Not only the health club is small and lacking of equipment but the worst part is that in a so called 5 star hotel they have this policy of not 24 hour operation not even considering the jet lag factors and exercise options of many of their customers traveling from different continents. Also 0 flexibility from the attendant on duty and the hotel manager on duty.

This is my preferred hotel in HK. I love its location and convenience. Rooms are spacious with generous light-flow. Platinum recognition is always excellent. And most importantly, they have maintained consistently high service standards. But this time, while being checked in, I felt a slight lapse in service. It was noon, my upgraded room would not be ready for another two hours and I was told to leave my luggage with concierge when the associate could have called for concierge assistance. She wasn't rude, just matter-of-fact and a bit abrupt, rather than warm and apologetic. In most hotels, this would be fine. But I have always felt that the Sheraton Hong Kong was at the top of its game. Anyway, once we got our room, everything went smoothly throughout the stay. This is still my favourite hotel in HK, and I would definitely recommend it to friends. Service is particularly stellar in Housekeeping, the breakfast cafe and Executive Lounge.

Location - Close to TST and East TST station, walking distance to waterfront and Star Ferry Terminal. Also only 1 stop from Kowloon Airport Express station with Shuttle bus
Room was really clean and the bed was comfortable.
Outdoor pool is small but good spot to enjoy the city view at night.

The staff at this hotel is very professional and courteous. The hotel provides newspaper and fresh apples everyday.

Was going to stay here after using other hotels for the last five years.
Nothing has changed. I think it's worse.
I thought you were renovating and fixing all the problems...reading the past few years reviews I can see you still don't listen to your most loyal customers.
Upgrades not offered even though rooms are available for sale on website ( don't treat us like fools)
The Platinum Lounge is a disgrace, small room with no windows. To not allow Platinum to Towers Lounge is a mystery. When I went at 7 pm there was two people in Towers Lounge.
I left the hotel after an hour an checked into a hotel that appreciates Platinum members.

My husband and I had a layover in Hong Kong on our way to Singapore and were beyond impressed with the responsiveness and accommodations of the staff. We arrived very early on a Saturday morning and took a taxi in from the train. Not remembering that we didn't have any HKD$ we were completely stuck when the taxi arrived at the hotel and we had no fare! And all of the banks were closed! While we were being translated by the doorman to the driver, the front desk sent someone down with cash to cover the fare -- and we didn't even ask! I was more than happy to add this to our room charge and was so incredible impressed with their quick-thinking and customer service. Needless to say, we didn't make the same mistake on our way back to the airport & stopped by a bank first thing after checking in. Thank you so much to all of the staff for a memorable (and quick!) trip to Hong Kong!
