Everything is average, service, receiption, housekeeping... corperate price+ 50$ enjoy the executive launge. The food repeat every two days, boring. I have to stay for one week!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maic Excellent Stay at Sheraton Towers
Was there for a 2 day stay.
Was upgraded to a Junior Suite based on SPG Plat and also availability. Check in was fast and hassle free.
The suite had a name !! and a Jacuzzi as well. The bed was a bit firm (different from a heavenly bed).
Had dinner at the italian restaurant. Food was affordable and service was attentive.
The only problem was the pool has a rule that prohibits it from being used when its raining. However, this is not clearly clarified to the staff, resulting in different levels of interpretation between different level of staff, as a result the pool staff takes the most conservative interpretation of what constitute raining.

My wife and I initially went to Singapore for a 7 night stay at the Marina Bay Sands. Two nights was enough for us. We walked in to the Sheraton Towers on Scotts Road and asked if they had a suite we could rent for 5 nights. The lass at the front desk took us for a tour, showed us the suite we would get, the pool area and the Club lounge prior to us agreeing to stay. Her levels of service were 5 star to say the least and were then reflected in the service levels shown by almost all staff during our stay. the Club lounge at the hotel is nothing short of opulent. The comfort levels are very high and once again the staff encountered could not do enough for us.

Even though the price is quite high (close to $400/ per night), but the standard and service is always there.

Being a SPG platinum member, I have stayed at numerous starwoods hotels. This is by far the worst hotel I have encountered. Extremely incompetent front desk staff, bad service attitude and totally lousy experience. After the first stay, I was promised a better experience the next time I return by the duty manager Billy. However, that promise did not materialised on my second visit. I was being asked redundant questions about my room preferences and was given a room that reeks of tabacco which is totally unacceptable. This resulted in me being late for a conference call after the room change. The same duty manager Billy was on duty and was basically speechless when I questioned about the promised better experience!

Reception,room,lounge,internet, everything is fine. Just except one thing, if you could open the pool all day long, my experience would be even better.
