank joe at fountains for being so kind.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin. We were disappointed with the room as a whole. The windows and floor could have been cleaner. Also the windows should have been able to open, so we could get some fresh air.

Nice hotel, good selection for food and close to what ever you want. Staff is nice. I would not recommend the pizza that will deliver to your room. Order your pizza from a vendor you know that has good pizza and pick it up out front. However that would not stop me from staying at this hotel.

Our stay at the Dolphin was very nice. The staff was pleasant and more than helpful at all times. The bus stop was convenient. My only negative comment is directed at the pricing of the food and beverages. It was a little pricey and not customer friendly. The pool was awesome and very clean.

When we arrived the first thing we were told was Valet was full. We had to off load our luggage and self park over a 100 yards away. Checking in went very smooth. The room was clean and well maintained. We went down stairs to wait for the Disney Bus to the Magic Kingdom. We waited and waited no magic kingdom bus. After 45 min one of the other drivers checked and informed us that the magic kingdom route was cancelled due to the special event. There was no signage of that change. Needless to say we had to walk 1/2 mile to the swan bus depot. We missed a parade due to the delay. The next morning when I went to call for late checkout we were told that was not an option due to the event. We went downstairs to have the bell captain hold our luggage while we go to the parks. The line for the Bell Captain was 30 plus people. I was left with no choice but to carry all my luggage to the self parking. Overall the experience was not pleasant due to the overwhelming demands this cheerleading event placed on the staff and facilities. Ultimately regular guests paid the price for the event with poor amenities.

the hotel is real nice, lots of good places to eat , you can get to lots of places by walking, my room was real large, but it was located next to the elevator it was terrible did not good night sleep the whole time was there i cannot understand why they would put a room next to the elevator

From arrival with valet to departure of the conference, this hotel was top notch! Check in was fabulous, food was excellent and the staff, oh the staff, were wonderful! I will highly recommend this Starwood property for future conferences and leisure travel. Thank you for a memoriable time!

Had another great stay at the Dolphin. Really appreciated the special treats on our Birthday. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Disney. If I could change anything it would be that you could "opt-out" of the resort fee. We really didn't benefit any from it. Will return again!

Too isolated and expensive. Finding the ice machine was a Disney treasure hunt
Good luck getting guest services on the phone. When you did they hung up on you. Refrigerator never did work.Basic comforts like a bottle of soda requite getting on a boat. Need better deals to go to theme parks.

I was very happy with the pool and outside facilities. The lobby and restaurants were also very nice.
I was not very happy with the room. I had dirt and dust in the vent in the shower and the bathroom was not the nicest and outdated.
Personnel/Staff were great and very helpful when needed.

Very disappointed this year with how long it took for our room to be cleaned everyday. We were out of our room by 8:30 a.m. every morning and when we returned after 4:00 p.m. the room wasn't ready. Also, others on floor ordered room service and the trays were left in the hallways for days.

The hotel is extremely dated--looks like nothing has been done since 1985. The rooms don't have a luxurious feel at all. The bathrooms are very small and the finishes are not good. Given the number of different properties in the same area, I would never choose to stay at the Dolphin again.

The WDW Dolphin was a little different experience on Disney property. The pools were excellent! The hotel is big and it takes a while to get organized. We were disappointed with having to move from one room to another - not sure why we had to. The rooms we stayed in had great water views!

We are vegans and we were delighted to see the additon of Falafel on the menu. However, it would have been nice to have had a few more options for us. The three places we went to within the hotel did not offer much other than salads which is fine but we do need more substance and protein.

This was our first stay at the Dolphin Resort and Spa. We loved everything! Everyone was very accomodating, professional and very friendly. The resort was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Our room was perfect. Thanks for making this a great vacation for us. We will come back again.

asked for late checkout based on starwood gold...forget 4pm I couldn't get 12pm I was advised that I had to be out right at 11am there was no apology just rude NO ...but you could still book rooms on the site so I guess we weren't" full up" sad because facility/room beautiful

Hotel had upgraded me to suite before arrival. Asked them for an Epcot view and they accommodated that request. Room was clean and in good shape, front desk was friendly and attentive. Bell staff was also excellent. Pools were well kept and tennis courts were clean. Overall a great stay!

The service at the hotel exceeded my expectations! We stayed during busy spring break time, but check was quick and service was excellent from housekeeping, front desk, bellmen, park transportation and at the pool cabana. Highly recommend!! Really enjoyed food at the Fountain Restaurant!

Everything was excellent in this conference hotel setting. Staff was--as to be expected--courteous and helpful. Service, also as expected, top-notch. Friendly staff at every turn (even at the top of the escalator going to the vendor hall!). I know I will always enjoy a Disney hotel.
