Rated 4 out of 5 by Cynmat Well maintained beautiful rooms.
Great staff, lovely rooms, pools and gardens. Information unclear and lacking on forms of transport and general cost for transport. This was also the case regarding tours and cruises available. 2nd time for us and this time the food was bland and way too much indian cuisine which was tasteless and a bit salty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DebD met my 5 star needs
We stayed in room number 1117 for 4 nights i highly recommend it for the location, met all our needs, we would chose that side of the hotel again when we go back. The resort as a whole was amazing, plenty of pools or restaurants to visit to meet all needs. Local store walking distance from the resort. I loved our room it was beautifully set out with everything we needed we were 2 adults & one infant, although fire torches would have been fantastic outside our room in the evening as it was so dark, they were located part way on the water front of our resort & the next resort but not outside our room or those near us, it was total darkness. Day before departure our room was not cleaned and we waited most of the morning with a 1yr old needing a sleep and eventually had to call for it to be cleaned and then they did not give us water bottles or replace tea & sugar so on waking up at 5am to come home the next morning we could not have a hot beverage or bottled water which was a bit disappointing until we went to the lobby. but if all I have to say is light a few fire torches & drop some water & tea bags off then all is well really..

The hotel was great, the staff very friendly and the food excellent. The only problem was that the Internet access was very poor. It worked sometimes, and then very slow, but most times not at all.

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms and great views. In general the staff is very friendly and the hotel has an excellent variety of restaurants. My only complain was that the bathroom was not well cleaned when I arrived.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Macka overall hotel experience
My wife and i visit this hotel on a regular basis. People ask me why we continue to "go to Fiji". The answer is easy, the staff at the Sheraton are simply the best we have experienced. The Resort has great restaurants with Flying Fish & Ports of Call, very good. We will be returning in June, and look forward to meeting many of our friends at the Sheraton.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shane61 Sheraton say no more
Excellent facility but the real assett is the staff. Arrived early morning (6.30am) knowing that check-in was not until 3pm but every effort was made by the check in staff to make rooms available (3 rooms were booked). One room was made available immediately with the balance by mid morning which was very much appreciated. Staff everywhere around the resort were very attentive and exceptionally pleasant (but not false) which is a credit to them and the training they receive. I have stayed at Sheratons many times but I cannot remember a more pleasant stay due to the staff. Thank you once again.

The hotel and staff where absolutely brilliant, from the warm welcoming of the drum to the staff greetings. I can say that this hotel is kept in tip top condition the gardens are well groomed, path ways clean and spotless. The rooms are clean tidy and well looked after.
The staff at front desk are very professional and friendly and always willing to assist at any time. Jeke, Mere T, Manoa. These three staff members should be applauded for there great work ethics, they are a great asset to your company that have made my stay a very enjoyable one.The only downfall was the prise of the food.

Sheraton Fiji is a wonderful place to stay. We like the fact that you can use the Villa pools and the Westin. The staff are wonderful my daughter made friends with some of the girls and they taught her beading and weaving and they are so friendly. The cafe has great coffee and we had amazing dinners at Ports O Call and Flying Fish.

Awesome hotel. Super friendly Fijian staff that cant do enough to help you. Excellent kids club with so many activities to choose from. Great facilities, including championship golf course, restaurants, cocktails in the bar pools at sunset, and views from the room that would make any hotel envious. We were greeted on a first name basis by staff and the women were greeted with flowers for their hair every morning at breakfast, which by the way was spectacular. There was so much to choose from, including a Gluten Free section complete with soy milk for those with dietary requirements.. From the welcome ceremonies to the farwell ceremonies, The Sheraton Fiji was by far the best hotel we have stayed in and exceeded our expectations on so many levels. Highly recommended!!

We came to Fiji to celebrate a friends birthday and to farewell A family. Our focus was on relaxing, catching up with friends (as a number of us travelled there) and spending time with our kids. Sheraton Fiji did not disappoint it was so easy for us and the kids. We pretty much decided after being there for one day that we would be back and we will.

The Sheraton caters for families in particular those with small children out of school holidays. We had come to the Sheraton in hope of finalising our wedding at the Sheraton in 2014 (we do not have children). We wrote this in our booking but this was not recognised at all on check-in or anytime. We were allocated a room which adjoined another room which could be turned into a family room by unlocking the door. The people in the room next door had a baby and small toddler. Due to the closeness of the room, we were awoken by a crying baby every morning of our stay. We would also hear every word of the baby and chatting toddler when we arrived back to our room from a day out. We had to go and sit outside our room to get some peace, which does not work if it is raining or it gets dark as their is NO light outside. This became exhausting for us and we came home not relaxed but exhausted from lack of sleep. I would recommend that you look at your guests and allocate better in future to cater for the family type and requirements of the guests. When we advised this problem to the front desk, they advised us they were 100% occupancy, which we found hard to believe as all the staff told us they were not busy but ramping up for peak season which is after April and then school holidays. On our last day our transfer to airport pickup was 2.00pm, we asked for a late checkout, we were advised 12 noon the latest, then we can come back and have shower. It turned out the Sheraton has a communal room that people can use to shower in, but it is actually on first in first served basis, The receptionist then advised she could give us to 1.00pm the absolute latest. That was no good to us, 1.30pm would have been perfect and a win/win as you still would have been able to organise the housekeeping to have this room cleaned for arrivals that day after our departure.
The replenishment of the amenities was inconsistent, with two of us staying in the room and using the shower gel and body lotion I would think you would get 2 each per day however we only received this amount on 1 day of our stay.
The room was clean however I would recommend looking into the mould that is accumulating in the bathroom sinks (under the lip).

Rated 3 out of 5 by TigerLiam Third time unlucky!
This was our third stay at the hotel. The previous two had been fabulous but not this time. We waited close to 8 hours to get our rooms as they had not even organised our accommodation. The fact that we were travelling with my 82 year old mother-in-law made the wait even more disgusting on the hotel's behalf. We were encouraged by the staff to get breakfast while we waited only to discover later on that we'd been charged for it....after waiting 8 hours, seriously??? At the very least, that should've been complementary as it would've shown some sort of empathy. When we finally got our rooms, the rest of our stay was reasonable except for the amount of flies at breakfast every day all over the food which is very unhygienic not to mentioned unacceptable for a 5 star resort.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Borbarn7 Questionable 5 star
We found the stated 5 star rateing questionable. The hotel is dated and in need of a makeover renovation.
We also found the cost of dining and drinks in the hotel restaurants and bars to be well above comparable prices in other hotels both in Fiji and other holiday locations.
The Sheraton needs to take a good look at its performance generally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by spideman We enjoy our stay very much
We had a very pleasant experience staying with Sheraton for the last five days: friendly staff, great view, nice pools, great food, nice room. The only improvement that we would like to see in the near future is to reduce the noise of the air-condition in the room. It's been very loud, especially at night.

The Fiji Resort is a great facility. however the breakfast buffet is problematic. After one day, we were able to selectively avoid the poorer offerings and instead choose the better ones. Of particular note, the fruit was terrible (the pineapple was tasteless and almost white in color; the bananas ranged from green to overripe). The cost of the dinner buffet was high when compared to the quality of the selections.
The room offered good amenities including a TV, refrigerator, water heater, and hair dryer. The staff was extremely friendly and cordial. The view from the pool area at sunset was breath-taking. This resort is especially appropriate for those guest who enjoy sunbathing, swimming, walking along the beach, parasailing, and similar water sports.
If you're active and able, it is a reasonable a walk to the Denarau dock where you will find stores selling items at costs lower than those in any of the local hotels.
