This was our 6th time at this hotel (3rd in the past year). We cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, especially Mr Daniel Tan, who helped us check in early after a long tedious overnight flight. He also personally met us in the lobby to say goodbye to us when we left.
It is this kind of service with the personal touch that will bring us back to this hotel. We experienced similar services from the maids, concierges, desk staff and doormen.

The staff is wonderful, warm, welcoming and always ready to help. The location is great, close to a MRT station, shopping and eating.
I was particularly pleased with the hotel decided to participate in the recent Starwood promotion. They usually do not do this.

We just had our ROM and wedding banquet in Sheraton Towers Singapore this month. We are very satisfied with the services and venue. The hotel is elegant and cozy, very nice view of the waterfall site and with the very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to our wedding coordinator Sharon who is so helpful, professional and patient, gave us every advice from tip to toe, perfectly arranged our ROM and wedding banquet. Also thanks to our banquet manager Jason who helped to coordinate during the banquet actual day. We are happy to have our ROM and wedding banquet at Sheraton Towers Singapore. We love our junior suite. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. Really enjoy ourselves staying in the room after our wedding banquet. Definitely will recommend Sheraton Towers Singapore!

To be very honest, the hotel is rather old but it's still well maintained and the renovations also were nicely done to parts of the hotel interiors and the rooms. The platinum lounge is one of best parts that I like about the hotel. The Italian restaurant domv was pretty nice. The staff were accommodating. And after a couple of stays the hotel through the initiative and kindness of Mr. Roman the duty manager, I was upgraded to a suite room. I came across some negative comments about the hotel on the rarity of suite upgrade. This happened for my case, they rarely did upgrade me to suite rooms in this hotel, but that is very much understandable because of the limitation of number of suite rooms. They don't have junior suite rooms here either. So if any of the platinum members don't get the upgrade, please kindly understand of the situation. Aside from this part, the stays were always nice. I'd like to personally thank Mr Roman the duty manager for his undying hospitality and great care. He made sure that each of my stays were nice. Hope to be back in the near future.

Just finished 6 nights here and enjoyed the platinum recognition of access to the Sheraton Club for breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. I also had a quiet room on the 18th floor with good views of the surrounding area.
The hotel staff members were absolutely very professional and the Club staff were outstanding. The other advantage to this hotel is easy access to the Newton MRT station and the easy 8 minute walk to Orchard.
Thanks for a very comfortable stay and recommend this hotel highly.

Horrible stay. I got asked twice at check-in by the front desk manager if he can call me at 8am on 1/1 to check out by 10am to make room for another guest. Note that I am a platinum SPG member and booked this room at full rate/price. Subsequently, I got a rep from Towers calling me to reconcile the experience as "misunderstanding", when the entire phone call is about trying to extract the words "it's fine/okay" from me to close the case. Sure enough none of my friends' and my colleagues from Amazon will ever stay in the Towers again.

We would like to commend that Ernestine Yam, the Duty Mgr on the day of our stay was remarkable and professional. She managed to turn a highly possibly disastrous situation for SPG into a pleasant and satisfactory stay for us. We will come back to Sheraton Singapore for sure.
