Rated 2 out of 5 by RBinATL Lackluster Rooms and Lounge
When checking was not thanked for loyalty or given a choice of amenities. I received the room I booked and they did not upgrade me to the best possible room even though I am a platinum. Ended up initially on the 6th floor (out of 18). Complained to the front desk and they were hesitant to change my room. Finally after the front desk clerk talked to a manager they moved me 4 floors up to an SPG floor. The rooms are small and haven't been remodeled in probably 10 plus years. The Platinum SPG lounge is a disaster, small and no amenities. The staff is unhelpful and un-accommodating, I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.

Rated 4 out of 5 by FC2014 Good location, average Platinum benefits
We are leisure travellers who aim to achieve Platinum level every year. The reason why we are attracted to Sheraton HK is primarily the staff at breakfast. They are wonderful - friendly attentive and caring. We do not eat much but still struggle to get up to go to breakfast everyday.
We used suite upgrade this time and was given one next to the elevator on a non-SPG floor - 6/F. The new club lounge on the 11/F is more spacious but rather sparsely provided for. The gym is crowded with a closing time of 22:00. Based on our experience with other SPG hotels, the Platinum benefits we received were average.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lin88 Couldn't fault it
As a woman travelling on business alone, my requirements were comfort, cleanliness, healthy food, ready access to business services and convenience. The Sheraton at Tsim Sha Tsui ticked all boxes. The staff in all areas were helpful but unobstrusive - you can see they are really trying. The cafe offered good wholesome variety, but the best meals were at Unkai which served delicious fat belly tuna, really mouth-watering teppanyaki in generous serves. Prices were good value by Sydney standards. Travel outside the hotel was easy as the TST MTR station is just across the road. The Hong Kong Museum of Art, Star Ferry terminal and Ocean Terminal shopping centre are also a few minutes walk away.

Rated 2 out of 5 by andy68 Great personnel but too old structure
The hotel needs urgent total reconstruction; starting from the lobby, with a roof height of just 2 meters, it seems air is missing over there.
And then the rooms, small, old style, small windows, ...
The only good thing is the bed , which was clearly just renovated, staff told me not in all the floor!
And the staff, from reception to restaurant are doing their best to fill the gap between this hotel and a standard 5 stars hotel worldwide.
Maybe good for tourists, forget for business.
Just one negative note to the Concierge staff, maybe there still too proud to work for a great luxury hotel and they forgot to give right courtesy and assistance to guests, pity.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Shrew Clean and Functional
This Sheraton no longer has the cache expected of this hotel chain. It is clean and functional but not a 'special' experience. My expectations were met but not exceeded. However TST location is good for access to MTR, Star Ferry and shopping.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Panida2014 Luxury and convenience hotel with the reasonable price
I stayed at Sheraton 3 nights for meeting. The room was clean and comfortable. I love the pillow. You can choose from soft to hard pillow.
By the way, the hotel location is in the downtown. It's a great place for shopping. I love it too.
