前台接待非常热情，客房送餐时间很快，因孩子半夜想吃苹果，打电话后几分钟就送来了，早餐叫到房间吃的，一份就够两个人吃了。
交通出行便利，市区的象山公园和两江四湖夜游走路5分钟就到了，下次还会入住。

Good: Beautiful facilities, excellent restaurant and food, good service.
Bad: Rooms very humid, staff and concierge seem to push certain vendors and events. There almost seems to be a kickback-like program in place for these individuals.

This hotel was wonderful except the in room thermostat seemed more for decoration than function. It had no impact on the room temperature. Despite being set to cool the room kept getting hotter.

ホテル近辺には、美味しいレストランが多数あり、観光地も近い。
category通りのホテルだと思う。
部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただいた。
若干狭いが機能的である。
しかしながら、シャワーの水圧が非常に低く使い勝手が悪かった。
クラブラウンジは、改装中か何かで閉鎖されており、ハッピーアワーはロビーのバーで代替、朝食は、中二階のbuffetレストランでのフルブレックファストであった。

the locaction,the food, the staff, the management, the service and quality.........excellent.
Been there three times now and had on the last visit a conference with over 50 people. The conference went great..thanks to the attention and help we got from everyone.
