Everything is average, service, receiption, housekeeping... corperate price+ 50$ enjoy the executive launge. The food repeat every two days, boring. I have to stay for one week!

I have stayed at the Sheraton Singapore hotel, quite often. Very nice and clean hotel which is good for business travelers. Very close to the MRT stations (can easily walk there), and also the doorman are always happy to get a taxi for you if you choose to travel that way. If you are platinum preferred guest, then you will be given access to a great club lounge that is a must do for breakfast, and evening snacks (including a generous selection of wines, and whiskeys).

The best part of this hotel is their staff....par excellence! I would like to thank Tiffany and her colleagues for providing an excellent service at the hotel especially in the club lounge.

I stayed two nights to finish my Platinum challenge. Other hotels in Asia will upgrade gold members to club floor if available, but never in Singapore. I topped up for Sheraton Executive Club Package for one night upon check-in so I could use the Lounge, cocktail drinks etc that I'm used to getting elsewhere. I sent 4 pieces for dry cleaning (3 pants, 1 jacket) since the website says the executive package includes 5 pieces for dry cleaning. However upon check out, I was told that I would have to pay full price for laundry. After showing the staff that the website showed it was included, I was told that my club package included everything except laundry and I had to top up an additional amount. It was an ok compromise, but I should have been informed during my check in, and the conflicting information should be removed from their website.

Other properties should take note from the Sheraton Singapore re: service/room quality/food. At breakfast, you can get your own fresh juice, and staff will remember your preferences after the first day. Same with the service staff. Concierge remembers you from years past, including name and other preferences.
your requests are handled in a very polite manner, and they try to accommodate the guest at every level.

This hotel is so mess up. Cheap. All the Staffs are Junior staffs and know nothing about customers loyalty. They do not respect Platinum member.

Good club lounge, but serving similar food every night. Need more variety. Good location, only a few minitues walk to the Newton station. The room rate is getting higher these days.
