Spotty service at tower level breakfast.
One day terrible. Next day very good.

The location can't be beat, that's for sure. I was however, very disappointed with this property. I paid extra for a "Towers room" and would never do that again. The room was small, outdated and the bathroom was the most impractically designed bathroom I've ever seen. The breakfast offerings in the lounge were weak at best, with some of the staff indifferent and slow to greet guests and serve them. Aside from the location, which is hard to beat I wouldn't spend what is charged for this property. I"d still recommend this property however, purely on location.

I stayed this hotel for 3nights.
The location was great.
I wonder why concierge does not provide mobile phoe recharge service.
it was very late night, my mobile phone's charge was broken, so i asked but they said that they could not provide that service.
A part of this thing, it was great stay.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Lucky1715 Needs a facelift
I've been staying at this hotel for years and I really believe there is a lot they could do to improve the facility:
1) My bathroom smells of mildew. Yes, it's a humid environment in Honk Kong, but this is NOT an inexpensive hotel either.
2) The carpets and amenities could use some updates.
3) the gym is tiny and you're constantly squeezing past people and equipment.
4) Wifi speeds are dreadfully slow (I regularly measured about 1-3Mps download).
5) TV channels could be updated.
6) they need a coffee bar in-house.
7) Staff was just OK. Nothing special

Rated 5 out of 5 by Reii Great Location, Great Room!
Stayed at the HK Sheraton Hotel Tower Harbour view room, the harbour view was fantastic and we were able to watch the CNY fireworks from our room clearly, just right in front of us! Hotel breakfast is marvellous, wide range of special prepared foods for tower guests, from english to japanese.
Hotel has great location, walking distance to all famous brand shops and the MTR. Check in at the hotel is also an exclusive ones, having snacks at the lounge while hotel staff helps to manage the check-in.
It is a great hotel I have stayed so far in Hong Kong.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. However the rooms are rather small. Another down side is no free wi-fi internet in the room. You have to pay for the service. Apart from that, it's a great hotel with good location, friendly and helpful staffs and clean and comfortable room

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rosita the worst hotel ever!
I can't understand why this hotel is named sheraton.
If someone is considering this hotel, I will recommend any motel or cheap mansion near Tsimsatsui. There are no hotel services.
The staff treated guests in a businesslike manner. Very officially. And also the swimming pool was under maintenance during my stay but I got an information when I arrived in room from the small paper. I can understand the cozy, old & noisy room but the management & services ruined my travel and made me unpleasant. It was more like a motel than a hotel. Dissapointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gilles great time
I have been going to Sheraton Kowloon at least 12 times and am finally taking time to write a review.
Hotel is greatly located at the Tsim Sha Tsui (sorry if I mispelled) station for both Kowloon and HK Island meetings. The Lounge Tower staff is very helpful and pending of guests needs. I have been seeing the same staff for several trips what means they are treated well, like their job and this is an important sign for me. Business meetings in the Tower Lounge are very practical and appreciated by customers because of the view and the facilities.
Breakfast on 18th floor is delightful
Only problems I see is that the lunch in the 2nd floor cafeteria can get complicated if too many guests come at the same time. Staff there can be quickly overwhelmed and are not as pending as in the Towers but it is still acceptable.
Bell boys and cleaning staff are fast and efficient. I am not planning to change hotel for as long as i can go to HK for work. Thank you Mr. Woo

Rated 4 out of 5 by RyanD Great location but wifi is iffy
Fantastic location and the staff is great. Overall very comfortable stay. The bed was a bit hard but that's personal preference. My biggest gripe was that I had to pay $15 USD per day for wifi and it was spotty at best. I was there for 4 days and it was a struggle to get my e-mails via wifi on my iPhone. The signal was very week and I had issues getting connected regularly. We unable to FaceTime my family for more than a minute or two without being disconnected. Going without seeing my kids on a daily basis made the trip tougher.

Rated 1 out of 5 by UK77 Check in problems
I am an SPG member and i requested for an early check inn at the time of booking. When i arrived at the hotel at 9 am, i was told that they have empty rooms but the service staff will take atleast 2 to 2.5 hours to get them ready. Even after my insisting they were adamant. This is beyond my understanding and completelty unsatisfactory. If the rooms were occupied, i would have understood but once you take a long night flight, this is the last explanation you want to hear in a good hotel!! My first and last time in this hotel !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by chicorico good Hong Kong hotel
we stayed 4 nights in this hotel - it was comfortable, clean and very well located. We were given a room on the lower floors on checkin but were moved to a better room when we requested the next day - staff were helpful in this regard. Our only other issue was the lack of free wi-fi in our rooms - we think that the practice of having to pay for wi-fi in a 5 star hotel is outdated and only adds to the cost of an already expensive hotel

For a business traveler this hotel is on perfect location with good travel agency which will help you get quickly your visa for China. On the top of this privileges in Tower Lounge from cocktails to snacks will help you to ease your natural impatience. Memorable seafood diner with gorgeous view at the harbor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mike Sheraton Kowloon on Nathan Rd
Attendants service has been slipping a bit at this hotel. Attention to customer service was much hiogher yrs ago whenn Sheraton employees made guests feel special/appreciated. Now if you ask a question you almost feel that you're bothering the employees.
Brkfst service on the 18th floor was the slowest I've ever experienced at the hotel. Twice in three days my order was forgotten

Rated 5 out of 5 by supatight80 SPG ELITE RECOGNITION
Staffs are very professional and albeit, a little bit 'serious looking' as it seems to be a hotel that primarily caters to business folks and professionals. So if youre looking for a hotel where most of its guests are businessmen, a place where you dont see too many 'kids' running in the lobby, or a hotel where high end shopping is right outside, then this is the hotel for you while in HKG.
Having said that, that means the level of attentiveness they provide are exceptional and on the dot. What you want, they provide to you without the endless chitchat.
Another reason why I love this hotel is because of the benefits they provide to its SPG elite members. Expect (in my case at least) to have suite upgrades even confirmed before check-in. I tend to request the same room everytime I'm staying at the Sheraton Kowloon, and most of the times, I get the same room suite that I want (and if i didn't get it, I've been assigned to another suite anyhow). Buffet breakfast is free for platinum members and other perks as well! As an example, I had an early flight, so ordered room service late at night, I got it for free as I didnt utilize the buffet free breakfast.
Anyways, long story short, If you're a platinum member with SPG, then this is the place to stay while in HKG as I have never been allocated a non-suite room even if I used cash&points or free night awards, etc..
Guest of Room 664/864 checking in back again on May 23-24, 29-30.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sydney2013 Not good value
This is our third stay at this hotel, all be it over a number of years. Not much has been updated. Overall, the room was very small, we were not put on the SPG floor and the breakfast area battled to cope with the guest numbers. Also there was very limited or no service at the pool, one reason we decided to stay here again (as previously this was great) The location is great but it is very expensive for what you get (no free wifi)In future we would look to stay elsewhere, as no benefit for returning guests.

Rated 3 out of 5 by rg2174 Great location, good service, but terrible smells
Location is excellent, the staff is impressive and professional, especially the concierge desk - super informative, friendly, and helpful. We stayed on the 10th floor, the SPG Preferred level. For the entire stay, the hallways of the floor had a terrible, disgusting putrid smell, as if there's mold under the carpets. The smell was so unbearable that we'd hold our breath for the entire walk to the room. This is absolutely not what I expect from Sheraton, especially for its preferred loyal customers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MissCymru Meeting and Events
I ran a series of small meetings at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. I was very impressed with the assistance given to me by the events and banqueting teams before and during my meetings. I was nominated a key banqueting contact during all meetings and was given direct access to them via a speed dial house phone. Every detail for my meetings was covered to my satisfaction and any changes however slight were effected quickly and smoothly.

Excellent and efficient service from the moment we arrived in our taxi to the moment we left. I got upgrade for Platinum membership. Room is really nice and clean. Their attention to details is impressive. Staff is courteous and efficient. Breakfast buffet at the Café is gorgeous, with a lot of choices, very clean and appealing. We stayed for 5 nights and received surprises for our anniversary and my birthday. I have stayed in a lot of SPG hotels all over the world and this is definitely one of the best.

The Sheraton hotel in Hongkong has great features, a great view to channel and lightning show and is very weel located in Hongkong. Stuff is very fiendly and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. Even if I could not try everything inside the hotel, it was a perfect and very recommendable stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JJHK Good Hotel
We decided to try out Sheraton HK for one of our redemption nights. It can be seen the room -- especially the bathroom - was meticulously designed (or upgraded) to provide the max. service to hotel guests. It was very clean too. Room decor is good, except the carpet can be seen as "old". Seeing how much effort the hotel has put into to "upgrade" it, it's a pity - and surprisingly so - that staff at the Cafe did not quite live up to its par. We were told the tea buffet is "good" and my husband went down to try it but found it TOTALLY unacceptable, worse than any fast-food stores. He said it's not even worth HKD50. It's a shame that while the hotel has paid so much attention to "upgrading/maintaining" its room facilities but has not shown similar interest in the food service provided.

Stayed in a Towers room with my husband for 3 nights.
Check in was efficient and friendly, bags were taken to our room with a minimum of fuss.
The room was clean with a great view of Hong Kong harbour.
We used the laundry service and had our laundry returned the same day.
Breakfast was well presented with a good range to choose from and service was excellent.
I would not hesitate to stay at the Hong Kong Sheraton again and will recommend this hotel to our friends.
Staff were all very friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jamrobo Fantastic stay
We stayed 5 nights in 2 adjoining harbour view towers rooms. The view was phenomenal! The rooms were quite small but very comfortably furnished. The staff were exceptional and the food was first rate. The rooftop pool was good and the 3 hot spas were excellent. The only slight drawback was the size of the towers lounge which struggled at times to accommodate the number of guests. All in all though a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay again on our next trip to HK.
