Generally this is a nice hotel - cosy, comfortable and quiet.The check-in needs to be improved as I was made to wait at the reception counter for quite a while. Reason being, when I booked online and took the Tower room package whicn comes with lounge facilities, it did not appear in the front desk system. When I check with the girls and they told me I do not have such facilities. Don't understand how the reservation & the reception computer are not in sync. I have to set -up my computer , log in and show them my booking. Overall the whole check-in took me more than 20 minutes .I have a long drive from Malacca and the agony of being made to wait , clarify to the receptionist just spoilt my holiday. I chose this hotel because I like the ambience, coziness but I know the front desk is always a disappointment. This is not my first trip... if you look at my record, I come to Singapore once or twice a month.

1) gym equipment espically head sets dont work very well on the equipment (e.g. cross trainer)
2) quality of razor sucks, you can shave with the disposal razor given

the staff missed that i had SPG status, and once i informed them, they did not try to upgrade me. rather, my room was pre assigned and they didn't want to change that. everything was sufficient, but i didn't feel the hotel went above and beyond to make this a great stay for me.
they have a nice newly renovated pool.
it's a little farther away from orchard road if you like it busy.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Rooms were clean and beds slept great. I was very disappointed that I paid around 250 sing a night and still had to pay for wifi. I would also think a free breakfast would be given,but its not.

Hotel is very tired and need upgrading. Service standards have slipped considerably over the last 5 years I have stayed. Definitely will not go back. Lounge food extremely poor

Sheraton hotel have a high standard as usual. Great rooms and serviceminded staff. Excellent breakfast.
