I have stayed over 70 nights in a Sheraton this year and I am extremely upset by the invasion of privacy in this hotel. I had my do not disturb light on and someone still walked into my room. I communicated with guest relations how appalled I was and I was told it was for my safety?! I had just gotten out of the shower and yelled for them to get out. I tried to lock the door afterwards- the lock didn't work. Couldn't believe it- nothing was offered, I was crying when speaking to them as I am a woman traveling alone, I am completely disappointed.

My family and I had a wonderful 3-day experience at Sheraton Hong Kong. Right from the start, we were welcomed and given attention. The staff from the Tower reception, Club lounge, and Oyster Bar showed genuine care and professionalism. The location of the hotel was excellent - it was close to major public transportation and tourist attractions.

We reserved two rooms, requested adjoining rooms since we are 5 traveling with kids...SPG benefits were not extended to my family...It a great location, food is good however when I travel with my family it's important they get threaded better than I do since they sacrifice when I travel. Also kids are not allowed in the fitness center...my son is doing a workout program for summer fitness.

We have just spent an amazing week at the Sheraton, Hong Kong and our stay there certainly made for a great holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and everybody was so kind and helpful. We could not have asked for better and would certainly have no hesitation to recommend it to others whether for business or pleasure.

Very well located in Kowloon. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged airport shuttle. Fabulous lounge with amazing views. Excellent fitness center and pool area with beautiful spas. Very good breakfast.

Welcome and accommodations continue to be very pleasant in the Towers.
Food and hours in the Oyster Wine Bar & Lounge remain a bit disappointing.

第一次来住的豪华海景房，感觉窗外风景很漂亮，电梯间还有苹果可以拿，设施虽然旧但是无使用问题。房间给人感觉很整洁干净，服务也很好很热情，走廊看到酒店的员工会主动打招呼。第二次来住的还是豪华海景房，这次感觉一般，窗外风景不好，勉强看到一半海景，没有第一次的感觉那么好，可能是房间设施太旧难免会有些不尽人意，勉强能用我没有提意见。这次来感觉糟透了，进房间拉开窗帘看到的不是海，是对面的工地，海就露出一点点，也好意思叫海景房？住无烟层，我居然入住后在卫生间的地面上看到了烟蒂和烟灰，同去的另外一间房安排了一间联通房，夜里一直有人拧门锁，吓的朋友一晚上没睡好，一点都没有享受到甜梦睡眠的质量，虽然第二天给换了房间，但是朋友对酒店的印象也是糟透了。走在过道里碰到员工也不跟我们打招呼了，除了第二天给我们打扫房间的服务员态度还不错，总的来说这三天的住宿感觉糟透了。以后来香港决定换一家酒店入住。
