Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay, made our weekend! Only the exterior of this hotel is old. The rooms are fantastic and very modern. The master control for all the lights, aircon and alarm is cool. Only missing thing was the ipod docking station but that's okay since i can also connect my devices to the TV via the multimedia port. The staff are very friendly too except for the 2 uncles who were cleaning the pool on Sunday morning who had difficulty speaking English. The rest are all very efficient, fast and helpful. Overall, the hotel definitely have the same feel to other Sheraton hotels I have stayed in HCM, BKK, KL, HK and SYD. I really recommend it. May 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by First time with Sheraton Towers I love the room very much because it's very quiet, the bed is exteremly comfortable and all the personnal are very polite. Not enough salad or steam vegetable. The green salad looks dry and there is always a sour smell in fruit section, would suggest to put lots of ice cubes around that I have seen from other SPG hotels. Coffee and Tea quality can be improved. Thank you. May 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Upgrades Make this Hotel Better I haven't stayed in this inn for about two years, and the upgrades are good. Now if Singapore - in general - could make the hotel rates match the value provided, it would be easy to say how great this place is. Unfortunately, ALL 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in Singapore cost too much. May 12, 2013
