Rated 1 out of 5 by Jackpot73 Sheraton Let Me Down This Time!
When I arrived in my hotel room, my television was not working. It wasn't a big deal on the first night because I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. The following morning, I called guest services at 7:30AM and let them know that my TV was broken and asked someone to come and fix it after 8:00AM-when I would be gone from the room. I also asked them to provide me with a light bulb that was missing from the bed lamp. I returned at 6PM and the TV and Lamp still had not been fixed. In addition, my room had not been cleaned. Going back to that morning, when I left my room and got on the elevator, I got stuck on the elevator! By that evening, there was only one elevator that was operating. This was very problematic because there was a convention going on and there were tons of people trying to use ONE elevator. Lastly, the restaurant service was horribvle. I ordered a vegetarian meal that came back full of meat! When the waitress brought the food over, she set our food on the floor so that she could re-adjust something in her hand! I reacted quickly and asked her not to set our food on the floor, and she got an attitude. I usually do not have this type of experience with Sheraton. Very disappointing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jaziya82 Not satisfied
Upon arriving (Thur) there was a long line and staff were talking and one staff member waiting on a guest. No help with bags staff just walked past. Room was not cleaned well and towels were dirty. Next day (Fri) left room and returned at 6 and bed not made, no clean towels and trash not empty. Front desk said nothing they could do and there was no note about why the room wasnt cleaned. Staff said best they could do was bring up towels and sheets and we could make bed. The following day (Sat) said something to staff and they said the room would be cleaned. Bed was only thing made with same sheets on after telling them one of the children had an accident on the sheets. No new towels given. The entire stay until Monday room wasnt cleaned. Key card didn't work for parking after paid upfront. Had to push assistance button each time I needed to park. Staff rude and one member even jumped in while I was correcting my child and telling me I shouldn't do that. At the indoor pool the floor was so wet people continued to slip and no one cleaned up water and no clean towels to dry off all were in dirty basket which was full and spilling over. No money in ATM and most staff not friendly. No free wifi and movies over priced $15 for movie is a outrage. For the price I was very unsatisfied and would never come back or refer others. Hotel is expensive and service is motel $39.99 a night type service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Coop The room was great
The room was great and very clean I have no complaints but I was dissapointed that you have to pay $12 a day for parking and $9.95 a day for the internet. These things should be included in the room rate. I checked in on Friday and my checkout experience was not the greatest. After driving for 12 long hours i was ready to lay down got to the hotel checked in went to my room to find I only had 1 bed so I had to go back down to the front desk from the 9th floor to get another room then my garage key was not activated so I had to go back to the front desk once again which i asked for a manager and I was pretty much dismissed and the front desk staff told me that she would ensure that my room and key were correct at this time. It's sad that you have to pay for parking as well as internet for the amont of money the rooms cost you would think something would be included. The room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave which i was told we could pay for a fridge and if we wanted a microwave it was a community one in the lobby for everyone to use. Which is sad because nobody wants to leave their nice room to stand in a lobby to warm food. The beds were very nice and comfy but everything else was a dissapointment and the front desk staff needs better customer service when someone ask for a manager you should either ask what the problem is or let them speak to the manager.

Rated 1 out of 5 by undependable The hotel first floor was dirty and they did not have our room prepared to our request
3 months before our stay we requested a refrigerated for medication, no down in the room due to allergies and an early check in. When we arrived we were able to checkin early to a room with no refrigerator! We had to prolong our outing for a room temperature fridge to be delivered to our room possibly compromising the medication. We headed out and arrived back in the evening to a filthy restaurant with stuff floating in the water, surrounded by tables that needed cleared, the waitress even left our menus on the table. We eventually asked to leave and ordered a pizza. we wanted to eat it in the lobby but it aslo was a mess. Once we spoke to the manager of the evening he personally cleared some tables for us and brought a case of water to our room for the remainder of our stay. We were to be there for 3 and a half days for a conference. Once we finally got showered and climbed in bed we discovered that the beds were covered in down!! They had to come strip the beds at 11:30 at night and to top it all off they purt down on the beds again the next day! House keeping worker Ginger was very kind and apologeti and assisted as best she coule. Even thought we were charged for 2 extra people in our room we continually had to call for cups, towels and wash cloths to match the number of people in our room! If we can help it we will never stay at this hotel again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Levitation A let down in Atlanta
I am used to high quality comfort and hospitality with SPG. This property is a let down.
I checked in at 9 Pm into a reserved Club level room. No SPG Gold recognition at check in. When I reminded them, I was told" we are full" without so much as establishing eye contact. Room was very average, but found a roach in closet. Identified the issue with house keeping but was told they will look into it in AM. I was speechless.
At 11:30 PM I was woken up by a phone call. A man claiming to be from the front desk said that he had accidently deleted my information in the system, and wanted me to provide my Name and credit card information all over again.Or come down to the front desk to register again, but warned me there was a long line. I refused. But when I called the front desk, they had all my information. SO I think it was a hoax and someone was fishing for my CC info. But when I wanted to alert the Manager I was told he was busy , and he would call me. I am still waiting. While I do not blame Sheraton for someone trying to defraud me, I do hold them responsible for not taking the security of their guests seriously.
I went to Club Lounge for Breakfast. But very shoddy service. I got my toast, but they ran out of the scrambled eggs, I got some coffee, but they had no cream. Finally I just grabbed a banana and left. So that was my 35 dollars extra I spent for the CLub level..... A complimentary Banana.
I shall NEVER stay at this facility again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by tforge More Expensive, Less Amenities & Service
Wireless Internet access costs extra.
Guests have to pay for parking (not made clear on website). Other *less* expensive airport hotels include these amenities in the price of the room. Room coffee maker did not work. Continental breakfast not included with room (a staple for most business travel hotels)... admittedly we left before 6am so there may have been a breakfast later. However, a hotel almost on the runway of "the world's busiest airport" should accommodate guests leaving at all hours.
I mentioned the non-functional coffee machine and my issues with the lack of clarity on parking charges at check-out. The staff member was professional and accommodating and told me to buzz him at the exit gate and he would open the gate without payment. When I tried this, the intercom failed on both exit gates (fortunately able to back up and try both). As he kept my ticket, I was unable to exit, had to repark, and go back to the lobby. The new attendant told me the parking intercom had been turned off for some reason. Was able to exit on second attempt. Fortunately, was not pushing flight deadline too closely.
Hotel is probably very good for corporate travelers on an expense account. The hotel has regular shuttle to airport and apparently allows (paid for) multi-day parking. However, the hotel is unnecessarily expensive for personal travel.
Have had better experience at other, less expensive airport hotels. Will return to them again the next time we need a "night-before-the-flight" hotel.
