Rated 2 out of 5 by JZ1564 The hotel is really old..with poor facilities
I have to say I am kinda disappointed by this stay in Sheraton. The hotel is really old, with the poorest facilities I ever had. The room is surprisingly small. The location is not too bad, close to the MRT station but has literally nothing around (C-store or restaurants ).
Another problem of this hotel is some kinda of odd smell, especially in the closet, probably because it hasnt been cleaned up for a while . Probably it is inevitable due to the weather in Singapore. But I am sure there is something the staff could do to keep the room out of strange smell.
However, staff in this hotel are very professional, helpful and welcoming as always. I appreciate their service during my stay.

Loved the workout facilities, some of the best Ive seen in my 20 years as SPG member.
Open 24 hours.
Must comment on massuese, Sunny, (Kim Song He). I am a Dr that has two on-staff massueses at my Wellness Center - one for 9 nine years. This girl Sunny beats them both. She has a gift. This hotel better treat her well, 'cause I'd like to hire her right now!
Beds are super comfortable and quiet. Some of the best sleep Ive had at a Sheraton.

The overall management of the hotel is very poor. There appears to be a complete breakdown of communication between the staff and the management.
The reservation staff were not able to explain correctly the room packages tesulting in wrong booking and subsequent confusion and inconvenience
Even after this was discussed with the management they still made mistakes and made it quite stressful for me and frankly spoiled my stay at this hotel which I have been using regularly for the past few years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by IMHA My wonderful Sheraton Towers hotel experience
April 25, 2015
Three days ago I returned from a trip abroad that involved four countries. It was a vacation that started in Dubai and ended in Singapore. The trip was wonderful. I fell off of a tour bus the morning of the first full day in Singapore and fractured my right toe and left ankle shortly after arrival. Traveling alone and distraught I thought this would make the entire trip a real bust. This would have been the case except not for the superb experience I encountered upon arrival at The Sheraton Towers in Singapore.
The hotel was totally unaware of my condition until I arrived. When I arrived at the hotel I could not walk at all. The doormen quickly found a wheel chair and lifted me from the taxi into the chair (no easy task). They wheeled me to the registration desk, took care of everything and wheeled me to my room. The most surprising events took place the following morning when after having heard of my condition upon arrival, the concierge Mr. Ismail along with manager Ms. Ernestine and two other members of the hotel staff and management called and showed up at my room to see if there was anything they could do. They went to the pharmacy, bought me crutches and Ace bandage, came back, “cleaned and wrapped my foot”, adjusted my crutches and made sure items in the room were readily accessible. I will be honest, I like to think I travel well, but I had never seen or had service or attention like this before. They continued to call the room to make sure everything was alright. When it became clear I needed medical attention, they also arranged the hospital visit for me, including wheel chair. Their staff was there every single moment and I never ever had to beckon them.
Heading this team was head concierge Mr. Puru, who actually made me feel like I had a butler during my stay. There is no such thing as better service than what they provided. He was thinking of ways to provide service before I ever had a chance to bring it to mind. He even arranged for me to have a driver who would stay and assist me with whatever I needed and see to it that I toured the city and shopped before leaving. This of course prevented my visit to Singapore from being in vain. He arranged it at an unbelievably low price that I still am finding hard to get over. Speaking of believability, get this, as if that wasn’t enough. Just before I left to return home, hotel manager Ms. Sharon Lee approached me and indicated that she heard of my misfortune and wanted to make sure that they had done all within their power to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I assured her that they had gone above and beyond, but she thought there could be more. When ready to go to the airport, to my surprise, she actually ordered a taxi and sent the concierge Mr. Puru to the airport (which was a bit of a distance) with me to help me check in and get situated. They even paid for it all. To be honest once again, the service was so good that at one point I began to question if my fall took place on their premises and they felt some type of obligation. Of course we know that wasn’t the case.
One of my friends is already bugging me to go back to Singapore and I promised her that I would take her back next time so she could experience The Sheraton Towers service. I have no intention at all of making it my last visit there and a few of my friends stand a good chance of popping in also. Thank you all so very much for a wonderful experience. By the way, the hotel is absolutely beautiful.

Due to a funeral, my wife and young kids arrived. I was stuck in HK/Macau unfortunately as I had a prearranged meeting and had my wallet stolen - so I could not arrange a plane ticket to join my family in Singapore. Crappy right? Well, Sheraton Towers helped make it crappier by not allowing my family any of my platinum privileges despite me having been a guest there maybe 20+ times - even after I called in. Thank you Sheraton Towers! And please, spare me any script about policies - I have hundreds of nights with starwood and your hotel has just won the crappiest customer service award. I will be sure to pass the word around.

Everything is always right and always felt at home with Sheraton Singapore whenever I'm in Singapore for business trip. All of the staff were very dedicated and especially the Duty Manager Mr. Roman, has always been very kind and attentive to make my stay a comfortable one. Thank you always Mr. Roman.
Will be back again soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dumi If you are SPG member please avoid at all costs staying at this hotel
A truly horrible experience with lying staff trying to hide SPG benefits from loyal members. This hotel is good for tour groups or people with no expectations. The breakfast is also a joke! Might as well do away with the club lounge. If you are expecting any recognition or benefits as SPG member get ready to be disappointed. The staff will go thru all means to lie to you that they are running full. If their business is so good one has to just go to the gym to see that the equipments are probably older than themselves! I suspect the hotel is an SPG hotel in disguise and must be run by a private owner who does not believe in recognizing benefits as it might be added costs on them. A shameful hotel in the Starwood group. I will attempt to find the Starwood chairperson and inform him to just exclude this Sheraton from their stable. I am wondering if we can sue Starwood group for false advertising?

This was our 6th time at this hotel (3rd in the past year). We cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, especially Mr Daniel Tan, who helped us check in early after a long tedious overnight flight. He also personally met us in the lobby to say goodbye to us when we left.
It is this kind of service with the personal touch that will bring us back to this hotel. We experienced similar services from the maids, concierges, desk staff and doormen.
Keep up the good work and thank you !!!!
