We went to EPCOT which is walking distance from the hotel. It was very nice inside and the staff was very friendly. We were only there for one night so we didn't get to use any of the other amenities.

From the moment we checked in, the service was excellent. Housekeeping was expecially accomidating in meeting our needs and cleaning the room when requested. Staff was very professional and friendly.

We always stay here when we are at Disney. The staff is truly exceptional. We always feel spoiled. The rooms are fabulous and the food is beyond great. Better than any Disney hotel we have stayed at.

We had a great relaxing get away at the WDW Dolphin Hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel and grounds were lovely. The proximity to WDW was a plus. One of our best stays.

The room had a damp musty feel to it. Bed sheet felt damp. Took three times to get a laundry form when any other hotel/resort I've stay in had the forms in the room. Disappointing for a Disney stay.

Great Facility. However, they charge you for internet service and bottle water $10.00 a day.Where you use it or not.and then $15.00 a day for self parking. The price of the room is expensive enough.

Your staff was so kind and considerate. Always pleasant, and said hello, good morning/afternoon/evening. Staff was helpful. Room was very clean and nice selection of pillows. Mattress was very nice!

All the staff were very nice and very helpful.
The room was very clean and was always made up in a timely fashion. I would highly recommand the room service, they were always pleasant to speak with.

Service excellence is clearly top priority at this hotel. All of the staff were warm and helpful.
The rooms weren't to my liking but were adequate. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable.

Hotel was in a great location, beautiful lobby and spa. Holiday decorations were very nice. Bathroom area did not look like it had been vacuumed. Water pressure in the shower was very inconsistent.

Room was clean & comfortable. Access to all the Disney parks were excellent as bus stop & boat stop located footsteps away from the hotel. Combined with the Swan, there is plenty of dining options.

Hotel rooms are very old and tired. Found hair in both beds; requested linen change - didn't happen. Second request resulted in only 1 bed being changed. Starwood needs to do much better than this.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I arrived around 10:30am from a late flight into Orlando from San Diego. I was tired and ready for sleep to prepare for an early meeting the next morning. When I arrived in my room, I unpacked, dressed for bed, and went to use the bathroom before heading to bed. There....I found an un-flushed and distustingly full toilet from the previous guest that was not cleaned by housecleaning. I flushed the toilet....and it overflowed all over the bathroom floor. I called "guest services" and was on hold for 10 minutes before someone took my call. It took 30 minutes before a gentleman arrived with a plunger, but he said I had to contact housekeeping to actually clean the room. I waited another hour before housekeeping actually showed up. By then, the smell in the room was so awful, that I had to request another room. Reluctantly the front desk granted me another room. I had to get dressed, re-pack and head to another floor. Finally, around 2am, I went to bed. The whole experience tainted me, and I would never pay to stay at either the Dolphin or Swan again.

Everything was very nice, very good for children (all ages). We felt the children were safe and we were very comfortable with everything room, food and everything that was available for all of us.

Small dark room farthest from elevator, carpet in need of cleaning, stain on duvet cover, poor to non-existent cell phone signal and wi-fi. Would only stay again if attending a conference on-site.

I love this Hotel. Its beautiful, great staff, fun for kids, fun for adults and perfect location. I can't wait to come back. My children loved seeing Santa and having hot cocoa. What a great trip!

The lobby and conference spaces were more modern than the rooms but the hotel (including rooms) was very clean. Staff were excellent and very attentive and friendly. Great place to stay with kids.

Beautiful facilities in a beautiful, fun location. The staff was extremely helpful (and I was rather needy) - always with a smile. The Balinese massage was amazing - wishing for another right now!

One thing I appreciated was an opportunity to opt out of daily linen pickup and bed making, saving water and other resources. This contribution towards keeping our environment clean is important.

I always enjoy my stays at this hotel, but this time it was a bit noisy. I wish the hall side of the room could be made to muffle the sounds. (Screaming, loud conversations, doors slamming, etc.)

I've stayed at Dolphin several times and had no problems. We are her from wed to Sunday. We have a studio, which I must say is not as nice as pics online. We are in 14143. Wed night I had a difficult time sleeping and woke early due to noise. In the morning on Thursday I realized the noise was the mechanical room for elevators was next door! Located behind headboard of my bed!!
I went to desk thurs when we returned from park and asked if they had another room. They only had one with a king and pullout which wouldn't work. I then asked if they could then discount my room to make up for my lack of sleep and was told no and the young man told me no and said sorry, with a smile. It is now Friday and I'm even more tired, and no, it isn't from walking around parks. I'm sleep deprived and not very happy about it. I said I would recommend hotel to friends because I am a nurse and get a discount and because of its location. We leave Sunday for 3 nights at universal, I'm sure ill be able to sleep there. I will prob recommend hotel but will do so after I tell them how many times the elevator runs!!!

Very nice accommodations. Rooms were nicely appointed and up to date. Pool was nice and clean. However, did not like having to pay a daily parking fee. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We all love this Hotel. A few suggestions for improvement: Have pool be warmer, have pool hours be open later with water slide open later also! Larger rooms for same price would be great also!

The hotel rooms really need an upgrade- especially the bathrooms. The shower made a loud noise the entire time I was in it.

It has great amenities. Many pools for all ages. Live music in the atrium. Close enough to walk to both Epcot and the Boardwalk.

I had numerous issues with my stay. loud drills off an on all afternoon. Took over 5 minutes to leave the parking lot because my card wouldn't work and the call box was broke on one driveway.
