This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When checking in, we had to wait 30 minutes, only to hear the person who checked us in complain to another worker about how tired she was. We were there for 4 days and had to call the front desk for towels each day. One day we never did get towels. We needed an extra blanket, as the AC was either on full blast or off. We were told the hotel was out of blankets. The concierge service was definitely lacking. We stood by the concierge desk for 10 minutes and no even asked if we needed help. There were no luggage carts available, they were all stored safely in a back room. Only 2 carts were out. So, we took all out luggage up to the 7th Floor by ourselves.. Oh yeah, did I mention that there were only 4 elevators and no stairways open to the public. 200+ contestants and their families were there for an International Beauty Pageant. So, I guess because we got a discounted rate, we were not worthy of the hotel staff's attention. Plus we had to pay to park, for the internet and if we wanted a tiny refrigerator, it was all extra.

This was such a fun weekend!! The staff was amazing. Only problem we had was in the Pub/Grill. We waited for almost 20 mintues and no one took our order. However, the staff everywhere else made up for it!!

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel when picking up/dropping off family and friends on International flights. Shuttle service was the best! Beds were comfortable and Club Lounge was nice. Would stay here again.

I had a great time and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The Front Desk Representatives were especially helpful in assisting me during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others in the future!

Arrived late and tired, upon turning down bed we found a very soiled bedspread, a oily yellow goo was all over the underneath, the sheet had gum stuck to it. Housekeeping should have caught all of that.

I was surprised that when I set the reservations up that other fees were included. i learned that there was a $12 parking fee. I would not have a problem with it if I was told ahead of time.

I was very disappointed with the reservation difficulties I had (many) and in the service I received from the accounting department upon my completion of my stay. These two departments need improving.

i stayed at this location for my masonic convention. I truly enjoyed the facility and food!!!! The only issue i had was the housekeeping. I did not receive enough towels and she did not vacuum enough.

I really enjoyed my stay, everyone as good customer service and greetings with a smile. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the waiter, Club level is just great, looking forward to visiting again.

I always enjoy staying at Starwood properties.
My only concern is that you are a pet friendly hotel whereas I am not a pet friendly person and it bothers me to see pets larger than I am in the halls.

No service directory in room. No mention of in-room dining hours at hotel web site. No TV station directory. At check-in was advised NO SPG GOLD BENEFITS because I was redeeming an award for stay.

The staff, was very friendly and helpful, the rooms was neat and clean, great fcilities, swimming pool and fitness room, next time I am in the ATL, that will be my hotel. I can't wait to go back.

Restaurant was expensive and had a limited menu. The room did not have a list of tv station numbers. I had to call and request one. Would suggest the shuttle go to the airport four times an hour.

In Room 12??? not sure, but closest to the elevator shaft. Could hear elevators all evening even while TV on and throughout night. Sounding like wheezing or someone vacuuming on the roof.

The room we were given when we arrived was DIRTY!!! As I result, I had to go all the way back down to the check in desk with ALL my luggage and request a CLEAN ROOM!! The food provided was the WORST I have ever experienced and I travel frequently. On day one of our conference breakfast consisted of a danish that would fit in the palm or your hand and coffee. Day one's lunch was a boxed lunch which consisted of a cookie, small bag of chips, ham sandwich and a bottle of water. The sandwiches had obviously been made several hours before hand because the lettuce was wilted and the mayo had liquefied the slice of cheese. When you pulled the sandwich out to unwrap it there was liquid mayo and cheese dripping out of it- ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I wound up going to the snack shop and buying a $2.50 croissant because I was so hungry. On day two of the conference -same tiny danish and coffee breakfast and same boxed lunch-EXCEPT this time they wanted you to pay $10.00 for the boxed lunch!!!! We passed and wound up leaving to eat on the way back home!!! If you want to have a conference DO NOT HAVE IT HERE!!!!

I have stayed overnight at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel several times over the last few years and have found it very comfortable with a very helpful staff. However, my last stay was not quite as pleasant. First of all, there was a large stain (it looked like a bloodstain!) on one of the bed's comforters. One of the staff members at the front desk (an Olivia P.) nearly rolled her eyes at me when I informed her of the stain and my desire to have the sheets changed. (maybe I was too casually dressed, but her dislike for me was quite clear.)
The sheets were changed, so we were happy with that.
Our experience at the 1900 Bar & Grill was also dismal. My wife had to dust off her chair when we entered the bar, there was still garbage on a few tables, the wait staff chatted as we waited for our food and ate. Our server disappeared after bringing us our food which was only lukewarm. After finishing our meal, the waitress was also rather rude to us. (maybe we were too casually dressed.)
A pretty awful experience in many ways, but the comfort of the room and the professionalism of a few staff members made up for it.

This was a great hotel and good location for the airport. My only complaint is there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The staff was great and lobby was very nice.
