Rated 5 out of 5 by Very happy! This hotel exceded my expertations. I thought being near the airport it would be noisy, during our time there I forgot that we were near the airport. Meals were served at our conference. The food was delicious and the wait staff were efficient and friendly. Thank you for everything. October 17, 2012

Room is very clean .The food at the 1900 Bar and grill is excellent as well as the service , friendly staff , the restaurant manager is very kind.. Rated 2 out of 5 by Never again My twins were part of the Sunburst Pageant held Aug 1-4, and let me first say that if it wasn't for that fact, I would have stayed elsewhere. What was wrong, well let start. When we arrived, the rooms were dirty. One room didn't even look like it was vacuumed. The other room smelled like smoke. The phones in both rooms were broken, the lamp bulbs needed to be replaced and there was very slow draining water in the tub and that's just to start. There was only one set of working elevators that were really slow moving. The stairwell had been locked for use which I do believe is a fire code violation. There was just so much wrong with this hotel that I would never recommend anyone staying there. The only good thing I have to say is the housekeeper that was on the seventh floor Friday and Sunday went out her way to fix what she could. For all the problems we encountered you would have thought we would have received a discount or some thing but nope. For the money a person pays for these rooms, you guys could do a whole heck of a lot better. August 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by AIR CONDITIONER PROBLEMS We had 2 rooms, on club level, one ac blows warm air-miserable night, and the other the ac was so noisy it kept you awake all night long. Not even an apology from the staff. I thought club level was "better" than the cheaper rooms. Everything else was great. I loved the bed. October 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for a mid-week stay I needed this hotel for a good night's sleep while taking the GA Bar exam. Great staff upgraded me to a quite room on the 11th floor with no adjoining room. Very comfortable amenities. Had an excellent (although expensive) Cobb Salad at the restaurant. Very good experience. Rated 2 out of 5 by Old hotel This hotel is in desperate need for renovations. The carpet in bedrooms and ballroom are old and stuffy. My bedroom was cramp with a bathroom door that prevented me from getting to the shower. The worst if all was the roach crawling on my comforter at night. Horrible! April 23, 2013

The hotel staff friendly , The restaurant staff were fabulous and the service was great, the food is good quality. I would definitely come back again to this property . June 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Room Service This will not prevent future, stays however we called room service and the front desk to help from 6 to 8AM and finally gave up after no results. We have been staying for over 10 years and will coninue to stay. Room service the evening was up to the usual high standards October 27, 2012

Even though we notified you that 4 would be in the room, we only had 2 coffee cups for coffee that morning. My 11 year old grandson wanted to swim, but the pool was cold. The rest of the hotel facility is also excellent, but the most striking detail for me remains the hotel staff. April 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room was disappointing Room was across the hall from very noisey ice & vending machines, and had a 1-1/2 inch gap at bottom of door that did not shield the noise. Room was cold, but the HVAC would not deliver any heat; I had to turn it off to maintain a barely tolerable temperaure. September 26, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by I expected more from Sheraton. It was an accumulation of little annoyances that made the experience negative. For the most part, staff were friendly and tried to correct problems expeditiously. My key demagnetized twice. It never worked on the parking gate as it should. The conference sandwiches were soggy and the bread stale. The continental breakfast was limited to danishes which were uncovered. I saw a fly on them so I didn't eat any. Breakfast buffet was limited. I get better choices at lower end hotels. The biscuits were stale. They ran out of cantaloupe and Yo plait Light. The water had an unpleasant taste and affected the coffee which tasted terrible. The Starbuck's Caramel Latte was not made correctly. I know, since I drink it all the time. The fitness room was great! My iron leaked and the ironing board rocked back and forth. The ice machine on my end of the hall was broken. Not enough restrooms for the people attending the conference. One restroom had one toilet. Another had only two. I finally started going to my room during breaks to avoid the long lines. June 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Some upgrades needed This hotel met every expectation of mine except the room amenities need to be upgraded. The rooms have no refrigerator or microwave. I was at the hotel for a convention and stayed for several nights. It would have been nice to have these items in the room. July 18, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Poorly maintained room The bathroom in our room was just about worn out and needed a lot of maintenance. The toilet wasn't attached to the floor securely and the vanity was badly worn. In addition, the closet door in the bedroom was off the track. This room was way over priced. August 28, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by PAYING FOR PARKING AND NO BREAKFAST It was nice ,but to pay for parking and wifi is crazy. no breakfast for the guest . we have to go to the hood for food . Really!!!!! the staff was great. when we got back from the hood my husband swim shorts was missing. August 5, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Stop-Over Keep this hotel in mind when you want to have a place to rest before or after a long flight or trip. It is nice to get a clean room, fresh linens and nice staff especially when you are tired. We always use this hotel to break up longer trips. June 4, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lounge/Dining service was okay The lounge/ dining room was a little slow with orders,etc. Though the rest of my stay was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly at the front desk. There is no complimentary wifi though even in the front lobby which was a huge damper on my trip. February 15, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst experience This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When checking in, we had to wait 30 minutes, only to hear the person who checked us in complain to another worker about how tired she was. We were there for 4 days and had to call the front desk for towels each day. One day we never did get towels. We needed an extra blanket, as the AC was either on full blast or off. We were told the hotel was out of blankets. The concierge service was definitely lacking. We stood by the concierge desk for 10 minutes and no even asked if we needed help. There were no luggage carts available, they were all stored safely in a back room. Only 2 carts were out. So, we took all out luggage up to the 7th Floor by ourselves.. Oh yeah, did I mention that there were only 4 elevators and no stairways open to the public. 200+ contestants and their families were there for an International Beauty Pageant. So, I guess because we got a discounted rate, we were not worthy of the hotel staff's attention. Plus we had to pay to park, for the internet and if we wanted a tiny refrigerator, it was all extra. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great 'transit' hotel for Atlanta Airport Friendly staff, older hotel that has been fully remodeled. Can watch airplanes land from the room windows, but no noise from them. Nice lobby with free internet access and a number of computers. Really nice indoor pool and outdoor pool. December 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Internet I feel that Internet should be free to all persons staying at the Hotel. Most of the lower changes offer free Wi-FI as a calling card for business. While Sherton is on a higher scale, this feature should be at not cost to is patrons. April 24, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by nice hotel but price quoted was misleading very nice room and comfortable bed. price quoted was $109 but the bill was $152. the 40% difference for taxes and fees for anything sold should NEVER be left out of a transaction like it was. that's a colossal difference. July 2, 2013
